このホテルの良い点は地の利が良いということだろうーー周辺環境は素晴らしく、安全で便利で、メトロにも近い。でも、私達の部屋はウェブの写真と全くかけ離れていて、全体的にとてもがっかりした。パリでは見つけるのが難しいが、私達は４人部屋で、他に選択肢がなかく、他の狭い部屋とは違っていたのかもしれないが、部屋に入ってはじめに気がつくのは汚くカーペットだ。ホテルがこんなに汚くしみの付いたカーペットを使っているなんて信じられない。麻薬中毒者の居座っていた所のもののようだった。ベットは清潔で、このおかげで私達はチェックアウトしなかったが、寝心地は良くなかった。枕はとても薄く手十分でなかったが、何度も他に枕はないと言われた。トイレが部屋の端にあり、ドアはちゃんと閉まらず、洗面台とバスタブは部屋のもう一方の端に […] あった。なので、トイレを使った後にドアをあけ、もう一方の端まで歩き手を洗わなければならなかった。バスタブと手で持つシャワーがあったが、シャワーカーテンはなかった。窓の１つは壁と他の部屋のバスルームに面していて、もう一つは暗い廊下に面していた。ベットの上にしかライトがなかったので、全体的に部屋が暗かった（でも、汚いカーペットは見たくないだろうからこれで良かったのかも）。ホテルには無料のwifiがなく、最近では信じられないことだ。全体的にパリでは楽しむことができたが、４人部屋が必要で他で見つからなかったら、ここのベットは少なくとも清潔だ（でも、清潔なベットの為にこれだけの金額を支払うのはばかばかしい）。もうここには宿泊しない。 もっと読む

素晴らしいホテル。二つ星なので多少のサービスはある。眺めや、清潔さ、従業員の親しみやすさなどこのホテルは素晴らしい。部屋は狭い方だが、とても機能的だ（大人二人での滞在だったが、クイーンベットがあった）。パリの滞在は初めてだったが、部屋が狭いのは共通だとわかった。またここに滞在するだろう。

Typical small rooms for the area but clean and conveniently located on the center north side. Room was on first level and street noise a problem when the window was open, ok when closed. Rooms toward back or higher better. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast (petit dejene) seemed expensive but it is the best deal if you are a coffee drinker.

Nothing fancy, but the room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. The staff were extremely friendly. The location is very convenient for the Metro, with lots of shops and nice little restaurants nearby... a lengthy but do-able walk from the central sights. Wifi was a bit on the pricey side.

I was a bit wary after having read other bad reviews of the hotel on other sites after booking but I had nothing to complain about. Our room overlooked the street but noise was never an issue even with the Moulin Rouge and other late night clubs being at the top of the road. We found the staff at the desk very accommodating. Location is the main selling point as it is literally 1 minute from a metro station. The road it is on is also very convenient as there is an excellent bistro (Bistro Lorette) 2 minutes up the road and a decent sized supermarket 30 seconds in the other direction. Overall, if you're looking for a well positioned hotel (it takes 20 minutes to walk from Gare du Nord) which you can use as a resting point for sleeping and showering then this is a very well priced option. It's not the Ritz but at that price you don't expect it to be and when you're staying in one of the most beautiful cities in the world you don't expect to be spending much time in your hotel anyway. Being a budget hotel there were a few things that would not please everyone. The walls are fairly thin and I could hear the room next door when they opened cupboard and closed doors. People in the passage could also be heard. This did not bother my wife but it did me. I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. That said, I still managed to sleep until well after 9am so it could not have been that bad. Hotellet ligger rett ved metroen (Linje 12), noe som er veldig flott. Linja som går fra denne metroen tar deg til sentrum, og til stasjoner med de linjene( 8 og 1) som går til andre severdigheter. Impression décevante. Chambre très moyenne avec peu d'espace. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas très bien, il n'y avait pas de rideau devant la baignoire et l'isolation sonore est inexistante. Le prix du petit déjeuner est exorbitant (le buffet est plutôt médiocre) et celui de la nuitée exagérée par rapport à la qualité.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Chambre un peu petite mais belle salle de bain, l'ensemble est sans prétention mais très propre. Largement suffisant dans le cadre de notre séjour (il nous fallait juste un toit pour dormir...). Hyper facile et rapide d'accès depuis la gare du Nord, 15-20 min à pied.
