Friendly font desk staff. Appreciated an early check-in as well. Breakfast included!

Wonderful service, clean comfy room, loved it!

Stay was fine, with good customer service. Room very clean, and everything in good working order. Breakfast room off, with everyone squished to one side of space. Food did not look appealing.

Front Desk lady wasn't very friendly. Otherwise, hotel was nice and comfy. Little hard to find off the turnpike.

A little tricky to get to when you're headed south from the airport- must go another exit and then head north- but otherwise, the room was spacious enough. Some details were those of an older hotel, but enough refurbishing that for the price, you can't really complain.

Nice hotel and the room was very clean. We have stayed twice and both were very nice.

It was a nice place to rest but unfortunately there is little to do in the area unless you go next door to the Hilton where you have a restaurant and sport bar. Once breakfast is served you must leave the hotel for food or order in.

Clean, friendly employees, room adequate as most hotels are. Only draw back was difficulty getting to hotel. Off major highway and off road came up quickly. Better to find in daylight.

Very comforatable room. Everything seemed quite new. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Very convenient location.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was top notch. Good selection. Highly recommend!

This hotel is very seclude and quiet section of New Brunswick. Room is very clean, the refrigerator was a bit noisy. The microwave was nice addition to the room. The hotel has a very nice continental breakfast selection and clean area to eat. I would come back again for next business trip.

Nice comfortable room. Had everything we needed. Was nice and clean. I always stay at the Holiday Inn Express because of the great price!!

A great location for those who need to visit the area around East Brunswick. Easy to access all necessary highways. The facilities and rooms and amenities are better than its competitor up the street without the hassle and cost of Parking fees and Internet costs. The staff is very friendly and the FREE breakfast is bountiful. The cost of our Suite was […] equal to the cost of a basic room up the block. Even though it is situated close to the NJ Turnpike their was no noise factor. I would also note that the bed was delightful however I would have preferred a firmer pillow. All in all a place I would highly recommend as a stop along the way with a great indoor pool for your enjoyment. Very nice,only complaint no food nearby

This hotel is very comfortable and quiet but located next to the New Jersey Turnpike and wedged behind the Hylton on a off road with very poor lighting. Once located it is easy to return but initially requires a good GPS.

My wife and I were just heading through and needed a quick hotel to stay at. Although the GPS did have some trouble getting to and from the hotel, it is literally seconds from I-95. The room was in excellent condition. It was clean, modern, and the price was great! Not to mention that the continental breakfast was awesome (as it usually is with Holiday […] Inn's). We were there during Hurrican Irene which in itself was bad timing but the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We had 7 trees come down where we couldnot get out of the parking lot but the front desk person called the city and they come right out and we were able to catch dinner day after storm hit. Hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was standard […] though there were alot of choices to pick from. Family that was able to come and see us was impressed with the hotel and they lived locally...we were the ones from out of town! We would definitely stay again......the one and only not really complaint is location. I have a GPS and without it we would probably still going round and round. The hotel sits off two major roads the Turnpike and RT 18 and is intersected by another road RT 1 and the 1st night I missed our turn and it took me 30 mins to get back.....not used to NOT making left turns killed me! But week's end, I was able to navigate back ok but by that time it was time to go. But overall the hotel stay was pleasant as opposed to what everyone was going thur with the flooding, power outages, and downed trees! This makes the 2nd Hurrican in two years that disrupted our trip...Irene this year and Earl last year! We're thinking of coming up later in the Fall from now own!!!! Perfect hotel for a one night stop when traveling on I-95.

A hidden gem. Great room. Very clean. Large buffet.

This hotel was the only bright spot in our trip to NJ. My wife and I found the people to be rude, crude and without any redeeming qualities the entire states economy must depend on the tolls they charge to go anywhere on their roads. The room was clean, comfortable and well lit, the free breakfast was good, the staff was helpful. I arrived early (before check-in time) and thankfully, was able to get a room. However, when I walked into the room it smelled like a sweaty sock in the entry hallway. In addition, the thermostat was not working so it remained hot for several hours, however, […] when I reported the temperature issue to the front desk, they offered to move me to another room if the problem was not resolved. The problem was resolved to my satiafaction, and because the temperature was cooler, the sweaty sock smell, though still evident, was lessened. Perhaps they would also have been responsive had I mentioned the odor. In addition, the laundry facility was constantly in use. The information that I got from hotels.com about traveling to New York city was totally wrong. If I hadn't gotten the correct information from my friends, I never would have reserved a room from this hotel.

my husbanb and me always stay in this hotel , when we visit our kids in New Jersey.

Holiday Inn Express was clean, pool was nice to have, room had refrigerator & microwave. Great value.

This is the second time I've stayed here with my family. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. My children love that there is a pool and there is a great breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff was very friendly. I would absolutely stay at this location again.

I arrived near midnight and was greeted by friendly staff waiting at the front desk. My room was neat and clean. I have stayed in this area before and this hotel is more convenient and far better than more expensive hotels nearby.

The heated indoor pool was great! The staff for the complimentary breakfast were very pleasant and solicitous. The hotel's decor was nice. We enjoyed our stay at this location quite a lot.

super clean,great free breakfast,lots to choose from,pool was nice and clean and warm... room was great,lots of pillows ,super soft but firm bed, I think every other hotel chain should try to come up to this place...nice place to stay and at a pretty good price.thank u holiday inn for a great night away from home.
