Enjoied stay. Excellent service. Will stay again.

The people were nice and helpful. Everything was nice and we thought was clean. I found one pillow with a blood spot on it. That pillow needs to be thrown away. Other than that everything was nice and clean.

Just fit our needs

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Only have minimal disappointments - the "whirlpool" was not a jacuzzi or hot tub - it was called a whirlpool and supposedly that means its not hot. Plus the jets were not working. I found this out on the first day and they said they would have maintenance look at it, but nothing […] changed (nor even a notice to tell of it's condition). We were unable to enjoy that feature and were disappointed since it was part of the reason for our decision to stay there. La Quinta chain is very inconsistent. From the worse to the best. This property is an A+

When we arrived, the hotel let us check in early (by a few hours!) and seemed very comfortable. It was clean and the staff were courteous. What was frustrating was that we were very specific in choosing this hotel because it had a pool/jacuzzi and a fitness center. First, the pool/jacuzzi was outside - not a big deal except that the water in the jacuzzi […] was not hot - it was barely warm, and turning the jets on didn't help...it definitely disappointed us, so we moved on to the fitness center. I really enjoy running on a treadmill - olyptical's don't work so well for me...unfortunately, the treadmill was out of order, and it appeared that it was going to stay out of order for a while. There was also a problem with the outside door lock to the pool - you could not get back in because the lock didn't read the hotel's keys - we were told that someone had been called about it (a while ago) but had not been out to fix it yet - to me, it was bad service for the hotel to not find someone else who would come out and fix it for their guests. Finally, the shower in our room was fine for water pressure, but the water definitely could have been warmer. I had goose bumps in the shower, and I only had the hot water on. Esta excelente para ir a lo outles de mercedes

Las camas no son accesibles para personas con discapacidad existe un hotel en su cadena que tenga baño sin tina y cama a la altura de las sillas de ruedas.

Es un hotel ideal para cuando vas a Mercedes a los uutlets, excelente atencion, buena limpieza y excelentes servicios adicionales

Excelente Hotel, recomendable, el personal atento y la ubicación cerca de los Oulets Mercedes muy comodo, las instalaciones excelentes y estuve muy agusto con mi familia.

Un hotel nuevo, con excelente ubicación, pero con detalles como limpieza de la alberca, falta mayor atención al cliente (hora feliz, carritos para mover maletas, canales con caricaturas para niños).

Es el hotel más cercano al outlet, lo que te permite desplazarte fácilmente entre un lugar y otro, desgraciadamente no hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia a distancia de una caminata.

Cuarto amplio y limpio, alberca de muy buen tamaño para el tipo de hotel y el desayuno es bueno para la tarifa.

muy bien todo desde la recepción solamente que el area del almuerzo debería de estar mas grande de acuerdo a la magnitud del hotel ya que no se puede caminar por entre las mesas

The check-in was really fast; they already have my name and all my information, so it took less than 5 minutes to have the room keys in my hand. The hotel was clean (found a dead roach on the carpet thoe, a small one, but still a roach); but overall, it was ok.
