Very comfortable and attractive room; much nicer than comparably-priced competitors. In fact, for me, only a larger standalone shower would make it any better. Quick check-in and checkout. Adequate parking. Good location, near to everything. One and only complaint...where's the pork? Breakfast was carbo-carbo-carbo; bagels, cereal, cinnamon rolls, toast, […] pancakes, biscuits & gravy??? This is California, not the southeast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, the bed really comfortable, and very conveniently located - close to many amenities. The bathroom was really clean, and the shower was wonderful! We were pleasantly surprised at how very quiet our room was. The only noise we ever noticed was a very faint sound of an occasional train, […] which we rather enjoyed! The breakfast was very nice and the lady that was taking care of it went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of - stopping by our tables to see if we needed anything else. The staff was very friendly and courteous. This hotel had a great breakfast; not your usual coffee with prewrapped danish. They had a nice selection of fruit, bakery items, juice, yogurt and even freshly made pancakes! Staff was very helpful and friendly, hotel was clean. We would definately stay here again.

The hall ways and lobby were warm, (Temp) The coffee was BAD. I was looking forward to the breakfest, all of it was good but the coffee. Other than that a nice place with friendly people.

Hotel was pretty good until checkout. I was charged 250.00 for smoking I let them know that I do not smoke and I never have they said the said smelt smoke. I asked are you sure it's from my room they said they cannot say and there isn't anything that they can do! I was very upset. I will never stay there again

Excellent service, front desk very, very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding , beds and pillows very comfortable and we tend to be kind of picky. Breakfast food and service was very good, they even have a lady standing by to assist you if you happen to need something. We were unaware of the quality found in a Holiday Inn […] Express hotel. We have stayed at the Crown Plaza hotels and some other 4 star hotels and this particular hotel met our expectations and more. If all their hotels are similar, we will be booking the majority of our stays with them, as a way of loyalty to good service and truthfullness in the way the hotel was described. Very comfortable beds like our own back home.

I was really happy with the Hotel. It was clean and update. Had a great breakfast menu! I would definately stay again, especially for the price we paid. Close to the Airport and car rental drop off. It was within walking distances to the Ontario Mills Mall, and alot of places to dine.

everything was great about the hotel except the bed. doesnt matter how great the place is if you don't sleep well. my husbands shoulder was killing him and I woke up with a backache. would not stay again. if you like a hard bed..this is the place for you

MY STAY AT THE HOLIDAY EXPRESS WAS GREAT. THE HOTEL ITSELF WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE TOILET. FOR A HANDICAP PERSON IT WAS TOO LOW.

Will definitely stay again.

The Hotel was perfect. We were in town for the Nascar Races in Fontana and it made the travel time short to the track. The breakfast was excellent and the fresh cookies in the lobby was a nice touch. We already have talked about coming back next year.

Very nice hotel. Everything was so clean and had a beautiful view of the snow covered mountains. Was close to the Mall and many restaurants. Breakfast was AWESOME! So much to choose from and pancakes! Thanks for a great stay and the fresh cookies upon arrival!

We stay here several times a year and always find the staff courteous, rooms clean and comfortable, and breakfast is very good and they offer a large variety of items.

The staff were excellent. The man who checked us in, the woman running the breakfast room, and especially Adam, who checked us out and helped us tremendously with train schedules and urgently needed supplies. This hotel is in a wonderful location close to restaurants and the Mall. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and had a frig and microwave. The frig didn't get cold but it was enough for cool drinks. The layout was slightly awkward with the bathroom door opening on it's own. But I would say here again.

The hotel was pretty good except for 2 things. The Jaccuzzi had a huge amount of dirt, leaves and debris in it and the breakfast was absolutely horrible. I would expect much better for the price even in So Cal.

The hotel was in a great location and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was very dirty and the walls are paper thin. I could hear the neighbor having a full conversation at midnight. That made it very difficult to sleep. I called the front desk but the loud conversation continued until 2 am. Stayed here for a quick family visit and it was in a good location, offered a great breakfast, huge bathroom, very clean. All you could want and then some!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel at home from the very beginning. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. For the money was a great value, and nice clean place to be. Would stay there again and would recommend to my friends AND family.
