Nice hotel, new and modern with clean, comfortable room. Very spacious and bathroom had a great layout. A little far from things and no restaurants in area but ok if you rent a car and can venture out.

Rooms / hotel were clean. Bed was Comfortable. A little isolated but overall good hotel.

Whenever I travel to Greensboro, this hotel is my stop over. I have always found the staff ready to accommodate and very professional.

The only thing that was not very good about my stay was the noise that could be heard from other rooms and the room over head

Great Hotel! Smoke free, very clean and beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious. Would definately stay here again.

Great stop when travelling on I-85, just off the exit and next to 2 gas stations. Takes a little travel to get to a restaurant but it is easy and convenient to High Point if visiting for furniture.

Excellent I will stay there again when am on vacation

Very clean and nice. It was convenient to downtown and the room was spotless. Everything worked just fine.

I was in Greenboro for a basketball tornorment. It was great for what we needed. The hot breakfast is a plus and was one of my requirments for a hotel. Two things to look out for: 1. If you need a roll away, you will be charged for it, $15 a night 2. There are no fast food places to eat near by! VERY NICE. WOULD STAY AGAIN. HAD A SLIGHT ISSUE WITH NOT GETTING INTERNET SERVICE..CALLED TECH SUPPORT,THEY RESOLVED THE ISSUE IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES....OVER ALL VERY NICE STAY

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The fast, free, easy connecting web acces is a BIG plus. Much better than in may "upscale" chains that charge up to $15/day. I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing was that the bed was hard, but I guess thats good for some patrons but not me.

Location felt isolated and did not allow convenient, quick access to restaurants. The breakfast offered did not include healthy options such as yogurt or fresh fruit. Vending machines for sodas only. I arrived hungry and stayed that way until I checked out!

We were very impressed by the Staff, the room, beds, pillows, large bathroom, pool and the complementry breakfast was excellent. The girls kept the dining room supplied and clean!!

Most of the Front Desk were courteous, the housekeeping staff was also. The room and common areas could have been cleaner. The bacon was tasteless but overall the continental breakfast bar passed rigor for a hotel breakfast bar. The real downside and deal breaker for us was the HARD bed and flat pillows. Very uncomfortable and so we are considering […] changing hotels in hopes that we find a comfortable bed with at least decent pillows. We stayed at this location on three separate occasions in the last four months and the Desk Clerk told us that the Rewards program but didn't offer to enroll us. We did so on our second visit and of course our request to prorate our rewards participation to cover our initial visit was refused. We stopped here for 1 night. It was a good basic hotel. Everything was clean, had a decent breakfast, beds were OK (not real soft, firm but not a board). The AC cycling on and off woke me up. If I stayed there again I would turn the fan on continuously. For me this was just a place to sleep, shower and eat breakfast. Appeared to be relatively newly built, clean,pleasant place to stay. One of the few places that had a fan in the bathroom so the mirror never fogged . Love their convenient continental brkfst - makes it so easy !

Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful when needed. The continental breakfast was also very good. No complaints at all with our stay and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
