外観やロビーの様子、また、子どもが喜びそうな様々な仕掛けがあり、子どもたちはとても喜んでいました。バストイレも別と言うことで、こどもたちは勿論、両親（６７歳）にも利用しやすかったようです。朝食バイキングも種類は豊富で幅広う年齢層に対応できると思います。 ただ、難点を言えば、朝食会場の席が少なく、２０分ほど待たねばならなかったこと。また、チェックアウト時はエレベーターがなかなかこず、こちらも２０分ほど待たされたことです。ロビーに「非常階段使わせて」といっても、『防犯上無理』とのこと。以上２点が改善されればまた泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。

オフィシャルホテルならではのサービスは勿論ですが、部屋も広く＆素敵でした。 コストパフォーマンスの点から、一押しですね。

ゆったりとした空間で快適

部屋に清潔感があり、景色もイイ‼ お手洗い、洗面台、お風呂場も全て独立してあります☆1人での宿泊だったので、安全な場所を探していました！ホテルは家族、恋人、友人同士がほとんどで、1人は若干浮いていましたが、ビジネスホテルより何倍も安全だと思いました(^^) 梅田も電車で12分と近かったです‼ アメニティも充実していて、非常に良かったです。 ホテル内のレストランは利用していませんが、外観はおしゃれで良い雰囲気でした♬ 今度は家族や友達、彼と泊まりたいです‼

USJが目の前にあり、夜の夜景も綺麗です。 静かな、とっても快適に過ごせるホテルですね。 お風呂に洗い場もあり、ゆったり入ることがでします。

一番の魅力はお風呂とトイレが別で、お風呂に洗い場があったことです。　子連れで行ったので、ゆっくりと子供と入れました。 また駅も近いので、大阪市内に行くのもとても便利でした。

当日部屋に空きが有るとの事でキングサイズから角部屋のシングルダブル（シングル２個連結）にアップグレードしてくれましたが、他のリゾートホテルのように同額では無く差額が必要でした。 今回ここを選択した主な理由はトイレと浴室が別で洗い場がある事でした、水周りは比較的綺麗な方ですが浴室シャワーホースには結構カビが残っているなど掃除の面では少しマイナスポイントが見られました。 部屋は３２平米ですがリゾートビジネスとしては普通です、角部屋と言う事で窓の大きさを期待しましたが構造体の柱が邪魔をしてベランダ面は窓が２／３となりあまり開放感は得られませんでした。 部屋の使い勝手面ではベッド脇にテーブルやコンセントが無く携帯やＰＣを充電しながら利用するのはデスク上でしか出来ません。　テレビは専用台ではなく […] デスク上に設置されておりベッドからだと４５度方向になりくつろぎながら見るにはちょっと不満です。 宿泊は夫婦２人でしたが部屋には椅子も一つしか無く、丸テーブルで飲食をしようとしても一人が椅子もう一人はベッドに腰掛けるような使い方になりました。 ユニバーサルのオフィシャルホテルと言う事でスタジオ観覧がメインの人達には雰囲気を味わうのに良いでしょうがホテルの基本的な機能面では浴室以外アドバンテージを感じとれません、ファミリーで広めの部屋で寝るだけと割り切って使うなら評価は悪くないでしょう。 もっと読む

USJを利用するときはいつもこのホテルを利用しています。部屋が広く、清潔感があるので気に入っています。外見やサービスなどは夜部屋で睡眠をとるだけなので気にせず、料金と清潔感でお気に入りです。

近隣のホテルの中で唯一、大浴場がありませんでした。その代わり、部屋についているユニットバスは綺麗でした。 また、ホテルの外に音が鳴る卵？があるのですが、 その音が部屋の中に響いて落ち着けませんでした。

駅から近いところにありますが、階段を利用せずにホテルに行く経路はわかりづらく、キャリーバックをもって階段を昇降しました。 到着ロビーは熱帯魚が泳ぐ水槽がフロントにあって、落ち着いた雰囲気です。元旦は鏡割り、もちつき、琴の演奏があって正月らしい雰囲気でした。 部屋の窓からは初日の出を拝めて良かったです。 夕食のバイキングは種類が豊富で、デザートが充実しています。チョコレート・フォンデュも楽しめました。朝食は付けないプランでしたが、1階の売店で500円の朝食セットがあり良かったです。

12月30日の朝9時にチェックインしました。ホテルの駐車場は満車だったため臨時駐車場を教えてもらっ他のですが、私のミスで違う駐車場に止めてしまいた。ＵＳＪで１日遊んで夜10時ころフロントへ行くと、ホテル側は私が臨時駐車場に駐車していない事を把握しており、ホテルの駐車場に現在空きがあるため移動するよう指示してくれました。おかげで、高い駐車料金を払わずに済みました。気持ちの良い対応をしてくれて、素晴らしい年末になりました。

全体的に朝食も良くとても満足いています。 １つ残念だったのが、部屋からフロントへ電話しても全然出てくれない事や、チェックインの際にとても並ぶ事です。 それ以外は部屋も綺麗ですし、アメニティも充実している事。特にお風呂がゆったり出来て疲れた身体を癒すのにはとても良かったです。 次回も利用したいと思いました。

