治安には全く問題ないエリアです。仕事でLyonに行く際にはここに宿泊することにしています。歩いて３分でプランタン等のショッピング街ですし、マクド・スタバも近いので、ホテルの朝食が無くとも全く不自由しません(当ホテル朝食が高額で、価格相当の朝食とは言えない)。レストラン街までも歩いて５分で、どこに入ってもハズレのない南仏料理店が多いです。ホテルの従業員もとても親切。部屋で仕事をしていると「Don't Disturbのサインがかかっていたがタオル等の換えは必要ないのか？」と電話がかかってくる程。もし接客態度で嫌な思いをする方がいらしたら、それはコミュニケーションが上手にできない方かと思います(そのような東洋人には冷たいのがこの国です)。

街の中心にあり、ベルクール広場までもすぐなのでどこへ行くにも便利な場所。最上階のレストランは眺めもよく、毎日の朝食が楽しみでした。川に面したお部屋にしたので、ホテルに入れば日中は並木と川を、夜はライトアップされた橋や対岸の景色を楽しめて、川のある街リヨンを満喫できました。

"Good value for a familly"
The hotel is good value for the money, especially for famillies. We knew we would arrive late, so we called the hotel in advance and the staff was very helpful in arranging for us to get the keys. The only disadvantage is that the hotel may not be easy to find without a GPS.Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ

"Good value apartment style hotel."
This is a good value apartment style hotel room in a great location a short walk from the Gare de Loupe metro stop. The apartments themselves are not luxurious, but are perfectly functional and a decent size. Excellent location, just one metro stop from the Old Town in a business district. However the problem is that with no air conditioning (and the summer temperatures being 30 C/85 F) if you sleep with the window open then the noise from the road even at 6th floor is awful. Insist on a room at the back. Also disappointed that no cleaning was carried out […] during (or even before) our stay. Nos chambres pouvaient accommoder quatre personnes sans difficultés. Nous n'avons pas essayé les petits déjeuners, mais il y a une superette 8 à Huit et une boulangerie juste en face. Pour le prix, cet hôtel est vraiment très agréable! C'est même un appartement que nous avions, avec cuisine, balcon, bref du bonheur pour nous qui étions 4 et qui sommes restés 4 nuits. On a été ravis de cet hôtel et si on doit y retourner on y retournera! Très calme! (nous y sommes allés pour le nouvel an) Bien situé, à 5min à pieds même pas d'une […] station de métro, à deux pas de deux stations de vélib, bref bien situé et le coin est sympa et pas du tout mal fréquenté. Bref nous n'avons pas du tout été déçu de cet hôtel bien au contraire, on le recommande!!
