空港からのシャトルバスが到着するアトーチャ駅に近く、プラド美術館＆ソフィア王妃芸術センターも徒歩圏、立地は非常にGOOD。ただし、アトーチャ駅が巨大過ぎ、駅至近距離のホテルではあるけれど、どこの出口に出てどこに向かって歩くべきか方向感覚がつかみにくいので、駅周辺の詳細な地図を持って行くべき。朝食は8-12時とちょっと遅めではあるものの、品揃えも多く、美味しい。さすが食にこだわるスペイン。部屋はバスタブがなかったけれど、機能的で清潔。最上階のテラス付きの部屋だったため、テラスからマドリードを一望。無料Wi-Fiはロビーのみ。

ホテルの場所がわかりづらくて、ポリスにも聞いたのですが、それでもわかりませんでした。結局最寄り駅から1時間ほど探しました（苦笑） 立地条件も良く、とてもいいホテルでした。スタッフ対応もよかったです。 バルセロナを挟む前後二日間の滞在でした。 マドリッドからバルセロナに移動する際は電車の料金は考えものです。 知らなかったので、日本円で三万以上かかりました。 安くあげるにはLCCなどの航空便のほうがはるかに安いです。 気をつけてください。

普通の住宅街の中にあり、周りは静かで小生には快適でした。全体に清潔で、部屋の中は特にきれいでした。2泊のつもりだったのを1泊にしたのですが、時間が許せばもっと長くいてもよかった。メトロの乗り方が分かっている人なら便利です。スタッフは3人と接したけれど、親切でどみんないい感しでした。ちょっと踊りたのは朝食（小生はコーヒーとパン1個）が１３ユーロかな。

基本的にビジネス街ですので、周囲には観光地は有りません。ただベルナベウスタジアムのすぐ傍ですのでサッカー（レアルマドリッド）観戦には最適でしょう。市内観光については市内中心部から少し離れていますが地下鉄で15分程度でSOLまで行けますので不便は有りません。

マドリードのアトーチャ駅からも徒歩5分ほどでトレドにAVANTを使って移動したり、三大美術館巡りを目的にしている私にはぴったりでした！ 部屋もゆったりしていますし、中庭側の部屋だったせいか外の騒音は全くありませんでした。バスタブも大きくゆったり入ることができました。 グランビアなどでのショッピングをメインに考えている人にはちょっと遠いかもしれませんが、利便性やhotel内の快適さではとてもオススメです。

In northern Madrid, Chamartín train station is the second-largest after Atocha. This is mainly a business district although the residential area south of it contains plush low-rise apartment blocks and houses. At the circular Plaza de Castilla, next to the bus station, loom the two iconic black leaning towers called the Puerta de Europa.

"Great Hotel, but not close to anything"
Hotel was wonderful...it even has heated floors in the bathroom, which I'd never seen before! So, it's definitely 5-star. This hotel was excellent value for money, extremely clean, staff were very polite and helpful and the hotel was close enough to the centre of the city without being too close. very easy to travel around from this hotel, we used the metro and it's only a couple of stops to the santiago bernabeu and about 10 mins into the centre attractions . would definitely […] recommend this hotel to anyone visiting madrid. It's a metro ride to centre of Madrid and metro stop is just a few mins walk from hotel. Location is the only real negative, but it's only 30 min journey so not not really a major issue. The hotel is faultless, but food and drinks are very expensive! We wanted to eat out so not really a problem. We did pay 7 euros for a jug of milk to replace the powdered […] milked provided with the tea and coffee faciliities in our room - I don't expect powdered milk in 5 star hotel! Gym is very basic but adequate and there's a park adjacent to hotel which was good for running. However, overall this is a great hotel and we had a very good deal which offered exceptional value for money. If you're happy to travel into the centre - the hotel is in Madrid's business district - I strongly recommend this hotel. This Hotel is fantastic with a level of service you usually only get in the Far East. I would stay here again without hesitation. The restrauant and bar are expensive but it is an award winning restaurant and so the prices reflect its excellence. If I had t be picky I would say the it would be nice to have a couple of english channels on the TV and […] not just CNN and BBC world News and perhaps a movie channel. it is in the Business district in an iconic building so a short tube ride from the centre of town but that is a small price to pay given its standard. Hotel is great but the problem was with the bathrooms. The shower gave an unpleasant odour. The high tech lighting meant you had to fumble about to get to the bathroom otherwise all the lights come on in the bedroom. "Keep away from Downtown!"
I love this hotel for bussiness trips. It is quite new and nearby (20 minutes) from Barajas Airport. I ussually stay at downtown but this time I wanted stay away of the noisy downtown.