今回お友達に教えてもらいこのホテルに決めました。 家族４人での宿泊はとても快適に過ごす事が出来満足しています。朝食も種類が多くおいしく頂きました。またＵＳＪに行く時は是非利用したいです。

机に向かって手紙を書く椅子が無く苦労しました。 風呂と別室の、トイレは便座蓋が自動で開閉して、快適でした。 朝食は、種類が多く大満足です。

4歳の孫を含めて4名で宿泊しました。孫は添い寝のためベッドガードを無料で借りることが出来ました。また、バスは、ホテルでは初めて体験の洗い場つきでした。トイレも広く使い勝手が満足でした。朝食も、カフェで手ごろに取れます。このようなホテルなら何度でも利用したいと、妻が喜んでいました。

前回利用したときに、スッタッフの方が親切なのとお部屋もトイレとお風呂が別れていて使いやすく過ごしやすかったので、今回もここに決めました。 前回に比べスタッフの方の対応が淡々としたものに感じたのは、少し残念に思いました。

料金が得なプランで宿泊しました。 それだけでも満足していたのですが、チェックインの際に部屋に空きがあるということでグレードアップをしてもらえました。とても嬉しかったです。 部屋も心地よく過ごせました。一番のお気に入りはソファー!!まったりできました☆ 気になる点は、洗面所の壁が少し壊れてたのと、 あと部屋にインスタントコーヒーが欲しかったです。(お茶と紅茶はありました)

We like our stay in Universal Port during our recent trip to Universal Studio in Osaka, Japan in March 2012. Their check-in & out counters are efficient as they are separated. Our corner room had 4 beds so 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) slept well with pillows (mixed with sort of beans which made the pillows comfortably firm). The kids liked the automatic […] sensor for the toilet lid. Glad there were english translation on the toilet buttons too. They replenish toilleteries daily. Luckily we didn't take breakfast at the hotel coz there's long queue. Plenty restaurants, incl. McDonald, surrounding the hotel nearby Universal Studio. If your main stay is to go to Universal Studio, this is the best choice since the location is rather remote from city or other points of interest. Universal City Station is about 10 minute walk. The receptionist can also help call for a taxi in less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately, there is no direct bus shuttle from Kansai Airport to hotel, instead the airport bus stops at Universal City station. Stay there for 5 nights. Everything is good except no wi-fi connection. Still, highly recommended, especially for foreigner.

This hotel was amazing, the room was fantastic and even though my japanese is really bad, this was not an issue. Close to universal citywalk which has a fair amount of shops in it, and the universal studio is a short walk. Taking the JR lines to the hotel is pretty easy, once you get the hang of jumping lines. My hubby & myself really enjoyed our stayed in Hotel Universal Port. Hotel staff are friendly and trying their best to assist us. Room facing Universal Studio, good view. Well done, Hotel Universal Port.

The hotel was 5-8 mins walk away from subway, 8mins walk away from Universal Studio. The moment u walk into the hotel,it gave u the impression of a 5* hotel! The Universal Port Hotel is very conveniently located across the road from the Osaka Universal Studios if that's where you want to be near to. The Osaka Loop Line (train station) is also right across the street and several restaurants and a couple of shops and drugstores are on the same arcade. Aside from these, though, one would have to take the train […] into the city itself for other destinations. The hotel is big and family oriented as a resort hotel typically is. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch buffets at very reasonable prices, i.e., 1600yen for a lunch buffet compared to the expensive and limited choices in the theme park. Hotel rooms are clean and have all the amenities one needs; room size is quite big specially the bathroom/shower/ toilet/vanity area (separate into three). Staff service is okay with limited English spoken. Mandarin Chinese is spoken by some staff. What disturbed me and my stay was that the hotel still allows smoking on many floors and I couldn't sleep despite the quiet and comfy bed due to the pervading smell of cigarette smoke residue in the sheets and room upholstery. The Universal Port Hotel in osaka is located just across Universal Studio and also beside a jetty, which makes it very convenient to visit sites across the river - osaka aquarium and the ferries wheel ! Spacious room and good service but a bit far than the other universal official hotels, about 10 minutes walk to the park entrance. Valuable breakfast. Very suitable for family with young children.

Hotel is great, clean, bright, well kept and staff are willing to help. Across the road from Universal studio and makes it the best place to stay if you want to spend a whole day at the park without the need to get up extra early. Easy to get to hotel from Osaka International Airport. Very close to train station, shops also Universal City . But No ATM service for international credit card at hotel or near by hotel areas. If you are going to Universal Studios then I can highly recommend this hotel as it's an easy walk to the studios and the hotel was great.

As soon as you exit train station, you take a left down a walkway (in front of Starbucks) and you will immediately see hotel. Rooms were very large (not what you normally see in Japan), clean, and the bathroom (Wow!). And our view from the room was beautiful! The only thing we did not like were the hard beds/pillows. This is a very nice hotel. The room I had was huge and the bathroom was lovely - a nice big tub and walk-in shower area. The only issue I had was that the hotel is right next to the Universal Studios property, which means it's ill-served by Osaka public transit.
