The hotel is awesome for a family vacation. we tried to do everything that was offered but it was just too expensive. Perhaps some of the excursions could be cheaper but they are plenty fun. The dolphins are great, snorkeling trip, and parasiling. After the initial 3 hour delay with the room not being ready at the 4pm check-in, everything else was great. They gave us an extended checkout and $75 of credits after I complained about the late check-in. Awesome pools and views, food and service very good at bar and restaurants. the discription on web site said one room had two beds which they did not have.They did have a sofa bed but the mattress was mildewed . no haand towels or washclothes no brooms or mops. But I loved the resort

We had the most wonderful time here. My 10 year old and 7 year old girls just loved the heated pool by our townhouse. The views and porches to sit out on were wonderful in the morning while sipping our coffee. The townhouse was very comfortable. They only bad thing I can say is that the floor needed to be cleaned. We would walk around and our feet would […] be black. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. They had a great time playing in the lagoon. Getting ice cream at the Marina where they could see the days catch being taken out of the boats and watching the pelicans waiting for fish parts to be thrown to them. We stayed in a small town house at the resort on this (our second) stay here. It was a great option if you want a little more privacy, more space and/or a kitchen. It was not in new condition, but it was clean, comfortable and functional. I'd definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay. Let me check in early and the facilities were terrific with a choice of so many beautiful pools and many things to do in the laid back Keys environment. Come on! Where else can you watch dolphins being trained and not have to pay additionally for it?! The lagoon is so cool! The pirate ship pool was THE BEST! My 2 year old had a BLAST for about three hours! What a great way to spend time on a vacation. The water is low enough for her to run around by herself. We had a villa. It was a lot smaller than the units we previously had when booking with hotels.com, which was a bit of a surprise. Also, we usually get free breakfast as we are recurring guests but we did not get it this time. A little disappointing but we'll live with it. They remodeled the pool area and the lobby. Looks great! We were totally impressed with the hotel. The dolphin encounter, fishing and the spa were all withing walking distance of our villa and it was great. The restaurants were good and we totally enjoyed the adults only pool.

This was our 2nd visit to Hawks cay,and while the 1st was great, this time was average at best. The villa we had was ok, a few things were not up to par with a resort like this,like broken appliances, some of the furniture was getting pretty rough, etc. The $12.50 pina colada's in a 6 oz. cup are a little ridiculous as well. It felt like the Duck Key Villas were the ignored little sister to the Hawk Cay Resort. The units were quite nice, but with some quirks. No wireless, some (minor) plumbing issues, phone out of order, rooms not available upon check-in... all very liveable but distracting none-the-less. Overall a really good value and beautiful location.

Vi (en familj på 5pers) är på det stora hela nöjda med våra två veckor på Hawks Cay Resort. Mysigt hus med härlig omgivning! Tyvärr så fanns det endast sängar för fyra personer. Dock fanns en skruttig bäddsoffa som inte var behaglig att sova i. Tyvärr kunde hotellet inte erbjuda en extra bäddmadrass till bäddsoffan. Inte skönt för en vuxen att sova […] i. I övrigt var standarden helt ok på lägenheten. Allt vi önskade fanns! Poolen var ok men den omtalade lagunen var inte mycket att skryta med. Och tyvärr fanns det inte heller någon möjlighet att bada i havet. Personalen var jätte trevlig och tillmötesgående. Städningen inte lika imponerande tyvärr. Duck Key Vacation Rentals gehören zum Hawks Cay Resort. Die Villen bestehen aus mehreren Schlafzimmern mit toller Veranda und Küche, die sehr modern ausgestattet ist. Die Einrichtungen des Hawks Cay Resorts werden mitbenutzt (5 verschiedene Pools/Whirlpools etc.). Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein wirklich erholsamer Urlaub.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und hatten leider nur 2 Tage Zeit. Die Zeit kam uns vor wie 2 Wochen. Entspannung pur. Wir hatten eine 2 Bedroom Villa. Sehr großzügig ausgestattet.
