クレアモントの街の中心にあり、レストランやお店が徒歩数分のところにあり、とても便利。大学の施設までも歩いて行けます。数年前に再開発されたクレアモント駅周辺地区に出来た新しいホテルです。中庭に面したバー＆ラウンジには暖炉があって、ゆったりとくつろげます。建物に囲まれた中庭はとても静かで、ここでお酒を楽しんだり、朝食をとるのもいいでしょう。ベッドはテンピュール（低反発樹脂）で、寝心地は最高！バスタブも深くて、方まで浸かれますよ。中庭でもWiFiアクセスが可能。 小さくて、素敵なホテルです。

Very nice hotel-loved the Bar- the Continental breakfast could have been better-but really not that big of deal because we went to one of the cute restaurants in the village. Would recommend this hotel.

Poor customer service. We stood at the front desk for 25 min before anyone came to check us in. Courtyard room was fishbowl. Very uncomfortable. Not worth the price. Better off at the doubletree.

nice and clean, great staff. bed is pretty firm thogh, but comfy. rooms are pretty nice sized as well.

Loved the light that came into the room! Very bright and California-y feel to it! Very cool cross breeze came into the room. Loved the deep tub that was in the room and not specifically in the bathroom. Overall, the room had a very open feel to it!

I love Casa 425 , I will be staying there again. I have told my friends about it. And the village of Claremont was perfect and inviting... Thank you.

This is by far the nicest hotel in the Claremont area -- the people are friendly, the rooms are lovely (minimalist but sleek, clean and user friendly) and the comfort level is generally high. The location makes it easy to walk to everything. The biggest downside is that there is a lot of general noise in the area. My room backed up onto a next-door […] bar and restaurant and fairly large groups of people were outside talking at all hours of the night (even after it closed). Fortunately, I sleep with earplugs and was able to avoid being disturbed once I put them in. It's a nice place -- maybe not quite the luxury boutique it aspires to be, but a very pleasant stay and anyone who has stayed elsewhere in the area is grateful for that! もっと読む

I recently stayed at the Casa 425 for the second time following a 2 year gap and found it to be much improved. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the my room very comfortable and the complimentary continental breakfast better than average. I will stay there again if the need arises.

This hotel is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The room had an amazing soaking tub and tempur-pedic mattress, was very clean, and with a courtyard room we had no problem with noise at night/early morning. Fun and different. Soaker tub for two in the middle of the room! Nice amenities like complimentary wifi and breakfast and great central location make this perfect for your stay in Claremont. We've been back here 3 times and I'm almost sad that my daughter is graduating as I really looked forward to staying here.

Loved being right in the heart of town. Very sleek, hotel centered around a courtyard. Cute bar and breakfast area.

Hotel 425 is really quite a gem in Claremont. The rooms are very minimal and sexy. I love their deep bathtub right next to the bed. I really enjoyed my stay. The only bad things that I would be able to say is that the breakfast was WAY too early (7am to 9am) and the parking sucked. There should be a drop off or valet area. Nice contemporary hotel, great location, nice complementary breakfast. Only issue is with the toilet seat...a very squeaky plastic one...doesn't really fit the rest of the decor.

I really liked the hotel, and it was very convenient to the Claremont Colleges. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was very large. The only downside was that it was noisy until about 11 pm. All of the rooms face out into the bar/plaza, which is very busy and noisy until it shuts down at 11 pm. Top Notch

Casa 425 is everything I want in a hotel: Comfortable, stylish, in the midst of a great area, quiet, great bed, nice staff, good breakfast, low key, elegant....

This is a lovely hotel - once you get to your room! Although the desk staff is friendly, there is no one to help with bags or getting items to your room. This was challenging for me as I was leading a 2 day workshop there in the conference and had no assistance from the staff in transporting the many materials I needed upstairs. So - I schlepped the […] cart down the ramp - to my car - unloaded the car - back up the ramp - up the elevator to the conference room - etc. etc. I would have tipped someone really well! Also - on this visit my room was at the back side of the complex which oversees the courtyard of a market place and restaurant with an outdoor bar. Things were pretty active there until around 11:00. A lovely place to stay --- the MOST comfortable beds!

I love this Hotel- it was in a great location surrounded by places to eat and shop. They had a great bar with a really nice outdoor courtyard seating. They do shut down the patio around 10pm and it would have been nice to sit out there longer.
