宿代の高い香港においてこの価格は魅力的です。 部屋も必要最低限のものは揃っており、問題ありません。 ロケーションも地下鉄の出口まで二分と最高です。 ただし、入り口が分かりにく過ぎます。 一般の集合住宅に入って行って、一般の部屋をノックすることになります。 もう少し看板出すとかしてほしかった。

空港へのバス停にも近く、地下鉄の駅にも近く、周囲にレストランやコンビニもあり、非常に良いロケーションです。 セキュリティも十分です。 安いので、いいのではないでしょうか？ 見つけるのが少し大変でした。

地下鉄駅から近いのは便利。　部屋は期待していけない。　旅行慣れしてないと場所を見つけるのが困難。　徳興火鍋から北に４店舗過ぎた路地の奥。　看板は無し。

ホテルではなく、病院の個室を思い浮かべたほうが適切。開放できる窓、テレビ、冷蔵庫、電子金庫、ドライヤー、バスタオルはついているものの部屋は畳1畳ちょっと。 シングルのせいもあって部屋は狭い。 フロントのある建物と宿泊する建物が別だったがそれぞれエレベータがある。そのエレベータ乗り場まで数段の階段はあるので完全なバリアフリーにはなっていない。 各フロアの出入口と部屋の扉はＩＣカードキーで開錠するのでセキュリティは良いと思う。 住所は徳成街となっているが、佐敦駅Ｄ出口を出て、すぐにあるドラッグストアのｍａｎｎｉｎｎｇの角を曲がるとその通りが徳成街。1本目の通り（徳興街、両替屋がある）に入り、右側を歩いていく。店が続くとビルの入り口のような門構えが出てくる。1つめを通過し、2つ目の門構えが出てくる […] と上に上る階段があり、ホテル案内の写真にあるような建物が見える。門構えを含め、ホテルの看板はどこにもないので注意。階段を上ると管理小屋があるが、その反対に建物の入り口がありその2階がフロント。 チェックイン時にＩＣキーのデポジットとして１００ＨＫ＄を預けるが、チェックアウト時に戻ってくる。たまたま持ち合わせがなかったので、100中国元を出したが問題なかった。 周辺の状況としては、スーパーの恵康（ｗｅｌｌｃｏｍｅ）が駅の隣にある。ｇｉｏｒｄａｎｏも駅のそば。空港からＡ２１バスで来ると駅前で降りられる。帰りは佐敦道をオースチン駅方面へ歩いていくとＡ２２バスのバス停がある。昼間はそちらのほうが停車場も少なく早いようだ。 ホテルを荷物置き場と割り切れる人には便利だと思う。 もっと読む

4月の展示会シーズンに来たためか、どこもホテルは満室＆高額で、比較的安価なこちらを選びました。ビジネス目的の滞在でした。 まずここはホテルではなく、サービス付きのアパート、です。香港の一般的な安アパートと思われる設備で、特徴的なのがトイレとシャワー室が完全に同室になっていること。日本人のほとんどがこれに強烈な違和感を覚えると思います。安宿と割りきり、かつ、香港のローカルな文化を体験できるいい機会だ、とポジティブに考えることができれば、なんとか乗り切れます。 ただし、シャワーでお湯を使う場合には、部屋の温水スイッチを入れてから20分以上待つ必要があります。シャワーそのものもかなり寂しい流量で、しかもわりとすぐにお湯が無くなってしまいました。 WiFiは一応部屋にも届いていますが、私が滞在していた間は全く通信ができませんでした（部屋は601号室）。なので持参のモバイルルータを使っていました。ただし、受付のある部屋はWiFiは使えていました。 ホテルの場所は非常に好立地です。MTRジョーダン駅のすぐとなり。ただ、ホテルの看板などは出ておらず、タクシーはおろか近所の7-11の店員ですら、この宿の名前を知りませんでした。Knight […] Garden Flat というアパート名のみが、唯一の手がかりです。なお、プルデンシャルホテルの裏にあります。 MTR駅や洗衣屋などの商店が近くにあるのは非常に便利です。食堂もすぐそばにあります（味はイマイチでしたが）。 ホテルには日本語の大変達者な男性スタッフが一人いました。大抵のことは彼に聞けばなんとかなります。ただ、いつもいるとは限らないみたい。他のスタッフは、英語は問題ありませんでした。 私は夜遅くのチェックインでしが、Hotels.comとこちらのホテルとの間で私の予約記録が正しく受け渡しができていなかったらしく、ちょっとモメました。Hotels.comから私宛に予約確認メールが届いていたにも関わらず、です。深夜12時頃の到着でしたが、Hotels.com側では（かなり繋がりにくかったものの）電話で対応してもらい、なんとかなりました。 総括しますと、ビジネスには全く不向きです。いわゆるホテルではないので仕方がないですが、本当に最低限のサービスだけなので、例えばシャンプーを自分で調達しなくてはならなかったりと、いろいろと煩わしく仕事に集中できません。 逆に、香港の庶民的な生活を低コストで体験してみたい、という旅行者には、結構面白いチョイスだとも思います。受付のある部屋のロビーにはいろいろな人が集まってきますので、交流を深めるのにはいいかも。 まあ、チョンキンマンションよりは値段が高い分マシかも、といったところですね。 もっと読む

