The directions to get to hotel were incorrect, and when we finally got the right address, was still difficult to find. We walked in to reserve in person to find a sign on the desk saying someone would be right back... and waited for several minutes - no one ever showed up; completely vacant. Lobby smelled strange. Carpets filthy. No bathroom in lobby, […] either. We left and reserved room online on my phone. Came back to check in later in the evening - rude staff finally decided to show up and man the front desk. Got to room; was mediocre at best. No coffee or juice, nothing in lobby in the morning. We left early in the morning to go put in one last training session at a nearby dojo, and I called to ask for more towels. Rude front desk said "you have to get them yourself". When we got back I forget to grab 'em before going to the room so I sent my brother downstairs to grab them... they had the audacity to tell him they needed the dirty towels before they'd give us fresh ones! They never even said that on the phone! Couldn't believe it - we were laughing hysterically about how ghetto and DYI this hotel was. I'm surprised they didn't want us to pump our own water and generate our own electricity during our stay. We booked a non-smoking, king sized bed room two weeks in advance and prepaid. However, when we arrived the hotel was overbooked and we ended up with a smoking room on a smoking floor. I so appreciate the courtesy shown and quick response to my need for an extended stay. Great Managers and staff. This is the place for me to stay when I come into town! Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Friendly staff. Quick check in & out. Downside, the beds were very hard, but managed to get a decent nights rest. Stains on the carpet & partially plugged drain in the bathtub. Tv a bit too small. Other than that nice size rooms at a good price.

Location is a bit awkward to find but once there it is convienient for Rio Rancho and Cottonwood mall area. It is pretty basic. Firm bed, small TV and not much else but does have kitchen features. So it is about your expectations. Price is right and it is functional, if that is good for you then this is perfect.

Been staying at Extended Stays for a while now in numerous cities and this one was by far the most unkempt property yet! Although the front desk personnel were nice and accomodating, the upper floors reeked of pet urine and the hallway carpets were very dirty! Everything was fine except room is not cleaned each day. An ice maker would have been nice. Having a kitchen available was great. Hotel was quiet which is a plus.

My GPS misdirected me to the wrong location: a dirt road and parking lot... I finally found the hotel, but had a few minutes of unnecessary concern at first, which is not a pleasant experience at the end of a long day driving. The towels were a little rough and the bed was a hard but other than that it wasnt too bad. Price was good.

A clean, comfortable, quiet room for a good price.

This hotel was perfect for visiting friends nearby. It's close to several shopping centers and restaurants in the Corrales area. It was a little difficult to find at first since there are two Extended Stays within blocks of each other, and this one is on a small road that trails behind the car dealerships and Intel's campus. Have stayed in this location on other occasions and have always been satisfied with the cleanliness and how quite the hotel is. The front desk always seems to have an negative attitude towards the fact that I booked through 3rd party.

Overall this place is pretty nice. It's located behind a car dealership on a bit of a lesser traveled road so it's quiet. It's just up the hill from a major shopping center and a 3 minute drive from the nearest major mall, so if you want to get shopping done this is the place. It's also a straight shot into Albuquerque proper so overall it's not bad. […] Now let me go into the pros and cons of this place: Pros: * Very clean rooms. * Full kitchen with stove and full sized fridge and even some basic dishes. * Decently comfortable bed. * Quiet Air Conditioner/Heater unit. * Very quiet location. * Decent soundproofing in rooms (Didn't have to listen to neighbors getting frisky or fighting like at other inexpensive places) Cons: * Hallways and entryways STUNK! The worst smell I have ever smelled in my life. Room smelled great but to get to the room you wanted to hold your breath. * No pool/sauna. * No regular housekeeping while you stay. (Though they warn you about that ahead of time) * VERY basic cable TV. (Like 10 channels) Bottom line: This is a no frills place to stay. They give you the bare basics that you need and leave you alone. If you are looking for being treated like a king this isn't the place for you. If you want daily room cleaning and fresh towels brought to you, this isn't the place for you. If you want a cheap place to stay that is clean, no cockroaches, near everything you might want to go to and has a full kitchen so you don't have to live off TV dinners or dining out...well then this is the place to go. Overall I gave this place a 4 out of 5. I would have given it the 5 if the hallways had not stunk so badly. Very uncomfortable beds (felt like sleeping on the floor), clean rooms though a bit small. Location is great, close to expressway and shops.

This was a great hotel. A little difficult to find, but staff and location were great. Very comfortable and clean.

Called hotel looking for directions and the recepionist dident know how to direct me to the hotel, so I had to find it by myself. was not easy as I was from out of town. Also once I was in the hotel, the Internet dident work, and that was the main criteria for choosing that hotel, when I called the front desk, again the receptioist didnt have a clue […] how to help me w the internet connection. もっと読む

No hair dryer.

The service was great! We arrived WAY early, and they were very accommodating! The lady at the desk let us preview the room before we took it! We were in town for the wine festival, and the lady at the front desk helped us find our destination PLUS food and shopping! The room was clean! Very roomy and loved the kitchinette. It was a great room for the price and we had all that we needed. But if you stay for only a few nights they don't clean your room or bring you frest towels, but you can request these the next day.

worked splendidly for us

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only problem was the floor we were placed on was half smoking half non. The non half hallway smelled of smoke but the room was fine. Large room but there are no amenities (shampoo or conditioner) except hand soap. Right across the street from Cottonwood Mall and quite a few restaurants.
