Great location, pleasant staff, good breakfast choice. Great for walking around in this glorious town and the ramparts walk. Bus station round the corner. Rooms at the front can get street noise late at night from carousing young people - if like us you prefer to keep windows open but quiet if windows are shut. Highly recommended

We were made very welcome in this hotel. We stayed in January in the low season with few hotel guests. This may account for the attention we received. Ours was a superior room, luxuriously large after our poky room in Paris. We enjoyed a generous breakfast, fast free internet access and an ideal location inside the city walls of charming Lucca.

Upon arrival to this hotel in Lucca, we discovered that our luggage had been stolen from our rental car while we spent some time in Portofino earlier that day. The hotel staff was very sympathetic and helpful during our entire stay in Lucca. New hotel in old part of town. Just inside the wall with a parking lot of it's own. The people at the desk were all very accomodating, cheerful and helpful. The decoration was classic yet minimal, tastefully done and attractive. The room was spacious and condusive to relaxing. Having bikes at our disposal was a definite bonus.

tout est parfait et semble neuf

Es un excelente hotel tanto en su arquitectura, comodidad de sus habitaciones y espacios publicos como en el nive de servicios y tencion. Es totalmente recomendable y tiene una ubicacion muy bueno en relaciion al centro historico de la ciudad

Habitación muy grande, limpia y cómoda. Situación perfecta tanto para ver Lucca (en el centro amurallado) como para hacer excursiones en coche a cualquier lugar cercano (Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Florencia,..) ya que está justo en una de las salidas de la muralla

in un'antica struttura l'albergo, ben restaurato, offre molte comodità. il servizio è buono, ottima la colazione e poi è collocato in pieno centro storico. Ci ha dato grande soddisfazione, Anna e Rosario.
