アンコールワット観光の為、２日利用しました。中心部から少し外れてはいますがその分静かに過ごせます。設備は特別豪華なものではありませんが、それを補ってあまりある心地よさがありました。フロントの係、レストランの係などみんなが親切、丁寧な対応をしてくれて気持ちのよい観光ができました。また来る機会があれば是非利用したいホテルです。

年末年始、4泊利用しました。 少々英語が話せるので、ほとんど英語で対応しましたが、 日本語が話せるスタッフもおり、安心しました。 ツアーではなく、個人旅行だったので、車の手配などどうなるかと思いましたが、ホテルに専属のツアーガイドさんや運転手さんがいるみたい（？）ですぐに手配してくれました。 （時間など、間違って解釈してしまい、少々戸惑いましたが） 朝ごはんもビュッフェ形式で、ちょっと昼暑くなると、プールサイドでのんびり。飲み物もおいしいし、なんといっても、24時間対応のルームサービスもうまい！ スパも最高でした。 ホテルを出れば、良心的トゥクトゥクのドライバーもいて、 不安に感じることなし！ ほとんどの方が英語が話せるので、ある程度理解できる方は、ツアーを使わず、個人旅行してみては […] どうでしょう。 また、機会があれば、ぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。 もっと読む

ホテルのスタッフの勧めで、カンボジアのダンス見物のツアーや遺跡めぐりの日本語ガイド付きツアーを格安で利用することができました。 ホテルの部屋は清潔で広く、朝食の種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 もしまたカンボジアに行く機会があれば、また泊まりたいです。

日本のレベルではなくカンボジアのレベルで考えるとかなり優秀です。 【清潔さ】マットの裏などに少し汚れが残っていたりもしますが、それ以外の見える部分は完璧に掃除してくれます。 【備品】ドライヤーが充電式だったのが困りました。ロングヘアーの方は持参された方がいいかもしれません。 【フロントの対応】なにか困ったことがあるとフロントに電話すれば深夜であれどとても快く対応してくれます。 【朝食】フォーと白人向けのメニューがあるビュッフェです。どれもそこそこレベルが高く、日によって少し内容が変わるので連泊でも大丈夫でした。 【ルームサービス】外人用にアレンジしてあるので、本気のクメールフードということはありません。 【プール】快適です。私が宿泊した際は３＄で水着のレンタルも出来ました。 【 […] スタッフの対応】言葉が通じなくてもどのスタッフも本当に一生懸命対応してくれます。正直、思いやりのある対応としては日本のリッツカールトン以上に気持ちを感じれました。 【日本人スタッフ】ここだけが残念でした。 正確には　「日本人スタッフ」　ではなく、　「日本語のわかる現地人スタッフ」　でした。 ペラペラとまではいかないものの、すごく丁寧に対応してくれたので申し分ありませんでしたが、本当の日本人がいると思うと困惑されるかと思いますので記載しておきます。 【総評】ぜひまた泊まりたいホテルです。 日本ではよくリッツやシェラトンに泊りますが、そこにはない思いやりと気持ちを感じれる素晴らしいホテルでした。 土地柄虫がでたりもしますが、日本のような清潔さは諸外国で望めないのでそれを理解出来る人にはおすすめしたいホテルです。 もっと読む

ホテルのサービスの質、清潔度など、高級ホテルに恥じないものだと思います。問題は2つあります。1つは、たまたま壊れていたためだと思いますが、部屋のエアコンの温度調節ができなかったことです。もう1つは、４階のパブの騒音が夜12時近くまで続いていたことです。一部のツアー客によるもののようですが、ホテル側は、他の客のことを考えて、注意するべきだと思います。

Owesome hotel indeed. Convenient location near the city central, clean and spacy room, hearty service. And good price. Everything was perfect. I was really satisfied with them. 素晴らしいホテルでした。中心地に近い立地も便利、部屋も広く綺麗で、サービスもとてもこまやかに行き届いていて快適でした。しかも安い！すべてが完ぺき。大満足です。

ホテルは清潔感があり快適に過ごせた。また受付の対応もしっかりとしており不自由がなかった。 ただスパの料金が少し高いのが残念だった。

あまり他のホテルを知らないので個人的な意見になってしまいますがコストパフォーマンスはよいと思います。どのような滞在を希望するかですがシェムリアップの町自体が快適になってきているので以前ほどカンボジアを意識できなくなっています。ホテルライフはとっても素敵な時間を与えてくれました。

I've stayed 4 nights in the Borei Angkor Resort & Spa and they were so nice to upgrade us to the landmark suite. The room is great with a balcony, and the breakfast is really awesome. Not to mention the swimming pool as well. One thing I was really pissed about was, the security in the car park was very rude to my tuk tuk driver. It makes me think it's kind of discrimination. I agree that the staff in the hotel is very nice to the tourists, but why they treat other people, even a local people, in a different way? It was our first trip to Cambodia and I hope it is not our last. I booked this hotel last minute and am I ever glad I did. We had another location picked out but I changed my mind because of some of the photos and reviews online of the Borei Angkor. Although no one was at the airport to pick us up I made a phone call and within minutes the guy was there […] to get us (not sure where he come from yet....). We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled up and things just kept getting better. The room was great although the bed was rock hard. Thankfully they mentioned they could give us extra padding for the bed if we asked......so we asked....twice and got extra padding on top of our extra padding.....much better. The pool was REALLY nice and a real treat after the temples. The morning buffet breakfast was fantastic.....you won't go hungry. The staff were wonderful as well. Our guest rep was named Alex and he was great...he even brought my wife some ice to wrap her ankle that she sprained at the temples. Another bell hop was named Amatak and he was very helpful as well....even gave us some history lessons on the way to the airport. It just seemed to make our experience even better. Just ask and you shall receive. We thought the location would be a problem but it is a very short tuk tuk ride to the night market area ($2USD). You really don't want to walk in the heat anyway.....If ask you for Mr Noen's (pronounced Noon) tuk tuk your are in good hands for trips to the downtown as well as to the Wats. Another nice surprise we found is that the hotel is locally owned (nothing against any of the Aussies there....) it was just to find that out is all. i would recommend this hotel to any one. Staff are remarkably helpful especially Jasmine who did our tour booking, transportation etc. The food were yummy and good presentation as well. ilove to watch their cultural show. For the price i paid it is really worth rit . Any one will enjoy this place.

