Me and my friends had a nice time staying there. They r dog friendly and since this was my first dog . They were very nice to us

I had option of many local hotels except Marriott Courtyard (full) or Fairfield (usual choices) when I checked in at about 10:00 PM. I deliberately chose to pay more expecting superior quality but was disappointed. After unpacking onto bed and desk, I discovered that room had been used by someone recently with water on floor and shower walls, incomplete […] towels, trash and multiple fountain soft drink cups in both receptacles, sheet on bed wrinkled from someone reclining on pillows, and distinct brown residue in uncleaned toilet. Exhausted, I was not interested in moving to different room after unpacking and went to sleep. Upon check-out I tried to talk with manager who was out sick. I left my business card but was never called back. I called back twice over next several days and was reassured that manager would call me. Nice place. Very neat. Simple but adequate hot breakfast. Front desk folks very polite and courteous. On the second day,we left our room around 12:15 PM and returned at 6:00 PM to find the bed not made, fresh towels not brought in, coffee service not replenished, and the trash not emptied. Not even an offer to have the room attended to that night. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience to the airport, its friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices. Service? Our stay was comfortable , the room was very clean and quiet. We adopted a poodle and was happy to have our new member of the family stay with us without hassle. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Courteous service. New hotel. Clean room. Wish they had a snackbar by registration but everything else was excellent.

Loved this place, friendly staff, clean rooms, great free breakfast, quiet for being so close to the airport, Free shuttle to airport a great bonus.

Nice place to stay close to the airport.

Hotel and Room were Clean but in the Bathroom there were 3 bath towels and only one wash cloth and one hand towel. After the room was cleaned the second day there was no wash cloth or hand towel but still 3 bath towels. The pillows need replacing they went flat and hard after 5 min.

Quick ride from airport, had a little issue getting their shuttle. All in all though it was fine, stayed one night for business in the area. Would stay again.

I have never stayed in a La Quinta but I will definitely be staying in one from now on! My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend for our friends' wedding and it was great! When we checked in the front desk clerk was very nice. Their work out room isn't the greatest but it still got the job done. On the day of our friends' wedding we were running behind and arrived after we were supposed to have checked out but after I explained to the clerk that I was the day of coordinator and everything was behind schedule, she gave us until an hour after the set check out time FREE OF CHARGE!! the hotel was fine, but the service was terrble.upon arrival i called the hotel from the airport and the clerk said they would be there in a few minutes. i called 20 minutes later and he said it would be a few more minutes. i called again ten minutes later, and afer 45 minutes the shuttle showed up. the driver said he got the message 5 minutes ago to […] pick me up. the next morning i tried to check out but the clerk left and the maid who was manning the desk and couldn't speak english told me (i speak spanish) that i had to wait for the morning clerk to come in because her car broke down to check out. trip back to the airport was great. もっと読む

Great property that's hidden off Airport Blvd in Houston. Nice size room and convenient location for the price. I will be back to stay with the family in the near future.

My stay was perfect in every way possible. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The grounds were neat and well kept. The hotel is close to the airport and interstates. They get a perfect score.

Hotel was nice and clean. Room was very clean. Breakfast was nice. Highly receommended.

I got to the hotel very late ready to go to bed but couldn'y because the temp in the room was 85 degrees. The entire place smelled like sewage and the water tasted like it.
