"The hotel Holiday Inn Express"
The hotel was very clean,beds were comfortable and clean.Very close to I-10 and easy to find. Breakfast was great and we were traveling with 2 small children.I would recommend this hotel for travelers along I-10 close to restaurants and shopping.

THE ROOM WAS NICE BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS WITH THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPT THAt KEPT KNOCKING ON THE DOOR AND ONE TIME A MALE HOUSEKEEPER OPENED THE DOOR HOURS BEFORE CHECK OUT TIME..

"Hotel in Daphne al"
We really enjoyed our stay in this motel. The staff treated us real nice, the room was clean and the breakfast was really good.
"Great Choice"
Traveling from TX to FL on vacation. We chose HIE because they're generally the same and always meet our expectations. Our first time at this location and it wa a great choice. Outside Mobile far enough but close enough. Excellent shopping and dining close to the hotel. Very nice and safe environment. We would stay here again.

"We left the hotel more tired than when we checked in"
During the night we called the front desk several times about the people in the room above us. They were stomping around in their room and it sounded like they were dropping things or throwing things around. The first time we called the desk, the employee said he would call them to tell them to settle down. He called us back a few minutes later and […] said that they would not answer their phone. We asked if he could go up there to talk to them and he said he could not leave the front desk. We ended up calling the front desk at least 4 more times before we finally gave up and finally fell asleep around 2 a.m. We were awakened at 7 a.m. by more of the same. We decided to get up and get ready to go down for the free breakfast that was offered. It sure didn't look like the food that was advertised on the posters around the hotel and they were out of nearly everything. We rummaged around til we found a little something that we could eat. 1 bisquit with gravy, 1 sweetroll, 1 carton of milk... split between 3 people. It wasn't much of a breakfast. Finally someone came in and started to refill some of the trays but we were disgusted so we packed up our things and left. I told the woman at the front desk about our horrible night and she appologized but offered nothing in the way of a credit or any other compensation. We left the hotel upset, crabby, hungry and tired. We won't be back. もっと読む
