BTSの駅からは10分ですがﾂｸﾂｸで通りまで15分間隔で送迎あります。駅まで3分内！帰りもビル内で待ってれば乗れます。部屋も広くBFも普通。周りの景色を気にししなければ4星クラス！朝のレストランに笑顔の素敵な女の子がいますﾖ！癒されました。

バンコクのスクンビット通り、ソイ2を奥に入った静かな ホテルです。事前に地図で確認したのとは違い、歩いて行くと少し面倒くさいくらいスクンビット通りから離れています。ホテルにはtukutukuがあり、スタッフの方がスクンビット通りまで送ってくれました。この界隈を歩きたい方はスクンビット通り沿いのホテルに泊まる事をお勧めします。部屋は大きすぎる位で、概ね清潔です。プールもありますが、わざわざ入りたい気持ちにはなりません。夜は誰と一緒に入っても大丈夫です。皆、親切で特に不満はありません。

古いホテルをフルリニューアルした感じのホテルです。建物自体は中型のホテルですが、とにかく部屋が広い。スタンダードのシングル（キングベッド使用）を予約しましたが、部屋に入った時の清潔感、広さは他のホテルでは先ずありえないと思います。キッチンや音響設備、風呂等すべてが高級ホテルのスイートルームです。 また、近隣のナナプラザ（徒歩８分）、ソイカウボーイタクシー（５分以内）も近くという事で男性の方には好立地です。ナナからのホテル部屋への入室は部屋番号を伝えるだけで特にチャージも必要なく快く対応してくれます。 ただ問題点としては、大通りからホテルまで約２００ｍ～３００ｍ程あり夜道の一人歩きは男女問わず心配です。夜ホテルへ帰る時はトゥクトゥクかタクシーを利用して帰った方がいいです。また、ホテル付近は […] コンビニ、利用できる屋台等は一切ないので、予め購入してホテルに帰った方がいいです。 もっと読む

一人旅の宿泊場所として繁華街に比較的近い（スクンビットどおり沿い）という理由で選びました。 ホテルの場所は、スクンビット通ソイ2という袋小路のさらに奥まった場所にあるため、大きなスーツケースを引きずっていくには正直不便な場所ですが、タクシーなどを利用すれば問題ないと思います。 ホテルからスクンビット通までTUK-TUKを利用した無料送迎もありましたが、遊びに行くときしか実際には利用できないと思います。 部屋は広く、ベッドはキングサイズシングルで、とても清潔でした。書類机のほかにテーブル・いすのセットもあるので、居住性は良好でした。 また、部屋の備品として32インチの液晶TVに加え、オーディオシステムもおかれており、さらにキッチン・中型冷蔵庫もあったので、ロングステイも可能ではないでしょうか。 自分は、朝食付きのパッケージで宿泊しましたが、自炊も可能でしょう。 朝食は、バッフェ形式ですが、サラダ、パンケーキ、チャーハン、玉子料理（シェフにオーダーする）といった程度で選択肢は余りありません。自分で料理しない場合は、ホテルのロケーション的に朝食付きパッケージにする以外にないと思いますが…。 そのほか、小さなプール（2m […] x 5m程度）とトレーニングマシンジムがありました。自分は利用しませんでしたが、軽い運動にはいいのではないでしょうか。 最後に、特別なオファーとして、自分が宿泊した時（時期限定かもしれませんが）には、半日の無料市街観光が用意されていました。正直、中途半端なものですが、空き時間の活用程度であれば、タダということでいいかもしれません。 もっと読む

I recently stayed at a 5 star resort and spa hotel near the beach in San Diego. I travel a lot but was not really impressed with my overall stay--a ripoff, really. Not everything is perfect--I rated them a 4 for location because eventhough it is in a really nice spot near Sukhimvit Road, the best way to find it is to ask someone--like one of the big hotels on Sukimvit--because it is located down a side street a ways. I have stayed here many times and everytime I am happy with the staff and facilities. It is quite far down the soi off the main road but at night it is very quiet. Breakfast has always been good but get there early as food is limited. They will cook fresh eggs how you like them.

