このホテルはビーチから離れている。ホテルから定期的にシャトルバスが出ているが、最近中国人の宿泊客が増えてから、シャトルバスにまったく乗れなくなった。シャトルバスは１時間に１回で、２、３台が運用しているが、宿泊客が多く、乗り切れない。そのうえ、中国人は順番を守らないので並んでいてもバスに乗れないことが多い。部屋からの眺めはいいが、このシャトルバスの件でビーチに行くのが非常に不便である。

一言短所は、メインビーチから遠い。以上です。 あとは、素敵です。スタッフは優しいし、ホテルのロケーションは高い場所なのでとてもいいですし。朝御飯は結構美味しいですし。 メインビーチとのシャトルバスも夜の０時まであるし、ブカビーチまでシャトルで送迎してくれます。もちろん無料です。 ホテルロビーでは、無料Wi-Fiも利用できます。部屋では有料ですがそんなに高くないです。 次回も利用したいです。値段もエクスペディアでお得でしたし。 ただ、宿泊のほとんどが 中国と韓国の方でした。と、いうよりボラカイ全体がそうでしたねー。もっと日本人の方も知ってほしいですね。

Alta Vista was OK to GOOD - The staff tried hard, were exceptionally polite, helpful and friendly. On the downside, the lack of structure, order and communication left a lot to be desired - Breakfast was poor, overcrowded and on the whole, uncomfortable. While the front desk staff were also friendly and tried very hard, it was often more efficient to wait for a regular staff member rather than del with one of the many trainees as they tended not to know the answers to our questions and were a bit disorganized. The food at the restaurant was so-so but we were expecting this based on past reviews and most times ate in D'Mall anyways. Everything was clean and again, the staff were pleasant, but they lacked anything more than basic cooking skills. That said, the free breakfast was great. If you can eat in the outdoor area rather than the restaurant, I'd recommend it as the restaurant was extremely chaotic, while the outdoor area was very tranquil. The location is about a 15 minute ride by tuk tuk to dmall. 20 if the traffic is heavy in the evening. 10 if youre going home after midnight. Be prepared to hike up a steep 200m driveway to the lobby. There is a free shuttle but it only leaves every hour to white beach so you need to work around their schedule. Nearby Puka beach is beautiful so location wise its give and take. By far the worse thing is not having a reliable restaurant. The food is boring, bland, and greasy not to mention expensive for Boracay. Beers 90p, pizza 340p, veg pansit 260p, fruit shakes 180p. etc. ...Also, there is no free wireless in rooms. Only free in the lobby. I think its about 120p per hour or 800 for two days... I got a deal on this website so I dont feel too jaded. Id never pay the full rates for this place. So don't be like me and think you can go without a working phone and still keep in touch with family at home over the internet, as you will find it to be very difficult to accomplish.
