グループホテルで連続アワードを誇るだけあって利用した1階の部屋は天井も高くベッド・机の質も上級のものを使っていてちょっと高級ホテルの雰囲気を持っている。 受付や朝食に関してはそれなりだが、悪くはない。 ただし、空港からのシャトルバスが夜11時に終わってしまうのは問題、日本からの乗り継ぎ便は夜12時近くになって到着するのでタクシーを使わなくてはならない。 予約時には24時間利用可能となっていたが実態と違っている。予約システムの問題かも知れないが改善を要する。

Enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn. The staff tried to be helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and it had a good shower. This hotel is very convenient to the Ft. Myers airport, but I gave it a 3 because there is nothing around it, so you must drive for meals and activities. Also, the indoor pool is not very appealing.

Clean, New (4 years old) hotel 3 miles from the airport. Larger rooms, nice Hi. Def. TV's. Friendly staff. We left early the next morning to fly home, so this place was great.

Noisy air conditioner. Otherwise average. No problems.

I will never stay at a comfort inn again, My price was not cheap, it would be considered in the mid-level for me, the room didn't smell good, make me sick. the hall and stairs had the same smell, we chose not to eat the free breakfast just the thought made me sick, they do pick you up from the airport and at this time I wasn't charged for that, so I […] would suppose that was a benefit. for the price I suppose it was ok, maybe they should review the rooms and clean them before quest arrive to at least smell good, it didn't appear dirty, but I don't believe anyone had been in the room for months thou. もっと読む

We stayed at several different hotels during our vacation travels and while they were all very nice, and I have no complaints... Comfort Inn in Ft. Myers was phenomenal. the staff was friendly and courteous, the rooms were immaculate our stay was quite comfortable thank you very much!

We needed a hotel for the night before our flight home. The Comfort Inn is located within minutes of the airport. It is clean comfortable and very friendly staff. There are gas stations close to fill up the rental car and Cracker Barrel Restuarant adjoining parking lots. I would stay there again.

We stay at Comfort Inns when in need of a short stay on the road or at airports. They are reliable for cleanliness, comfort, and service. This hotel met our needs perfectly.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Hotel was nice for a 1 night stay at a very good rate.

This hotel was very nice and well kept. It was however tucked out of the way in an industrial park setting and wasn't the easiest to get to. The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was great. Don't plan on eating the breakfast in the morning as it is not very good.

I liked the hotel since the first time I've been on it. And I have already recommended to my friends who were also staying in it and liked it.

Was all ok except for 2 things, fridge tot totally quiet and pillows too firm.

I was very apprehensive about staying in a hotel in the Choice Hotels chains after a very bad experience with this corporation. But this hotel was outstanding. This is a very clean & quite hotel. I highley recommend staying here. Do not stay at the Grandsuites not remommended!

didn't like the idea of the pool being indoors not good for people with clorox allergies very strong smell stays traped indoors. The eggs for Breakfast didnt taste like eggs, taste more like synthactic eggs. This was the only dislike I had of the hotel...

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Location is very convenient to the airport and just blocks away from I-75. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good value for the price.

I was a little nervous at first because there was a hotel before I got to the Comfort Inn & Suites that I mistook since it was before it but I was pleasantly surprised once I got my bearings right. Only issue I had was there was a middle school aged basketball team staying there running around the hotel, but the rooms were very nice

A pleasent surprice for the price paid. Very clean, nice breakfest and good location for what I need. Staff friendly & helpful.

There was no airport shuttle at the time we arrived. We understand that but there needs to be a local phone number on the reservation so we know how to call for the shuttle. The 800 number was of no assistance. We had to take a taxi after spending time trying to get hold of the hotel.

This hotel was very nice, clean and close to restaurants, shopping malls and close to interstate. I will day they can improve on their breakfast. Need protein on menu, oj can be better quality, as well more varity of choice but as far as the rooms they are comfortable, nice and clean. I will come back.

This Comfort Inn & Suites was excellent -- very clean, convenient for an overnight between St. Pete and Miami, friendly and affordable. 100 percent nonsmoking which seems relatively difficult to find in Florida but makes such a huge difference to nonsmokers. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay for a night. We had a 6 am flight and the hotel driver picked us up at 4:30 am. We returned our rental car the night before. It was all very convenient.

Night clerk outside smoking at check in and made me wait until he was finished smoking to check in. Then has you sign registration paper warning fine if caught smoking in rooms even though Im non-smoker and requested non-smoking room. Otherwise the place is awsome! Great breakfast and good price considering season.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but everything was good.

Nice people; let us return our rental and picked up that day and delivered us to the airport next day saving some hassel and time. Rooms are neat and comfortable just a few minutes form the Airport. Recommended

We chose the Comfort Inn because it was located centrally to our chosen destinations to visit (wildlife places). It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had a nice breakfast buffet. I would use this hotel again.

Typical Comfort-inn style. Overall clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. I was hoping for a something a little nicer for the price but still willing to stay there again. Breakfast was alright; consisting of danishes, bagels, egg beaters, biscuits with gravy, and a waffle iron. Indoor pool is heavily chlorinated with poor ventilation. Always a great place to stay when I visit Ft. Myers. It is convienent to everything, the hotel is clean and the people are very friendly. I have stayed there the past three years and it still looks as new as the first time.

I've spent many a night at Comfort Inn's. This was about the same. I like these hotels and will continue to request them.
