No windows in the room, very bad location, trush in the parking... Don't stay there if you are looking for a high quality hotel!!!

This hotel had a great atmosphere. The room was nice and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. I can't thank the staff enough for all that they did. The staff Apple is very passionate and helpful when we stayed for 3 nights. She's really a very great staff of this hotel.

Telephone no working, internet also no good we have to request them to fit every day. location of hotel no good, room provided first time was very bad, smelling, air condition with leaking water, later they changed new room for us but the view of hotel is nice and the cecretary lady very helpful

The hotel provided airport pick up and upon arrival at the hotel the staff grabbed our bags, seated us at the front desk and served refreshements. They allowed us to check in at 8:30 am and took us to our room which was adorable. We were served a fruit platter in our rooms,and there is free DVD rental and internet service. The grounds are well-kept […] and the pool area is very pretty. The staff was extremely helpful and also provide daily shuttles to various locations around town. We flew out at 7pm and were allowed to remain checked in until that time. I absolutey recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. The ONLY negative is the location. Situated in a cute neihborhood about 5 minutes from the airport but at least a 10-15 minute drive to downtown. Hotel shuttle service it helpful but you can usually find a tuk tuk that will only charge you 100 baht for the journey. Several restaurants within walking distance. もっと読む

看到图片才被吸引,结果入住之后还是不太一样. 房间比想象略小,酒店的泳池什么的设施也都比较一般,尤其SPA真的不推荐. 早餐非常简单和普通,不过在餐厅点过送餐还可以,有一个deep fried red fish非常棒! 服务挺好,但是在泰国这个到处都服务很棒的地方来说就一般话.位置偏了一些,shuttle bus如果赶不上,交通成本会非常大.而且巷子一路上都有很多狗,不方便一个人步行出入. 如果下次去应该会选择住古城里面, 不过以这个价位来说,性价比还不错. 虽然不会强烈推荐, 但还是一次不错的居住体验.

Das Hotel ist im Thai Stil gehalten nur zwei Stockwerke hoch welche sich um einen schönen Pool befinden. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und auch traditionell eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt etwas auserhalb der Altstadt, was aber auch dazu führt, dass es sehr ruhig hier ist.