Always stay at Aspen Suites. Never any issues. Clean big rooms, friendly staff always willing to please. Location is close to the main strip. Nice breakfast. Cant compalian great value for the money!

This was our 4th stay in Bangkok within the past month and we chose Aspen Suites this time because of its proximity to Sukhumvit Rd (we don't mind the 5-10min walk to Sukhumvit Rd). Our room was very big and well appointed. However some details were lacking: there was no shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom on the first day; the kitchen was missing some […] cutlery and there was no water cooker. After we mentioned this to housekeeping we eventually received the water cooker and shower gel. The pool - although very small - was closed for renovation while we were there. Breakfast was ok. ihave been travelling for the past 25 years and have stayed in dozens of hotels, but this hotel staff was the worst. i recommend that hotels dot com should remove this hotel from its list otherwise regular users like me will never use even this site or even expedia. plz downgrade the rating from 4 star to zero star. the whole bathroom was not working […] shower was broken, tub drianage was not working and the worst part was that the staff said that we donot have the maintanence staff available. the pool size was 5 feet by 15 feet, a bigger sized tub actually. もっと読む

Die first impression, when you enter the room (I stayed in a Junior Suite in 8th floor, wow, nice and big. But then I started to look a little bit closer at everything (furniture, bathroom, kichenette, coookware ...) and realized that it was looking old and cheap and that some things even were brooken. It's actually rated as a 4 star hotel but in my opinion it deserves not more than 3 stars. The price is much to high for the room quality and the service. I payed many times about the same price at other hotels of the same category in Bangkok but if I compare the Aspen Suites with these other hotels it's like I would compare a Toyota with a Mercedes or a BMW. Just a quick review, stayed 3 nights, 2 nights had a leaking air con unit @ 4am !! staff had been told ! but not corrected the 1st time. Also had a change of pick up not not forwarded to myself from the front desk ! Work was being carried out to drain's while using pool ! Rooms where clean, but the air con saga did not help !

Stayed at the Aspen Suites on a weeknight in August 2011. The hotel wasn't full so the staff kindly bumped me up to an executive suite free of charge. Ordered a tasty meal from room service, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Two people. Stayed two nights. Large room with kitchenette, A/C, smaller bathroom. Utensils were not cleaned beforehand. Other than that, cleanliness met our expectation. Fairly easy access from the subway st. either by taxi, tuk-tuk or by foot (15 min. walk). The other way, the hotel provides a free tuk-tuk shuttle to the main road every 15 min. We […] didn't opt for the hotel breakfast, but it looked standard. Neither did we use the pool or fitness room. Both seemed to be to the small side. The night before check-out, we asked for a late check-out which was partially accepted (one hour extension). Upon departure, we asked the concierge for a taxi to go to the airport, telling her how much we were willing to pay. This was passed on to a private driver who accepted our offer. When we arrived at the airport, the driver insisted that he had been promised a different rate from the concierge. Higher, of course. We opted not to argue but just pay. I feel that the hotel is partially to blame for this "misunderstanding". Other than this last negative incident, the hotel left us with an overall positive impression. Nice Hotel, very large rooms with good quality decor, TV, FAST free Internet! etc. A little way down side road from Sukhumvit road, but short Tuk Tuk journey or 5 minute walk. Quiet area considering close proximity to Nana's bars. Will stay there again, value for money very high for the qulaity of the hotel.

Had a single night booked, but extended last minute (whilst already at hotel). No issues with Hotels.com or hotel. A excellent good value hotel in bangkok.

Have stayed at the Aspen suites a number of times recently....it is excellent value for money, located in a quiet area on soi 2....but easy walking distance to all the nightlife you could want. Recommended !

Really good and cheap hotel. I will stay there the next time i go to bkk again.

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the BTS station, the room is good but the swimming pool is very very small, no wifi inside room, only in lobby, the breakfast is common and you need to told the waitress to refill it.

