"快適な一夜"
Hotels.com のゲストによる口コミ 2012年07月31日 投稿子供のサマーキャンプの送迎のために一泊、ついでにサンケンメドウ・ステイトパークで釣りをしたいという夫の希望もあり、この場所を選びました。駐車場も朝食も無料で室内もきれいだったし、ベッドも快適でした。夕飯の案内が部屋にありましたが、歩いて行けるところではなかったかもしれません。車があれば快適に過ごせると思います。釣りで大雨に見舞われ、ずぶ濡れになったので、乾燥機を使いたくて、ゲストランドリーに行ってみたのですが、ちょっと清潔感にかける印象があり使わず、部屋のアイロンで乾かしました。そこだけが唯一残念でした。

We stayed here for a gymnastics competition. The location was perfect! Plenty of places to eat nearby and it was close to the meet location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit on the small side but nice. I needed a hotel close to Baseball Heaven for a recruiting camp. The hotel is close to the freeway and it was easy to get to where I had to go. There is a laundromat across the street, which I needed for uniform laundering. The neighborhood is reasonably good and the desk can give a list of nearby restaurants. "Rude, incompetent staff at the Marriott"
The service level of this hotel is an embarrassment to the Marriott name. My colleagues and I have used the Marriott in China, HongKong and the USA. Never before, have I experience such rude, incompetent staff who supposedly carry J, W. Marriott's mantra of service First incident: Since there were three of us in three rooms, I tried to be helpful and […] indicated to "key-maker" that only one key was necessary. She had just made a second key for my room and snapped back: "So, do you want it or not?". She repeated herself three times, each time louder than before. I was so taken aback that I stood mute at this unnecessary and unprovoked rudeness. Second incident: My GM was issued a key into an OCCUPIED room. Both he and the gentleman inside room 318 were startled - it was around 8pm when we checked in. Fortunately, my colleague did not walk into a room.occupied by a lady! For the sake of the Marriott corporation, I hope these incidents did not stem from the fact that my colleagues and I are Chinese. I am the Business Manager for 10K-employee public company in China. Although it claims to be close to the Islip airport it is quite a distance from it. The day before arriving I called to confirm my shuttle pick up. The day of the arrival I called for pick up and was told the shuttle driver was very busy and that I should take a local cab company. The cab ride from the airport costs $ 30.00 to the hotel. "Very Pleasant Stay"

First night I had feeling og something crawling.Black ants I found and could not sleep well. A few of them I brought to front desk.
