Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. The free breakfast was awesome.

We were surprised by the cleanliness and modern facilities at this hotel for the fact that it is in a small town. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Only issue was we stayed in a room on the first floor farthest away from the desk and wifi reception was not very good. Outstanding hotel. As good as the hotel was, the staff was even better. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

Great, quiet, clean. Did I mention clean? Check in staff very cordial, breakfast room attendant outstanding! My choice for a repeat stay.

This hotel is nice, convenient, clean, friendly and accommodating. The best part was the free full breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and great service with Mr. Alfred (sp?). The room was very noise proof. We thought we were alone on the floor and woke up to see a softball team was staying on our hall.

We are very pleased with this hotel. The staff working the breakfast area were especially friendly and helpful. I have never received service like that before for a continental breakfast.

this was better than i had expected. The rooms was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast....wow better than most...with wonderful employees in the food servie. Thanx for a nice stay.... We will be back

Really enjoyed the stay and would tell everyone to stay here.. A little pricey..but well worth it!!! Staff was real nice and helpful. The free breakfast was really good.. A really good place for familly.

My Husband and I were in town on a business trip for him and decided to stay at the Country Inn and Suites. OMG!!! is all I can say. Everything was very nice and comfortable. From the time we checked in Friday night until we left on Monday afternoon. I would stay there again for sure.

We were treated very well by all the staff! The hotel is very well kept & we could smell the cleanliness of the room when we opended the door! We have stayed here in the past & will do so in the future.

Nice clean well kept hotel. Had a good breakfast

First time, got in my room at 9:30am which was a necessity. This time, it was even more important to get in a little early, so I called the day before to check and was told should be fine. Front desk was helpful, checked in quickly and when we needed extra stuff, they had it sent straight up. Room was clean, bed was firm but pillows made up for it. Didn't get to try the breakfast, but it smelled good. Overall, very nice place and would definitely stay again. Pineville has a lot of restaurants and stores. Nice place. We needed a place to stay convenient to relatives in Pineville, LA and on short notice. This was the perfect balance of cost and comfort. What made it outstanding was the staff who were friendly and helpful; especially the gentleman who took care of us during the free breakfast. He is a rare gem!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was very well stocked and very spacious. The breakfast in the morning was excellent as was the nice lady staffing the breakfast area. Always a great place to stay.

The hotel in Pineville was welcoming, clean and very accomodating. The breakfast was great and the front desk even had complimentary cookies and coofee. Great place to stay. Only one comment, the bathtub could use a hand rail for safety.

We had business in Pineville and this hotel was conveniently located near our destination. The hotel seems to be relatively new. Room, lobby, other facilities all in excellent condition. Decor was inviting. Complementary breakfast was very good and guests are assisted by the gentleman pictured on hotel's website. He'll make your waffle for you or fill […] your coffee cup. It was a nice added touch. Was able to research and print directions to local restaurants, etc..., using computers available to guests near the lobby. It's on highway 165 south which will take you across the Red River and right into the heart of the shopping district of Alexandria, LA. Also is located close to one of Pineville's shopping areas... Everything was wonderful, here. The best part of the stay was the continental breakfast. The staff that was working the breakfast shift were totally AWESOME. Excellent hotel. Extremely clean, comfortable and a very friendly staff. I will definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

My family and I stayed at Country Inn & Suites for a scheduled hunting trip. The hotel was very nice, the continental breakfast was delicious, coffee and cookies were available 24 hours a day. The fitness center offered an array of work-out equipment in a nice size room. The area was very safe and well lit. My only complaint would be the housekeeping […] staff take the dirty towels from your room to in the morning to perform their count and normal duties. While returning to the room after a work-out my towels had been taken yet according to the front desk would be returned after laudering which was close to 2pm. I would not say this is a big downfall to the hotel although if I knew this was how things were handled I would have accomodated myself differently. Of all the hotels in Pineville, LA, which I believe we have tried them all, this was the best!

The Country Inn and Suites was just as I hoped it would be. I read the reviews by previous guests and found it to match my expectations. Clean premises, attentive personnel. I would certainly stay there again.

The cities of Alexandria and PIneville Louisiana are have very limited quality hotels. This is one of the best.

Hotel was clean. Staff excellent! Hotel is just minutes from the mall. Great quiet location. Room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here on our way to New Orleans and it was great. The staff were all very helpful, the room was big and very clean. We slept great and the breakfast was not only acceptable it was very good. I would highly reccommend this hotel to any traveler.

Would like to recommend that Tammy who takes care of the breakfast area on the weekends be commended. She is always so helpful, polite and gracious. She is equally as good as the host during the week, each in their own special way.

Hotel was very clean, easy to find, and in great condition. I found two problems with the room itself however. The AC unit barely kept the room cool, it was warm to slightly cool all night, and the AC was extremely loud. In addition the mattress on the bed was very hard, it velt like I was sleeping on concrete. Out of the way. Was a trip to get anywhere near from here.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was not expecting much, but the hotel was very good for the area.

Breakfast was delicious! There were more choices to eat than I expected. Hot or cold, the breakfast was outstanding and the lady in there was as sweet as she could be! The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I had an excellent experience. I will go back again!!!
