9/11に宿泊しました． ベッド，トイレ，シャワーとても清潔で，十分なタオルの準備がありました． 有線・無線のLANが使用可能なのも助かりました． ダウンタウンからは遠いですが，空港からはとても近く，無料のシャトルも大変便利でした． 受付の係の方も，好印象でした． エレベータ脇の自動販売機で，ジュース・水を買うことが出来ましたが，１ドル紙幣しか使えないのが，やや不便でした．

Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. There was a shuttle to take guests to locations within 3 miles, including the airport and some nearby restaurants, so that was very convenient. Hotel was great...too bad there was a marathon going on and many streets were closed, and for those of us from out of town, it was frustrating...one of those things. We had a handicapped room, and it was just perfect for my mother in get around in. She talked about all weekend! Thank you

It was nice. Only complaint is it seemed to be short staffed. I had to get my own blankets for sofa bed. Location was perfect for Ulmer Stadium which was our destination. The room was excellent as well as amenities.

Very fortunate location for Balloon Glow and races. Nice sized room with lots of amenities. Hot items at breakfast very welcome.

I researched every hotel in the area looking for the one with the best reviews. I am a bit of a germaphobe so cleanliness was my main criteria. Was a nice hotel. No hot tub. Breakfast limited. Shuttle not available. Bright blinking light on smoke alarm like a little strobe. Had to cover to sleep. Bed very hard. Bring your own pillow.

Room was nice and clean. Had a nice little bar area if you needed one. The bed was very firm and difficult to sleep on. Do not stay at this hotel if you are a light sleeper! Planes are taking off and landing practically on top of you all night long.

Great hotel.

Service was great considering it was full due to a Volleyball tournament at the Expo Center. Close to downtown, easy access to freeways. We would stay there again.

The clerk that checked us in at 2:30 am was exceptional. After driving for several hours in the fog we were exhausted and just needed to sleep somewhere clean, comfortable and safe. The clerk was very cordial, helpful and welcoming. We were all talking how friendly and kind she was to take care of getting us set up and making sure everything was just […] right for our short stay. She even gave us a late check out so we could sleep in without worries. Upon checking out just 12 hours later, the clerk in the afternoon was an absolute witch! She said the clerk that checked us in wasn't suppose to give us a late check out, we should have called in the morning. We explained we basically told her at 2:30 am and she authorized it. We didn't realize we were on Eastern time after just traveling directly south from Central time. She wanted to charge us for another 1/2 day after checking out 29 minutes late according to her. We were still on CST and didn't realize the hotel was on EST. No compassion, no consideration was extended. What started out as great experience ended with her shouting at us as we walked out; I'll find you and bill you !!! Shameful - poor customer service. We had to find a quick hotel to stay in after we blew a tire late at night. I was able to use the hotels app to purchase my room at a discounted rate after 10pm and was checked in within 25 minutes. The hotel was very nice. Had a fridge and microwave as well. And free WI-FI. That is always a BIG plus.

Hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly but Breakfast was not as good as some of the other Springhill Suites we have stayed in. The oatmeal was too watery and eggs dried out.. Also there was no hot tub and the pool water was too cold. We couldn't swim so that was very disappointing

Nice, clean room and low rates. The staff was very friendly. If you're looking to be close to the airport, this is your place.

Comfortable and clean rooms along with friendly staff made our stay at this hotel very relaxing. Also, their continental breakfast was very nice and the bar was always stocked.

We loved it!! My boyfriend is very hard to please and his word were "This place is the bomb!!" (yeah he's a little dorky) If you are a parent of accident prone children (like mine) you might want to get some plastic cups from the breakfast area or bring some Dixie cups from home. Nice place to stay very

Clean and close to the fail grounds, worked well for me.

This is by far, one of the nicest stays at a hotel in a very long time. 5 STARS on everything... Ok, the breakfast could of been better, but they aren't a resturant... Book this one without any worries!

I drove 150 miles to watch a local university football game in the room. The picture on that station did not work in any room in the hotel. They were not able to get it fixed In the 3 hours that the game was on. No heat/cool control in the room. airplanes kept me awake all night. Bathtub was tiny. Everything else was acceptable.

We were given a handicap suite & we appreciated the roominess of it and the comfort. My husband would have appreciated a couple ordinary chairs in the bedroom. Also, the view wasn't great but the suite overall was very nice, and we were comfortable during our 4-5 day stay for our annual church conference at Freedom Hall.

This airport was easy to get to. This was very close but not noisy. Easy on and off expressway. Only difficulty was there is another Marriott nearby that I went to first.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful as well, will defiantly stay here again while in Louisville!

This was a very clean and up to date hotel. Me and my wife enjoyed our accommodations, we will be using this hotel when ever we're in town.

The reviews are what prompted me to choose this hotel for our stay in Louisville. It lived up to the reviews. Our room was good, comfortable, and very well decorated--more like a 4 star hotel--very up to date. The staff was extremely helpful. and Oh--the breakfast--ohhh the breakfast! Wonderful!

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Only issue is area really has no places to eat other than fast food in the area.

Overall, very nice. The only reason I couldnt rate everything a 5 is that the commode was running when we arrived on Sunday and it was not fixed until Tuesday. It worked okay, just ran constantly and was a bit annoying. Other than that, great experience. Nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff.

The hotel very attentive to my requests. Room performance was very comfortable, clean spacious.

Close to airport and interstate roads. Bed very comfortable and room was clean. Only problem was leakage at bottom of shower door. Overall would stay again even with some airplane noise at night or early morning.

Hotel was very nice and convenient to the Expo Center. Only complaints are that it was a bit noisy-could hear the baby in the next room crying; toilet needed attention-had to turn off the water when we went to bed so the toilet wouldn't run every 2 or 3 minutes; bed was not the most comfortable. This is a very nice hotel with upscale furnishings. Great hotel staff: front desk, breakfast room and housekeeping. I have nothing negative to say! It was a great stay.

Upon check in, we were told a "hot breakfast" was included, (which included omelets by request). At breakfast, we asked for omelets and were told, "they do not make omelets". We settled for a boiled egg instead. I was also charged $20 on my credit card for incidentals which I did not accrue. Other than that, a very nice place to stay.

The Springhill Suites at the Louisville airport was great. I initially passed this hotel up because it was rated only two stars. But the hotel had many amenities of a three-plus star hotel. Indoor heated pool, suite-styled rooms, granite counter tops, lcd tv's,microwave, fridge, coffee maker. The breakfast. Oh, the breakfast. Our daughter had freshman orientation at U of L and we stayed the night before. Hotel is great location near the U of L campus and Papa John's stadium, without having to access I-264. The hotel was great..the only problems we had was the a/c didnt cool very quick and they didnt have any extra pillows or blankets..then again they was sold out that night. We did get some the next night..i would deff stay there again :)

Our son now goes to college in Louisville, so we often stay there when we drive down to visit him. We have tried several hotels, and so far this is the one that we have liked the most.
