最上階のペントハウスで、部屋からの眺めは申し分なし。 ヒルトンからの打ち上げ花火も部屋からバッチリ見える。 生活に必要な洗濯機などもあり広くて誰にでもお勧め出来る！

色々な方の感想通り、古い建物なので、壁紙が剥がれかけているところがあったり、ブラインドの動きが悪かったり、、、などはありますが、思ったより快適に過ごせました。ただ、4人まで泊まれるというわりにはベッドがシングルサイズ2つだけで、ソファーベッドもなく、エキストラを入れたとしても3人が限度ですね。立地は最高だと思います。アウトリガー経由なので、隣のプールなども使えますし、タクシーなども呼んでもらえました（まあ、嫁さんの両親はアウトリガーリーフに泊まっていたのですけど）。

２週間前に当ホテルを８名２部屋利用し全てに置いて５段階と感じ今回もとても 期待しフロントに行きました。アウトリガー対応の部屋との事で担当員を待ちました。男性担当員が現れご自分の紹介もなくとても不愉快な態度で現れました。駐車場を案内すると言う事で息子と外出、戻った息子が激怒しており異様な雰囲気で戻りました。 その様子に改善する事もなく、取りあえず部屋を案内され一方的に部屋の説明をされ退室して行きました。 接客に対する気持ちの良い応対とは程遠くシュアーの素晴らしいロケーショーンも半減となりとても残念です。 これからも是非、御社を利用したいと思っていますが友人達を案内するのはとても不安です。　この件に対する回答を頂ければと思います。

立地条件はよく、部屋のリフォームもされていて内装は綺麗です。 ただひとつ、エアコン（壁コン）だけが古いッ!! 稼働させると茶色い粉が室内に落ちる始末。 私が泊まったのは715号室でした。 エアコンを新品に変えてくれたらもう何も文句はありません。

１ベッドルームは今回で２回目の利用ですがベランダは８畳くらいはあり海の間近で色の変化までよくわかります　ベランダで海や景色をみながらの朝食や黄昏時は最高です　金曜日はヒルトンの花火も最高の位置で観れます　外観は？ですが室内はすごく広くフルキッチンで何でもそろっています　ゆっくりしたい時にぴったりです　バス停もすぐで便利　なかなか予約が取れないので早めがおすすめです　正直あまり知られてしまうと困るホテルです

ワイキキの中心に位置しているので、近くでショッピング、甲羅干し、食事ができます。泊まった９階の部屋からは、西側に広がる海と公園と丘陵が一望でき、眺めがよい。 部屋も明るい色調でまとめられ、ラナイもあり快適です。ただし、レセプションは、コンドから200mほど離れたところにあるため、チェックイン、チェックアウトが不便であり、なにか問い合わせたいことがあっても、コンド内には事務員はだれもいないので、すべては室内の電話で問い合わせるしかない。しかも、日本語が通じないので、英語がうまく話せないと苦労しストレスとなる。私の場合、部屋に備え付けの皿洗い機が故障していて直すよう頼んだが、4日間の滞在中結局直してくれなかった。その間は自分で皿、スプーン、ナイフ、包丁を洗うハメになった。また、オーブン、洗濯機、 […] 電子レンジ、テレビの操作方法は、ほかのコンドではハウスキーパーが教えてくれたが、このコンドでは、そのようなサービスはないので、自分で習得しなければならない。レンタカーの駐車スペースはコンドの地下に確保できたが、1日当たり20ドルかかった。 したがって、ここを利用される日本人は、上記のことをよく頭に入れておく必要があります。 もっと読む

The Outrigger Reef next door - they are supposed to be working along with the waikiki shore to - would not even answer simple questions without defering for us to call the other location. When we wanted to store suitcases - we were first told it was not possible by the Reef then instead of walking away with our dejected tails between our legs we pushed […] further to discover(as we were told by the Outrigger wiakiki shore) that we could store our suitcases.... Possibly the arrangement should be reviewed and the staff refreshed on the arrangement. It would have made us feel more welcome. As well the lady that was on staff in the lobby at the Waikiki shore was terrible. Before she even knew who we were she made us wait for her to get off the phone (an OBVIOUS personal call) with laughing and eating as she spoke. We were standing right in front of her. she made us wait ...... 15 min! Then after waving us in the direction of the phone we needed to use to call the Outrigger waikiki shore she called up someone else and started complaining about a staff memeber in front of us. She, although not staffed by the waikiki shore, does (unfortunately) give a guest thier first impression of the vacation. Her employer should know she has NO proffesionalism. The view is just something you won't find anywhere else - particularly from the higher floors. Having a washing machine / dryer in the room with a small kitchen was a godsend, having just travelled across the mainland and needing to get some clean clothes organised. The Outrigger Waikiki Shore was a great hotel to stay at. This was our fourth time in Hawaii and this hotel was by far the best that we've stayed at. The hotel is really a condo so you have the comfort and space that comes with that. The unit came with a full size refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, dishwasher, and even a washer/dryer. This was a great […] convenience to have. The view from the lanai was spectacular! You had a great view of the ocean on one side and a beautiful view of Fort De Russey park on the other with a city view as a back drop. Security was top priority at the Waikiki Shore. You could not enter the gated front or back entrance without your key. You could not use the elevator without swiping your key. The security office on the main floor was constantly monitoring the hotel, which made us feel very safe. Our room was very clean and the hotel as a whole was very quiet. The hotel is located at a very convenient location. Shops and restaurants are very close by; about a 5 minute walking time. The most spectacular thing about this hotel, however, is that it is located right on the beach. This part of Waikiki Beach is the quieter side. So if you don't like crowds but you love the beach and ocean, the Outrigger Waikiki Shore is the place for you. Thanks to the staff and cleaning crew for making our stay so welcoming and comfortable. The initial room had a problem with the airconditioning, so in no time at all the helpful staff moved us to a new room, which in our opinion was excellent. The views, location and facilities of the room and complex were great and we will recommend The Outrigger Waikiki Shore to our friends

Although not our first time to Oahu, this was our first time staying in Waikiki. I had read some reviews about where to stay, and thought that Outrigger Shore would be a good fit. Well, it really exceeded all our expectations. The location was really terrific. Right on the beach, and with Fort Derussy park adjacent it didn't feel like we were surrounded […] my buildings. The beach is nice and wide, and there is a very attractive promenade over to Hilton Hawaiin Village. With Outrigger Reef on the beach literally just two steps away, we were able to use the pool there as well as the great Shorebird restaurant. Staying towards the one end of Waikiki really made it feel just a little less crowded, but it was an easy walk from our condo to all the shops and to the other end. Our room was on the 9th floor with a wonderful view towards the marina(and it was perfect to watch the fireworks that the Hilton has on Friday nights). We stayed in a one bedroom studio, which was more than enough for the two of us. We stopped at a supermarket on the way from the airport and loaded up on some groceries so we had breakfast every morning on our lanai, plus we cooked a couple dinners and saved some money doing so. We loved our room. We were on the 12th floor, had a beautiful view and left the door open to hear the ocean all night. I was only on the 6th floor and it was amazing! Perfect view of Friday night fireworks on my private lanai! Great location! Very clean, HUGE suite! I did not expect in the in-room laundry! So nice! The Waikiki Shore condo was a wonderful place to stay in! Spacious, very clean, beautiful decor, terrific views and away from the crowds.
