The room was dirty,no daily maid service,alot of things were broken or not working in the room,view was great.With proper management and proper maintainace the Casa could be GREAT ,for right now very so-so.

Nice concept! it's like renting someone's condo/apartment. Don't expect room service or plush towels (our 2 bedroom only had 1 bath towel) and the mattresses and sofabed are not the most comfortable but the apartment was clean, the view of the ocean is beautiful and it's quiet. On the web, the photo and description painted a nice picture. At the price quoted, we expected a great experience. When we arrived, we were told it was a "house", part of their family of hotels - turns out they have a few small-ish properties, ranging from bad to worse. The rooms were not in great shape, with damp couches, no shampoo, the closet didn't […] have a door, wires were sticking out in places. The beach area had a lot of junk (not just seaweed which is nature) - plastic bottles, fish heads that some guests were throwing in as we watched, lots of old seaweed & junk piled high on the beach. There is no restaurant or bar on the premises, so you have to drive a few miles to get anything. Either you should remove this hotel from your list, or the hotel needs to improve. Resort was not at all what we expected! The private beach was not usable as far as swimming into the ocean --- you'd have to get past all the gross seaweed first! There are no pool lights and the pool closes way too early! The outside property definitely needs maintenance! The rooms surprisingly were clean, spacious and accommodated 6 guests. I loved […] that our room had 2 1/2 baths but because the outside was not well taken care of I don't think it qualifies to be called a RESORT! Nonetheless, I did pay close attention to hotels in the area and none of them look well maintained so I was glad we stayed at Casa del Sol but I would not call it a resort! Tacky,tacky,tacky. Very spacious but for the outragious amount we paid through hotels.com , I would not recommend this to anyone.

THE 2 BEDROOM SUITE WAS GREAT. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. NICE STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES. SID BY SID FRIDGE WITH WATER AND ICE IN DOOR. WASHER, DRYER. VIEW WAS NICE. Very nice suites clean more then I expected very comfetable , relaxing will recommend to others

The room was extremely comfortable, and roomy. Great appliances and other necessities like pots and pans, dishes, etc,. The beach is not really a beach, so keep that in mind. A great place to stay if you visit the other spots in the keys and use the room as a place to sleep and eat. Hotel is a little difficult to find initially and there is some road construction in front of it. It is really before you get to Marathon. The rooms are 10 ,2 or more bedroom condos and they were beautiful. Ours had 2 screened in porches, a beautiful granite kitchen with a washer/dryer and 1 1/2 baths. We chose Marathon to stay in the keys then we drove into Key west. We didn't know it was spring break week when we went. ok first of all the only reason i booked this hotel was because it said sandy beach. not at all room was great it looked like a lil apartment just like the pictures they were utensils to eat pans,plates,glasses,toaster coffee maker room service was good they came in both days they have a nice view to the beach and pool very calm and soothing nice place […] to relax with your family. just remember to take food to cook they have evrything you need there restaurants are far and the hotel doesnt have a dinning salon. great hotel loved it.. もっと読む

Hotellet lå tæt på hovedvejen og var let at finde Der var ikke tæpper nok til os alle - faktisk var der kun 1 tæppe til 5 mand. Receptionen var lukket da vi kom - vi kom kl 20.00. I reservationen stod der at receptionen var åben til 22.00. Der var lagt papirer ud til os, så det var ikke noget problem, men vi måtte ringe til et nødnummer pga af for lidt […] tæpper. Vi fik fat i en herre der ikke var meget for at komme med flere tæpper, men han kom efter et stykke tid med 1 tæppe mere! Vi fik ham dog overtalt til at hente flere tæpper på de andre værelser da hotellet langt fra var fyldt. Ellers et dejligt hotel med god plads til 5 mennesker i den hyggelige lejlighed vi havde. もっと読む
