My stay was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were fantastic. I left some things in the safe and the staff mailed them to me overnight. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the time and effort they took for me. Also, the peace of mind that they were handling the situation in such a professional manner. I would recommend this hotel highly!!

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Clean, quiet, roomy, comfortable bed with down pillows and comforter. Little pricey but you get what you pay for! You will not be sorry staying here!

We loved staying here. The people were so nice, the amenities so comfortable, the free wine tasting nightly so fun...perfect hotel for Paso and a fun wine tasting tour.

The hotel is very nice and clean. We had a fireplace in our room as well as a balcony (but too cold to use that in the winter.) Comfortable beds, lovely bathroom. Our only "complaint" was that the air conditioner/furnace kept coming on and it woke us up every time!

We were very happy with our accomodations. We were presented with a bottle of champagne to celebrate my husbands birthday and surprised with a yummy dessert on the second night as well. Very nice hotel and had a great staff. Judging from the other hotels in the area this is the closest you'll get to something luxurious. Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. Hotel was clean and tidy. Not the best we have stayed at but certainly not near the worst. I would recommend it.

We wanted our stay to be relaxing and enjoyable so chose La Bellasera. We weren't disappointed at all. The room was great, the staff helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back again.

Over priced for an off-freeway (101) location, OSH parking lot setting without view. My husband and I stayed here for a wedding because the hotel for the wedding guests was sold out. I think we got the better deal. Our room was great and my husband booked an in room massage which was fabulous. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Overpriced for what you get.

Great place to stay and relax. After a each day of wine tasting, it was nice to come back and relax in a great room with great amenities. Although the food at the restaurant was a bit pricey, it still featured a great menu and wine list to match.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely 2-night stay here. Normally we are mid-range hotel stayers, but wanted something a bit more indulgent this trip. The property was beautiful and the patios/grounds were great! We […] had a king suite that was very spacious, and nicely appointed with high-end finishes. The room was super quiet; we never heard our neighbor's voices or TV thru the walls. We loved the computer and internet provided in the room! (No need to pull ours out!) The bed was very comfortable and the shower was luxurious. We felt fully spoiled the entire weekend!! The staff was helpful, friendly and efficient (turn-down service, great waiters, pleasant housekeeping, etc). In true Central Coast style, they were not pretentious. We enjoyed nice music in the bar in the evening and the restaurant on site was quite good. We did not experience the spa treatments, so I can't comment on that. We enjoyed one dinner there and both breakfasts. Deliciously prepared and presented. Our only complaint would be the limited wattage of those "efficient" CFL bulbs. They are only good for mood lighting...but that's pretty par for the course in most hotels these days.. To read, you needed to be at the desk (with the real task light) or by the window in the bedroom (if it was daytime). Since we weren't doing much reading other than the morning newspaper and then mapping out our wine tasting tour, it was not a real problem. Great hotel! Wonderful restaurant inside the hotel. Hotel staff extremely friendly. Beautiful room. The only downside was the comfort of the bed but that wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

We have stayed here numerous times, but this time was a bit different in that the front desk staff was not friendly, they weren't unfriendly but I think they could use a refresher customer service class to make guests feel welcomed. I say this with one exception, the slightly older woman who was checking in the couple next to us really went out of her […] way to do a good job. Our front desk employee, a tall young man, didn't look up when we came in, asked for our information, "name?" and was not at all interested in us. I booked and prepaid for a deluxe spa room with jacuzzi tub well in advance of my trip because i knew it would be a busy weekend. When i got to the hotel, the desk clerk told me they were over booked and that i would be given a standard room. As a consolation they offered us free breakfast, which was not good. We met three other couples at the hotel […] that had the same experience. Due to the holiday weekend they were getting a premium for the deluxe rooms and did not want to honor the price that we booked the room for through Hotels.com. Needless to say, i was very disappointed! They could have called in advance and let us know that they were over booked and i would have re-booked elsewhere. We were only there for one night (regretfully) but would have preferred to camp out there in the hotel much longer! Room was fabulous, clean, and had every detail a traveler could hope for. The room was enormous (we had a two room suite with bedroom and sitting area and step down jacuzzi for two). Loved the hotel, and can't wait to go back. Beautifully done and very comfortable. Huge rooms, helpful staff and excellent service . We enjoyed their restaurant more than the highest rated restaurant in town. You will really enjoy your stay here, guaranteed!

it's close to the beaches and wonderful restaurants including the one inside the hotel itself.outlet mall shopping is close by.to many places to explore to mention you need to come experience it for yourself.

Had a short and good stay here. No surprises. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Spacious room and well designed. Enjoyed the amenities. Good guest services. Hotel is just a 10 minute drive to the town center of Paso Robles. No problem if you have a car. We will certainly be back to this hotel.

One person in our party was perfectly satisfied with all aspects of this hotel; however, the other person expected a bathtub in the room, and there is none. There may be no bathtubs in any of the rooms, so if that is important be sure to check first.

Our stay was perfect. From the thoughtful help to the beautiful room. we will go back and stay there again next year and recommend to others.

Great hotel. Rooms are very nice. Close to shops, restaurants, and wineries.

My wife and I stayed at La Bellesera one night. Everyone at the hotel was professional and took a personal interest in us as guests. The suite was large and comfortable. We enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar and the bartenders were very nice and professional. The hotel has easy access from the freeway and is convenient to wineries.

Very surprised with the property. Very well appointed in all areas. I wish the property was in an area I travel thru more as this would become my hotel of choice. Next time we come thru Paso, we will definetely stay.

This hotel was very clean, nice and luxurious. I understand some of the previous comments regarding the front desk staff. Some do appear to be snobby, but they were all polite none the less. The pool was small, but my family had the entire pool to ourselves for 2 hours which was nice. I would have liked more of a view, we had the view of the freeway, […] but did not really mind. The only draw back is the location is not really near the downtown area. Aslo they do not have spa personnel on site. They call someone in for spa services. La Bellasera is a great hotel. We came here for a little getaway from the kids and we were not disappointed. The rooms were very nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The pool is nice, but it is right by the freeway so there was a lot of noise. You cannot hear the freeway from the rooms. It's one exit from downtown Paso Robles and very close to many […] wineries. The hotel was very clean, the service was great and the people were friendly. The restaurant was very good. The only drawback was the freeway noise. A rooom away from the freeway side would have been perfect.

I'm in about 20 different hotels a year and in comparison, this was one of the best times I've ever had.