香港と言えども冬は寒いです しかし部屋には オイルヒーターがあり 温かく過ごせました チムサーチョイにも徒歩圏内で 大変便利な宿でした

First, this place is in an apartment complex. If your taxi driver is confused about the location just say you need to go to the Prudential Hotel, Rent a Room Hong Kong is just a short walk down the street. Very good location near Jordan station (couple of minutes walk). Small rooms that used to be flats. A bit hard to find because there are no big signs and it is located in an apartment building. Staff was friendly and service good. Rooms were tidy altough compact. The bathroom was very small no room to shower. The shower head was located on top of the […] toilet seat. It's a little bit difficult to find but very convenient place. Just less than a min walking to look for food and 7-Eleven, and less than 5 mins walking to MRT station.

Unless you are in a bind, I don't recommend this hostel. Small rooms (HKG standards), unless one wanted to pay outreageious amount of $$ for a bed and a shower! Extremely hard mattress, thin walls and even though smoking is prohibited, there were still smokers and on my floor and the smoke, needless to say, permeates the walls and into my room. I was […] moved to the 8th floor where the monthly rental rooms were and that seemed to take care of the problem. The "sewage" smell though was still very strong in the bathroom and I had to turn the bathroom exhaust fan on at all times when I was in the room. There was also a strong smell of mold in the room. Actually saw mold growing in the corners where walls joined The staff was very friendly, helpful and did their best to provide good service. WIFI didn't work in my room so had to take my laptop to the office to use it; which totally defeated the entire purpose of taking the computer with me during this trip. I thought I'd have the comfort of using the Internet in the comfort of my room. Location was good. MTR was just across the street. Restaurants abound. Close to all types of shopping, both on Nathan Road and Jordan Road. Overall, this would be OK if you are in a bind and stay just a few nights; otherwise I suggest other locations. The taxi driver took me to my hotel street, but I have to walk a few meters. I had no problem finding the address altho the place is kinda tuck away. The hotel staff was gracious, and my room was very clean; really tiny. But I had a window, full bed, TV, fridge, AC, safe, elect. hot pot, hair dryer, hot shower. I was alone so it was OK. On my return […] to the airport, the staff showed me how to get to the nearby bus stop where I got on a direct bus to the airport. This is an affordable and good location hotel. Convenience and clean. The staffs are very friendly. Very satisfied for what I pay for it. I will stay there again!

I was very surprised to find this place. It is entirely misrepresented- these are Hong Kong apartments and not a hotel: The name should reflect that as "Rent A Room" sounds kind of dubious. It could be something like "Kowloon Apartment Hotel". It is tricky to find but the street is very short so just remember the address and once you enter the portal […] someone will guide you to the door. The staff was exceptionally nice and even the local residents were very kind and interesting. The room was spotless and considering that you are standing on some of the most valuable real estate on the planet it is an outstanding deal. Everything, and I mean everything is close by. This will always be my first choice in Hong Kong. If your plane is arriving late that may be a problem so best to check ahead of time for that situation. This is basically a flat / apartment converted. It is in the prime location in Hong Kong. Unless, for Business Purpose you have to stay in this location, it is no advisable. Room is too small and there are not much amenities.

I booked a room at short notice via hotels.com during an emergency detour to HK to get a Chinese visa. The place is a little difficult to find (look for the "Knight" building which does have the correct road number on it) however the reception is well staffed and talked me in. Great location in Kowloon. 1 block to metro, airport shuttle bus, and nearby restraunts. This was a great neighborhood for shopping too. I would stay here again. If you are looking for a spacious room this may not be the place for you, it is very small but it's safe and clean and near all the action.

