非常に満足のいくホテルでした。 首都中心部からは離れているため、場合によっては不便を感じることもあるかもしれませんが、それ以外の問題はまったくなく、極めて快適でした。 部屋は新しく清潔で、これだけでも満足ですが、隣接のショッピングモールへは雨が降っても濡れずに行けますし、朝の新聞には何も伝えなくても日本語のものが用意されていました。 次回マレーシアに行くことがあったら、またこちらにお世話になりたいと思っています。

I stayed at One World Hotel for the first time and would definately reccommend it to all. The rooms were modern and large, the hotel itself classy and well laid out and the attached shopping mall was great. The best part about the stay was the staff, they were all so helpful and polite and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable.

If you have no specific need to stay in KL itself, as I don't (our office is in Damansara Perdana in PJ) - this hotel is ideal. It offers competitively priced quality facilities and is also connected to a large shopping centre in 1Utama. With all greetings in every corner of the hotels, you will fill welcome. The service and breakfast spread was great. Cleanliness was well maintain too. All i could say, for a hotel in the city, its highly recommended.

Room is clean and comfortable. Close to shopping mall just a walking distant. Can easily find restaurants in the shopping mall. The hotel has a fantastic buffet spread for breakfast. The hotel receptionist is very polite and helpful. Overall, will come back to stay at this hotel and will recommend to my friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel especially my Mum who is wheelchair bound. She enjoyed herself very much with the special room we requested and the convenience of this hotel's location. Expecting high traffic volume in KL central (golden triangle) where a typical traffic jam would means 2 hours of loss time, One World Hotel turn out to be a good choice. Typically the conditions of Malaysia hotels get run-down as age catches up. One World was different; hotel was new and well-maintained. Don't miss the breakfast buffet ! Well-stocked. When I was there, it was Christmas eve with 2 weddings in the hotel and one in the Chinese resturant next to the hotel: a) Imagine the numbers of cars. One World could consider designated car lots for staying-in hotel guests. b) the number of people having breakfast. extend the breakfast time, increase the cooks. My daughter was served an un-cooked parta. Other than that, spread was extensive though some seems like left-over from Christmas eve spread. I like the fresh fruit juices, as this is typically found in high-end hotel. c) extra bed was not available on the day of arrival. It was resolved the next day though as the hotel was quite full-packed. Concluding: Excellent hotel that was outside my expectation. Value-for-money definitely for my family. I always choose One World as we opened an office nearby. It offers a quality experience for the right price. The Chinese restaurant on the lobby level is excellent and it also connects to the One Utama shopping mall next door where you can get anything you need. Thanks to the nearby motorways, you can get to downtown KL (if you need to) in about 20mins […] and cabs are cheap in KL (just make sure you used a metered one - which these days most are by regulation). It's also a relatively short drive to KL Central Station (outside peak hours) to link to the Airport train. The staff at One World are very friendly, the rooms are well appointed and I can't find any specific thing that I would report negatively on. Lovely hotel, Buffet breakfast was world class, and simply yummy, and reasonably priced too! Staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. We stayed at the superior room, which was just so spacious. Loved the bathroom! The bath tub being separate from the shower area was great, and the shower had a handheld shower, as well as ceiling shower head....perfect! […] So user friendly, and especially helped when one has kids to shower! Hotel is conveniently located with good infrastructure and amenities & large shopping centre with excellent mix of branded shops & eateries/restaurants. Seeing is believing!

Overall, this is a nice, good quality hotel. In terms of food (buffet breakfast), service, respond. I had requested for a newspaper for another language, it was able to do provide pretty fast. The only thing, I think it need some improvement is the Spa service. Quite disappointed when we unable to use the service. It was closed at 9pm and open only […] on 1130am. Wanted to have a massage at late nite or early in the morning after my gym/breakfast say 10am was not able to enjoy the service. Our coach leaving at 1 pm and need to assemble at 1230pm. I have specifically booked Deluxe Executive rooms which comes with a bit more from the hotel website - and also cost more. But during the process of checking in, nothing is explained to me - just hand me the key and off you go. Upon checked in, I called the reception whether is there any fruit basket? We chose this hotel because it is close to a shopping centre where one can find good food and taxis are easy to find. Hotel does not have free wi-fi in the room, nor in the public areas which is a bit disappointing. Concierge service is not good enough. The staff at the concierge desk lent us an umbrella which is found to be broken when we tried to […] use it in the rain. We had to catch an early morning flight and tried to book a taxi. Concierge staff quoted a price but when the taxi came, taxi man charged a higher price. Spacious and comfortable room, clean linens, staff very helpful, convenient location and transportation.

It was my first time coming to this hotel and i must say that the 1st impression was very good. The hotel is big and it look very new. As i drive, parking was a priority for me. The only setback that i experienced was that while i was doing the checking out, my hubby went to take the car from the hotel carpark and he couldn't come out as the access card could not be tap anymore. probably cos while i was checking out, the staff could have discontinued the access. My hubby had to go through the hassle of parking back his car and go up to the hotel lobby and then go down again to get his car. Probably this could be improve on. Nice hotel, well maintained, nice mall attached to it. Courteous staff. Recommended if you're in the PJ area.

Everything about the hotel was good - from service, decor, amenities, to room layout and design. We stayed for 3 days and on the last day, while I was packing up, I saw (to my extreme horror) a weirdly-shaped cockroach that was about 1 inch long crawling up the mattress from below the bed! I am most terrified of cockroaches and my scream and the subsequent […] flurry of activity of grabbing my possessions off the bed must have frightened it for it quickly crawled back below the bed. I could not bear to think where it could have been crawling about for the past 2 nights while I was asleep! I didn't feedback/complain to the reception when I was checking out as I expected they would simply give an apology which seems rather pointless to me. I only wished that I had discovered it earlier right on the first day when I checked in so that I could have requested for a change of room. For a hotel of this rating and the price I am paying, I would definitely not expect to find such pest in the room! Exceeded expectations! 1Utama shopping mall may have lost its shine but the hotel attached certainly is still sparkling. My family and friends all loved their stay in PJ because the hotel was in a good location with a megamall connected to it. Rooms were huge and clean and the food in the hotel was excellent. Thanks

The hotel is generally good but there were a few pitfalls. First was the check in and out: At check in, though there were only 3 of us waiting to check in, there was only 1 staff at the counter. Then after 5 mins, 1 more staff appeared from the room behind and waved at the person behind me and served him instead of me. So I ended up waiting almost 15 […] mins just to check in. Check-in and out was a breeze and the hotel staffs are very professional and courteous. The rooms are big, clean and well stocked. Shopping is also made easy with the adjoining One Utama Shopping Centre. In fact we never have to travel to other parts of PJ for our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Ich habe das Hotel gewählt, weil es in unmittelbarer Nähe des Büros unseres lokalen Partners liegt. Zum Zentrum von KL ist es etwas weiter (ca. 45 Min.). Unmittelbar an das Hotel grenzt eine riesige Shopping Mall mit sehr guten Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Ich werde sicher wieder dort übernachten.

호텔과 연결된 쇼핑센타가 있어 생활하기는 편리하나 교통이 좋지않고 교통비 지출이 많고 아주 불편함. 시내와 거리도 멀고 교통 혼잡으로 시간지출도 많았슴. 가격대 비교 절대 추천할만 할 호텔은 못 되는 것으로 사료됨.
