このホテルはヒースローから近い（バス/地下鉄で３０分）が店や施設がたくさんある素敵な街に位置している。バスはホテル（E8）を出てすぐのところに停車し、the Picadilly Lineの地下鉄の駅（Boston Manor）まで一人2.20ポンドだ。そこからCentral Londonに行くのにかかる時間は約30-40分だ。食事をするのに近くにたくさんパブがあり、Syne Parkに歩いて行け、Osterley Parkから地下鉄で一駅だ。

ホテルは清潔で静か、スタッフは礼儀正しく協力的だった。ロビーのWIFIは機能しなかった。それ以外の唯一の不満はBar & Grillの食事の値段だった。そのエリアに詳しくなかったのでロビー近くのBar & Grillで食事をすることにした。チーズバーガー（サラダとフライドポテトが少し付いている）とコーク１杯を食べたら14.80ポンドだった。

このホテルはとても広々としていて快適でした。手ごろな価格のロンドンのホテルとして利用しました。South Kensingtonまでバス５分と地下鉄22分で行けます。

As others mentioned the taxi ride from the airport is pricey, but arriving late after a day of travel was our best choice. The next day we took the bus/subway duo to reach the airport. Wanted a beer after we arrived and wasn't able to pay cash at the bar...had to go to the reception area to pay and return to collect my beer.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. While it is slightly out of the way to get to most London sights it's proximity to the train to the Waterloo Station worked for my needs once I realized I could use my Oyster card (it cost less than even the tube).

Our stay was comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice, helpful and polite. The room was clean and my kids liked it. My 7-yr old son actually wrote on a pad in the hotel; "I like this place". Worth the cost.

Great hotel, super helpful staff. Since its not in the center of london you get good price for excelent service. Only downside is you take about 1hr to get to london city center, but there is a bus stop almost in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located between London and heathrow airport, very convenient for our proposal. To get to the centre you need to get the bus E8, which stops just in front of the hotel, then get the underground station Boston Manor. Very easy. Although it might look a bit far away from the tube stations the E2 and E8 bus routes take you straight there (Northfields and Boston Manor Station both in Picadilly Lines) in less than 5 minutes. The overall experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly, we arrived at the hotel hours before the check-in time after a 23 hour flight from Australia and were able to check-in straight away. The hotel has free WiFi in the lobby area with paid WiFi access in the rooms. It is a short walk to the local facilities in Brentford.