I do not feel I received my moneys worth in comfort room was somewhat isolated and very small bed was uncomfortable. I may be a little reluctant to recommend to a friend without explaining the conditions there.

Paul went out of his way to make sure that i was comfortable. Although the room was small, it was managable for a couple of days before my trip to Taiiwan. The location is on a side street. I felt safe walking by myself. It was close to everthing. I would stay their again.

First time traveling to Hong Kong and I didn't have much to spend on hotel. Decided to give this hotel a shot but will NEVER go back again. If you want to be in Federal Prison for a few days, go ahead and stay here. I have to admit that the room I stayed in was clean, but so is the Federal Prison. My friend and I needed a place to sleep for cheap. This was PERFECT! Near a 7/11 to get little things and about 2 min away from the MTR Station. People were really nice and the location was perfect. If I go back to Hong Kong, I will def. stay there.

This place being called a hotel is kind of a stretch, because I would most likely refer to it as a guesthouse. The rooms are small, simple, and mine had the combo bathroom/shower with a small water heater mounted to the wall. The water heater will only last you about 5 minutes, so I recommend wetting yourself, turning it off, washing your hair, rinsing […] it, turning it off, etc. etc. Honestly this place is nothing special, but hotels in Hong Kong are ridiculously expensive and this place is super reasonable. You get a bed, fridge, cute little TV, table, chair, and that's it. Nearby is a 7-11, some restaurants, and Nathan street which is one of the busiest drags in Hong Kong. If you plan on only spending a few hours a day and sleeping here, it's the right place and in the perfect location. If you want to lounge in style and not leave your room for a week, spend 700 dollars a night and stay in the Peninsula or the Westin. You will get lost finding this place, but you'll honestly get lost trying to find anything in Hong Kong. When you find Tak Hing street, look for the alley that's labeled "Knight Gardens" and walk in, up the stairs, and ask the security guard in the little house there where the lobby is. Staff was very friendly to me and there's computers in the lobby use since they don't have wifi in the rooms. They also have wifi in the lobby so you can bring your laptop in and use it. If you're in Hong Kong, I also recommend buying an Octopus card. It's their transit card that can also be used as a pre-paid debit card at many shops, newsstands, and 7-11s. You can buy one at any transit station and also recharge it there. When you're done with your visit, you get all your money back minus $7HKD. Best idea ever. もっと読む

Very convenient location - about 1 min. walk from MTR Jordan station and 5 min. walk from Temple St. Night Market. Single rooms are very cozy and clean, just enough to park for the night and sleep. Can only recommend if you're very tight on budget or don't mind this type of arrangement. Suggest checking and contacting other budget hotels in Yau Ma Tei […] area - cost will be approx. 25% more per night, but you will get much more room and "livability." Pro's: Pretty good hotel in a excellent easy to travel Kowlooon Area. MTR is 1 minute walk away, room service everyday and cheap price per day compared to other hotels. 일단 호텔 찾기 어렵습니다. 간판도 제대로 나와있지 않고 주변인들이 알고 있는 이름도 다른것 같습니다. 해서 전화를 해서 물어보는 방법이 제일 좋습니다. 근처까지 도착한 후 통화한 끝에 아저씨께서 데릴러 나오셨습니다 ㅋㅋ 생각보다 깔끔하고 친절함에 가격대비 좋단 생각이 듭니다. 저렴한 여행이 필요하신 분들에게 강추합니다. 최고 강점은 번화가와 매우 근접해있다는 사실입니다. 조단역과 매우 가깝습니다. 침사추이랑 무지 가깝고(걸어서 약 10분) 교통편도 잘되있어서 잘 돌아다녔네요 우리나라의 모텔?같은 느낌인데 위치가 너무 좋아서 잠만 자는 데는 매우 편했음 한국인들이 많이 이용하는지 아저씨도 재밌고 밖에 다녀오면 청소도 되있고 전반적으로 만족

O hotel é bem simples e adequado para quem precisa apenas passar a noite e onde se tenha apenas uma pessoa no quarto. É bem localizado e seguro, porém não oferece conforto extra nenhum. Tem ar condicionado, tem um bom banheiro. Levando em conta o valor da diária, ele cumpre com o prometido.

床单不知是否经常更换，会有一些小虫子咬人。就这个缺点，其他还不错。
