We were not interested in the crowds and nightlife of Key West and Conch Key was the perfect. choice. We were very happy with our decision to stay here. It is very private and quiet but still only a five to 10 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. It's about 2/3's of the way down the Keys so we were close to some of the things we wanted to see but […] at the same time had a quiet retreat. The hotel provides a nice continental breakfast that is brought to your room each morning. They also provided a list of near-by restaurants and attractions that we found very helpful. I had all kinds of activities planned and places to go during our vacation in the keys with our family - couple and 10 yr old boy and 9 yr old girl..once we got to Conch Key Cottages, however, all those 'plans' seemed really unnecessary. Breakfast goodies delivered each morning, kayaking right out the door, sand to play in, fish to watch, crabs to follow, […] and hammocks everywhere = = we all truly let go and relaxed and had a great spring break. We did go fishing and did the swim with the dolphin excursions while in town, but Conch Key made it so easy to relax, we fell right into the groove. もっと読む

Very nice private and comfortable, but less than 100 feet of beach and vegetation in very shallow water. Not close to anything.

This place was a great place to celebrate our sons 18th birthday. The hotel is beautiful--not like a hotel, more like a cottage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is exactly what it says, quiet, beautiful, relaxing. We had an amazing weekend there. Each cottage comes with a 2 person kayak that we took out and fished. The local bars/restaurants are sooo much fun. I ecspecially loved how they set breakfast out by your front door every morning, with a basket of fresh oranges to make fresh OJ (the electric […] juicer comes with the cottage also). nothing fancy and no frills but this place was perfect for our stay in the keys. the staff was friendly and accomodating, the rooms were comfortable and nice and the property is covered with hammocks and seating - great for low key romantic getaway. we especially enjoyed the sea kayaks and the fresh oranges for juicing. i would highly reccomend the […] cottages to anyone and will stay there again if i ever travel down to the keys again. もっと読む

We stayed two nights in the Sand Dollar efficiency room and were very pleased with the Conch Key Cottages. They provided free internet (not too slow, worked well enough to check mail and book tours for later in the vacation), free breakfast (one muffin, one bagel and two croissant with jam delivered to the door), and free kayak usage daily. Also, on […] arrival you get free Florida juicing oranges, chocolates and a welcoming note. When you check in, the hostess will also give you a list of her favorite local shops/restaurants/businesses and on which mile marker they are located, which we found extremely helpful. The room itself was very nice, containing a kitchenette with refrigerator, a small table and a breakfast counter. We loved having a place where we could cook our own meals because it helps us stay healthy on vacation and saved us a good deal of money. The entire room was comfortable and relaxing. The cottages are great, but there were a couple of things I was let down by. Their beach area was very small and, while being great a launching point for kayaks, is not good for swimming (though they do have a pool on location for such things). Also, some of our neighbors were a little loud at night -- talking outside with music, which I probably wouldn't have minded as much if I hadn't been traveling all day, and it's certainly not the hotel's fault. The cottages are lovely, great location, free use of kayaks, private beach, helpful staff. Would love to stay there again.

Clean room, gardens well kept, had a little road noise when out side from RT1, overall enjoyed stay and amenities.

Nice quiet relaxing place. We stayed in "Fighting Conch" cottage right on the beach. Cottage is older but kept up well. Breakfast basket delivered to door each morning.

This hotel was perfect for my wife and I. It was extremely relaxed and very unique. The room we stayed in looked like it had jsut been renovated and the hotel staff was very helpful. We only stayed for 2 nights but are already planning a week trip there next year.

My family (hubby and two 5 year olds) LOVED the cottages. The pool and dock areas are amazing! Everyone was friendly and the continental breakfast was a big hit. We'll definitely be back!

The pictures are accurate of this hotel. This is a quiet, quaint hotel - not exactly what I'd call a resort, very small and intimate. Not a dump - as so many small places on the Keys are. The good: Excellent customer service, staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Quiet. Good buy for the money. Complimentary kayaks was a plus. Rental jet ski's available […] within a mile. Free internet. Free breakfast. Clean. Right on the water with boat dock. Clean pool. Kitchenette. The bad: Internet was SUPER SLOW. Island rooms have no view. Other than jet-skis, nothing else is really close. 10-15 minute drive to restaurants, 40 minutes to theater, 1 hr - 1 1/2 hrs to key west. "Continental breakfast" consisted of muffins, rolls, and bagels. Kinda lame. Our air conditioning unit wouldn't stop blowing, so the room was pretty cold. Only one person works the office, so it was kind of a pain that she was only there 10-5. Overall, I really liked this hotel and would stay there again. Very happy with accomidations. Many pros, few cons. Our room (The Periwinkle) was clean and comfortable. The kayaks were fun. And the views were nice. The complimentary continental breakfast was a very nice touch. Patty and her staff were friendly and helpful. As for the cons, the pool was very small and water was very warm (too warm), unable to swim […] at tiny beach (too much sea grass), and the walk from parking to room very annoying, too rocky. Struttura molto carina, semplice, ideale per rilassarsi. La proprietaria è gentilissima, la camera pulita e confortevole; la nostra stanza era la Coral, e aveva tostapane, frigo, forno a microonde e macchina per caffè americano; all'esterno di ogni cottage anche un piccolo barbecue con tutto l'occorrente per fare una bella grigliata; la mattina viene […] servito un cesto per la colazione con the, caffè (da fare), arance per la spremuta, cornettini e muffins. Telo da mare e accappatoi inclusi, oltre ovviamente ad un set da bagno con tutto! SPiaggetta privata con possibilità di fare un giro in kayak gratuitamente e piscina riscaldata aperta sempre! absolut schöne Traumlage, die Kingsuite ist wunderschön,alles tip top,jederzeit wieder.

De mindste værelser/hytter har 4 sovepladser, men de 2 på sofa er IKKE gode til andet end små børn. Vi var 4 personer (med børn 13 + 16) og betalte for en opgradering for at kunne sove godt alle 4.
