設備全般、、朝食、場所の利便性と基本的に問題無いものの 今回は飛行機の便が朝早かったので一泊利用しました。 空港までの送迎バスも運転手は気が効いていて良いです。 何が残念かといえば施設が古い事に尽きるのかと

高速出口の傍にあり、周辺環境も良かった。 また接客等のサービス、ﾎﾃﾙの清潔感も良くまた利用したいと思います。

"good place to stay"
I have stayed here a few times now, and the service is always good. Never had any problems, and even got an upgrade the last time!

I've lived in apartments smaller than this. Helpful desk clerks. One caution: If you plan to cook, snack or have cocktails in your suite, bring your own. "Convenient location and spacious rooms"
The suite was very spacious, the kitchen was well equipped with appliances, plenty of closet space, and good amount of drawers in the dresser. The carpet was clean and curtains were similar to an apartment rather than a hotel suite. The two T.V.'s were very convenient. "Great value"
The hotel was clean, very spacious rooms, the location was great for downtown. Tha price was awesome value. Will deffo stay there again of I ever have to go back. Very happy.

I booked this hotel because it said it was downtown. I was looking for a hotel within walking distance of the downtown attractions. Though you can see downtown it is not located downtown. "Candlewood Indy medical district"
The room was even better the expected. The staff was very helpful and professional. I feel that i got a great deal for the price. The room was very clean and had plenty of space. I reccomened this hotel for your next stay in Indianapolis.

"Good value for the price"
Very happy with this hotel. It is close to downtown, yet away from the hussle and bussle. Very nicely furnished room. Love the 24 hours pantry.

I rented two rooms, had active mold above toilet . Looked like an ongoing problem. Pretty gross. No room service rented 4 br's got 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper for 4 people. Not enough towels. Broke a garbage bag asked if they could send a maid she gave me a broom! No maid! Did not meet my expectation. Hotel was clean and comfortable with great kitchen appliances. Parking lot was well lit, There was always someone at the desk day and night. We were convenient to downtown Indianapolis, 6 or 7 minutes at the most with little traffic. Very nice place to stay and found the other people staying at the hotel were friendly, quiet, nice folks.
"Excellent value for the price"
Very roomy, clean, friendly. A shuttle is available to take you downtown and to the medical district. It's also possible to walkj to the VA and many other hospitals.
The suites are spacious and came well equipped.Liked the closeness to med center. The shuttle was a plus to have going back and forth to the hospitals and resturants.

I have stayed in a number of rooms, and everyone understands what your basic room looks like. This room was fantastic. Just a standard room, yet had a very nice kitchen, nice living room and a huge bedroom. The room was very spacious, and broke many molds of your usual hotel room. Loved this place, will stay here anytime i can.

I have never stayed in a Candlewood Suites before and I would gladly stay again. I had a non smoking room but the bedroom smelled like smoke. That was the only negative aspect. The hotel was very affordable, and offered more than I would have expected at that price.

I was surprised there were only three hotel carts for your customer's luggage. When I checked out on Friday morning, the manager had to go across the way to "Park Place" hotel and get one for me. Luckily, I was not in any hurry, otherwise, this would not be a good review!!

If you are planning to go out downtown, but don't want to pay the price to stay directly in the center of the city, please consider Candlewood Suites in the Medical district. Wow. This place was really nice I have stayed in 4 star hotels that were not as clean and as plush accommodations here. The room was enormous. The only down side is that the hotel isn' t within walking distance of downtown. I will stay here again when I go to Indy.

"Excellent value"
Spacious room - more space than I needed. Good size bathroom and comfortable bed. I was just in and out for the night but it would be a comfortable place for an extended stay.

Pretty much a small apartment in its own right rather than a hotel. As such, very good vor extended stays or stays where you want or need a good work area.

I was really surprised how large the rooms were!! Clean hotel close to just about everything but far enough way to not be in all the chaos.

"Lots of room, great for the price"
This room was HUGE - like renting an apartment. We had two large bedrooms with a King size bed in each room, a living room with a pull-out sofa and recliner, and a kitchen with two-burner stovetop, microwave, full-size refrigerator and large breakfast bar/eating area. The bathroom is a good size with a separate vanity area. Breakfast is not included […] but with the full kitchen that worked out perfectly for our family. The furnishings are basic and simple but served the purpose. The beds were very comfortable. There is also a nice outdoor pool but a spa would have been nice too.
