Hotels.com のゲストによる口コミ 2013年02月04日 投稿今回は学会出張で，ダウンタウンのコンベンションセンターから近いところを探しました．いわゆるモーテルなので，はっきり言って「近い」とは言いにくいのですが，それでも歩いて10分ほどでコンベンションセンター，メイシーズ，リバーウォークなどにたどり着けます．部屋もきれいで快適でした．これでこの価格帯であれば「非常に満足」です．すぐ近くに「Fatty's Burger」というハンバーガー屋さんもあり，とてもおいしかったです．

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and been very pleased. This visit, less so and our overall impression was that our room did not live up to Grand Hyatt standards. Our bed was squeaky and the sheets did not smell fresh. Also, the first time we went to take a shower, no hot water. Two hours later, we were able to finally take a hot shower. The […] lack of hot water was probably due to the fact that the hotel was busy for Spring Break / St. Patrick's Day. On check out we were asked how our visit was, we mentioned the room wasn't up to the Grand Hyatt standards, we were greeted with a simple "I'm sorry to hear that" with no further desire for clarification or detail. Obviously from a disinterested employee. Will we be back? We're not sure... with so many choices in downtown San Antonio we'll need to think long and hard. "Nice hotel but too big for me"
This hotel has over 1,000 rooms so be ready to see some other people. It is located just next to the Riverwalk, which is good but also makes getting around quite difficult. We brought a car but never took it out of the parking garage for fear of the traffic. Cabs were cheap though. The room was small but comfortable. New hotel that tries hard but has a way to go. Arrived late but was told the restaurant was open until 10:30 PM. Went down at 9:50 and was informed that the restaurant was closed. "handy for riverwalk"
Nice clean trustworthy hotel with great beds. The lobby area is a wee bit soulless but the staff are very helpful. Stayed before as its close to the riverwalk. You can park the car over the road in the multi-story (self park and its a lot cheaper).Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

"Good but not great."
Hotel was excellent for the price. Hotel very nice - great location. Carpets were a bit dirty in room and maid service could have been a bit better - cleanlyness wise. All and all I'd recommend the hotel.Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ

"Great hotel. Still like new"
The location is excellent, close to everything without all the noise. Very clean, still smelling like new. We only had one issue and it was the noise of the regrigerator in the middle of the night. We reported it but the maintenance people did not understand the complain as they thought it was not cooling down. Second night we turned it off as we were […] not using it anyway.
