Great place to spend the night. Comfy beds, really clean rooms, and friendly staff. Plus free Wi-Fi that had excellent speed. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Everything is good about this hotel, including the full kitchen. I stayed over the weekend and still it was quiet. Rooms were very clean, checkin was quick, and the receptionists were very nice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is new, and is leaps and bounds above any else. If you're stuck going to Oak Harbor, you might as well have a peaceful nights rest in a clean and comfy hotel room. My only gripe, no liquid soaps other than shampoo.

The hotel put out a huge spread in the lobby for the runners from Gatorade to Clif Bars and fruit. Very friendly staff. The rooms were well kept and clean. Love the small kitchen suite. The room was hard to keep a steady temperature especially when it was so humid outside. Would have loved to see a hot tub or pool! Really enjoyed the option of borrowing DVDs to watch in our room.

Having never stayed at this hotel chain before, we were surprised and pleased with their "cupboard" area of food that could be used in the kitchenette (plus, the free popcorn and DVDs). Sadly, the kitchenette was very noisy with the refrigerator in the room. Too bad--the bed was very comfortable. Wished for earplugs all night long...

No other hotel in the area could hold a candle to the Candlewoods. For a traveler, having all the amendities all at hand, is most important. The room was big and cheery. Very comfortable. They had free laundry facilities. No pool, but who cares. People pee in them anyway.

Great for an extended stay. Full kitchen is helpful. The clerk was busy when we walked in dealing with a disgruntled guest. She never raised her voice or became angry and when it was my turn, she smiled, explained near by restaurants, and waited on me as if nothing had just happen.

Good value for money, Not too exciting, and there are probably more interesting places to stay - Langley is probably a lot more fun than Oak Harbor. But, staff very pleasant, room fine, great value for money.

Very clean and well set up with nice touches such as popcorn in the microwave, and a free drink upon arrival. The staff was very helpful and came into my room to show me how to use the remote for the TV and DVD.Would recommend when in the Oak Harbour area. Restaurant next door (chinese) was also good.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The exercise room was legit--had a bike, treadmill and weight machine, which is a lot more than the single treadmill that most hotels have! I was only there for one night, but if I'm ever in the area again I would stay here again.
