Right off the highway and very convienent. The clerk was courteous and professional. The town was sufferering from a gas line problem. It seems a local farmer broke the gas line that lead to two counties and all the businesses were out of gas. It was repaired before we awoke and were able to take a hot shower :) The morning breakfast was as expected. […] Muffins, toast, oatmeal, waffles, OJ, Apple Juice, Milk, fruit and cold cereal. The room was clean and well worth the price we paid. There was a small odor once we entered the room. We turned on the ac and let it run while we went to Gene's Family BBQ for dinner and it was fine when we returned. There was mildew in the tubs, the walls had cracks that made me afraid that the roof would fall in, the mosquitoes were horrid (but that's not their fault, in all honesty.) Overall, I would avoid Brinkley completely, and if you absolutely have to stay there, this Day's Inn isn't all that bad. It's not good, mind you.

The room was nice; furniture was shaky and in need of updating. The front desk was cooperative in providing a room away from the interstate. My only problem was we couldnot get a first floor room and it was not crowded. Good for a one nighter.

This hotel room was okay. Although they needed to spray because there was ants.

The staff was nice and the hotel was a very inexpensive way to get some sleep overnight.

Great price and room was much nicer than expected. Nothing broken and new a/c units. Road construction out front so a little difficult to gain access. I was told upon check-in NOT to drink the water due to the construction, but they had bottled water at the desk for 50 cents. I would definitely stay here again.
