As reasonably priced hotels in Dubrovnik centre don't seem to exist, we stayed here instead and were really pleased with our choice. Located 100m from the bus-stop into town, you can be in Dubrovnik-proper in about 20-minutes. Going by the price, we weren't expecting much, but the room was massive, very clean, great shower, lovely balcony and helpful […] staff. This is a very clean budget hotel in a nice location, short taxi ride to the old town. Very friendly staff and happy to help with all questions. Bus transport 3 mins away so very convenient.

Stayed for 3 nights and knew nothing of the hotel before our stay. Pleasantly surprised by size of our room and the general condition of the hotel. The room was incredibly clean, good air conditioning and bathroom. The hotel was comfortable and within walking distance of a bus stop that brought you to the old town of Dubrovnik in about 10 minutes. The buffet was good. Wireless internet did not work in rooms, only in the lobby.

I would recommend this hotel as good value for money. Nice breakfast. Good transport service to Dubrovnik old town. Take bus 10 down to old town and get bus 4 home as this eliminates the walk up steep hill back to hotel. Bus ride is only 10 mins. 5 minutes walk to good beaches and Lapad restaurants. Rooms clean but basic.

The room was very nice and much bigger than expected. It also had a large balcony looking onto the street. The location was ok and could get everywhere you need. The staff were generally nice however there was one man who we ran into at the counter a few times who was very unhelpful. Wouldn't tell us about hotel services such as laundry (told us to […] go to search for the cleaning lady somewhere upstairs??) also wouldn't help when we asked about airport transport, very lazy man. We were very impressed during our stay at the Ivka hotel. The breakfast was sumptious and our room beautiful and kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Staff were so helpful when I needed to print out a document and the bar service was very reasonably priced .

I would recommend this hotel - inexpensive, clean and comfortable

Hotelli siisti. Palvelu hyvä. Jääkaapin puute huoneesta oli miinusta. Muuten kaikkia hyvin. Suosittelen hotellia.

Hotellet er godt, men beliggenheden i forhold til den gamle by er dårlig, derudover var der ingen minibar/køleskab på værrelset.

Consiglio caldamente questo hotel per la cordialità e professionalità dei suoi collaboratori..

Udmærket udgangpunkt for en gåtur til den gamle bydel og gode adgangsforhold i bil. Vi fandt desuden en hyggelig restaurant nede ved den lokale "havn".

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, schöne Zimmer. Ein sauberes, korrektes Hotel, man darf aber nicht Luxus erwarten. Die Lage ist nicht optimal, wenn man nahe der Altstadt sein möchte. Es gibt aber Busse dorthin.

loin de la Ville... dommage

First time in Croatia and not on high season. Aircondition was working but didnt control temperature. Rooms are ok in size and normal standard. You will not have any nice view from the rooms but that I didn't expect. All in all I was pleased with my stay at IVKA

l'hotel se compose de 2 établissements : l'hotel proprement dit au-dessus ( 3*) et la villa (4*) au bord d'une ravissante petite plage avec accès direct à la mer. Notre séjour à la Villa a été très agréable dans un cadre sympathique au bord de la mer

Hotel Ivka is simple but very comfortable. The Rooms are not furnished in a fancy way but are very spacious. The same is true for the bathroom, which was very clean and looked newly renovated. The location is ideal for trips into old town and to the harbor.

Hotelli sijaitsi mukavan ja rauhallisen sivukadun varrella hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä vanhasta kaupungista ja Lapadin alueen keskuksesta (kävelykatu, ostoskeskus ja uimaranta). Hotellet ligger ca 20 min gange fra Dubrovnik sentrum. Litt dårlig med fortau noen steder. Det er lettere å ta bussen, som går ofte (hvert 10. min. da vi var der i august), med busstopp like ved hotellet. Å komme seg til stranda tar ca 10 min til forts, med fortau hele veien.

Vi brukte hotellet en natt på vei til og fra Korcula. Brukte tremannsrom. Flotte rom med god aircondition. Den tredje sengen var litt hard, ellers var vi svært fornøyd. Flott frokost. Anbefaler gjerne hotellet.

le confort de la chambre est bien avec salle de bain très correcte, mais la propreté du sol laisse à désirer, quant aux lits, le personnel ne doit pas savoir ce que cela veut dire de faire un lit.