I've stayed at the aspen suites on a number of occassions...it is a very well run hotel with good sized appartments. Location is good (soi 2 sukhumvit), good free internet access (fixed, not wifi). Accomodation maybe not 4*, but a very good 3*...recommended.

The Hotel is well located if you want to wander around Sokhomvit soi 2. It s a great location. It s also convenient as just few minutes from the highway exit when coming from the airport. The hotel is great, very luxury and very clean. Recommended, and would go again if go back to Bangkok.

My stay at Aspen have both positive and negative points which I will get into. Firstly, on arriving at the hotel, the receptionist was a bit moody...we didnt seem to get the sort of Thai hospitality I was used to from other hotels. The Hotel itself is top class and rooms are big and very well kitted out, the hotel has only two downsides that i can see 1)The Swimming pool is tiny 2)It location is 300 meters down a drakish lane, the hotel does offer a free tuck tuck to the top of the lane but overall this hotel is exceptional value.

This was my second stay there. Highly recommend this hotel for their room size, comfort, cleanliness, service, etc. Free wi-fi in addition to 2 computers available 24/7 for personal use.

If you are looking to stay near Sukhumvit Rd, then this hotel is great. Although it's not on the main road, they have a free hotel tuk tuk that will take you to Sukhumvit. The room was very nice - just as pictured online. The pool is smaller than it looks online but still nice. There are two computers in the lobby that are free for guests to use. Liked it so much that I booked a second night.

Rooms, location, breakfast, everything was great! I traveled Vietnam before staying at this location and bought some pictures. I left the tube of pictures in the lobby when I departed from the hotel. I called and emailed, but noone from the hotel seems willing to help me get the pictures back. This experience was a black eye to a wonderful stay.

This is a gem of a hotel. A bit off the beaten path, but close enough to anywhere a tourist would want to go. The staff was friendly and the rooms are amazing.

Great place. We liked that you can take the tuk tuk to the main street. Only complaint was that the bed was too hard.

First time I have stayed at the Aspen suites having stopped in many places in Bangkok over the years. The hotel is excellent value for money, having suites with small kitchenette and living area...giving much more space. I will be back!

The aspen suites is a apart-hotel. The rooms are large with small kitchen, living area and ensuite bathroom. i had a pleasant stay at the Aspen Suites, the customer service was first rate, nothing was too much trouble, they went out of their way to help us, the rooms were comfortable, the free breakfast was lovely. The hotel is good value. Big spacious rooms. Condition of the building is slightly dated but over comfort level is there. Location is about a 10mins walk from the main street. Gets dark along the street leading to the hotel at night.

We had a marvellous stay in this hotel. Standards were excellent. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. All the staff - from the reception staff, the chef, the housekeeper and the tuk tuk driver were friendly, hospitable and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we visit next year.

This is my 2nd visit at Aspen within the last 2 months. Always like this hotel cos the room are bigger than most big hotels. Staffs are friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended for those who wouldn't mind staying at a smaller hotel. Will definitely return for my next trip to Bangkok.

Aspen Suites is one of the nicest experience we had during our visit to Thailand. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The room is very nice and clean. It would be even better if Aspen has family suites with 2 rooms.

This is a lovely hotel at the end of Soi 2 on Sukhumvit, the quietest Soi. A peaceful place with dedicated staff and family atmosphere, free internet in the room. The convinience of a kitchennette is fantastic and the rooms and bathrooms are really clean. If you want to take my recommendation, stay at the Aspen when in Bangkok.

The food, service and attitude was up and down constantly. Some of the staff were really first-rate, and then others were downright surly. Check in was great - polite and smiling, really very nice day time staff. Check out was very much the opposite. Kinda makes one feel that the effort is not there after the cash has been collected.

My partner and I had to spend one night in Bangkok this week. Many places and roads were closed however the hotel location, the help from the hotel staff helping us to get a driver to take us to the different sites even with the current situation was excellent.