Great value for money. Decent spa. Courteous staff. The only grouse was the quality and variety of the breakfast spread.

This hotel has a superior staff managed by some of the best in the industry. The visit I had was managed by a Ms. Bunna and I was very impressed with her professionalism and courteous demeanor. She always had a smile for me and made my trip a pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel to others!

We had a fantastic stay at the Borei Angkor. First, the hotel arranged everything for us in terms of a tour guide and car for seeing the surrounding temples. We spent a few very pleasant days at the resort. Due to some mix-up in our room reservations Roberto ( the extremely helpful manager on duty ) upgraded us to the Royal Suite !! Borei Angkor Resort is just a very nice place to stay when in Cambodia. Staff very helpful and all services at the professional level. Excellent breakfasts and free internet. Highly recommended.

Family vacation to Angkor Wat. Absolutely recommend this place! Delicious buffet (esp breakfast). And very convenient for tourists. only complaint was that no free wi-fi. Otherwise, great massages at the spa, clean rooms and pool! had a fantastic stay

One of the best hotels we have stayed at, only a 5 to 7 minute tuk tuk ride from the Pub Street district (we walked it in 25 minutes), highly recommended

The initial impression was that this is a very big resort type hotel so you could remain anonymous. We were informed at check in that although we had booked a double room they only had twin rooms available which was disappointing but as we were only staying for one night we didn't make a fuss. The bathroom was in very good condition with a roll top […] bath and separate shower. Unfortunately the shower managed to leak all over the floor somehow. The in room TV was a bit small for the size of room but considering it was a CRT TV anything bigger would have encroached on the room space. The pool had a good number of beds around it but the size of the hotel meant that the beds were used up very quickly. Breakfast was a large selection from fruit and cereals through to omlettes and pancakes made to your liking. Location wise, a tuk tuk into town cost $2. No problem getting into Angkor from here - maybe a little far if you want to go into Angkor probably about 15 to 20 minutes in a car so you could quite feasibly come out of Angkor for lunch and then head back in The cost of the hotel was very good for its overall standard and they offered a complimentary shutlle to the airport. The size of the hotel meant you could quite easily envision a tour bus turning up and offloading a bus load of people. The only reason we didn't stay for longer was that when booking on line there appeared to be an enforced Christmas gala dinner which would have bumped the cost of the stay up significantly. Beautiful resort. Wonderful people.

Extremely accommodating staff, beautiful rooms and common areas, excellent spa. Only downside was the food, which was bland and overpriced. Free airport pickup and dropoff.

Booked the Borei Angkor at the last minute before leaving Laos. Could not have been happier. The picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at no charge. The hotel is immaculate and the staff treats you like a King. Free breakfast every morning which was great. The pool and spa area are very nice as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very large and comfortable, and it had a great bathtub! The service was excellent - the staff could not do enough to help! The breakfast is one of the best we have had and the restaurant for dinner was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends! Very impressed!

Although 5 star is a bit of a stretch, this is surely one of the nicest hotels in Southeast Asia. The only thing that may be a negative is the price - see the ridiculous gift shop for example. It's actually cheaper to hire a cab, drive to a store, and buy a drink, than it is at the hotel gift shop! Although there is not much to see around the hotel, it only costs a buck to take a tuck tuck to the markets, restaurants or bars downtown. This Hotel was excellent value for money. It is very conveniently located. The staff could not do enough for us. We ate in the hotel restaurant for 3 out of 4 evenings. Food was good. Used the spa. I had no difficulty booking a time. It is a very good spot for the temples of Angkor Wat.

People were very friendly. Breakfast was great.Rooms are big. Loved the pool area. great value for what we paid.

I really liked this hotel, its was a nice, clean resort. The staff was incredibly nice and it was about $1 to grab a tuk tuk and get down to pub street. Definitely not bad at all. The air conditioning drove me nuts, it made a loud, wheezing sound throughout the night and clicked on and off at a volume that wasn't acceptable when you're trying to sleep. Can only highly recommend this hotel. Looks perfect, offers fantastic service, personale is extremely helpful and friendly, spa service is worth it and breakfast etc great. Will especially remember the service and friendlyness of the staff. My now fiance had booked the hotel and the staff really went the extra mile to make a special day fantastic!

总体还是很满意。进店后酒店的服务很好，请客人稍坐，还有饮料，毛巾送来，然后有服务员帮你check in.行李也有人直接送到房间。唯一有点不高兴的是，帮我们check in 的服务员，因为服务很好，我们很信任他，他说帮我们定我们想去的高棉厨房，回来说座位已经满了，帮我们定另一家同样好的餐馆（nest），我也都同意了，并请他帮我们再预定明晚的高棉厨房。结果高棉厨房他根本就没给定，还回说都定好了。有点小不愉快。而且nest也就环境好，价格也好。
