I chose this hotel because it had the park n fly option. I was not told in advance that this had to be scheduled in advance of my arrival. I had stayed at another park n fly hotel in the past and this wasn't the case. Since our flight was leaving at 6:30 am, we needed the shuttle to pick us up at 4:30 am. They said they could not schedule that early […] and the earliest they could come was 6:30 am, which obviously wouldn't work. I had to drive to airport and pay parking fee for 4 days $45.00. The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful. I requested a non-smoking room and was told upon check-in that my room was non-smoking but was on a floor with other smoking rooms, so I might notice an odor. Indeed, it was a strong odor, but it wasn't actually a problem inside the room. Sometimes if I have a bad cold I'm very sensitive to smoking […] and had I been sick I might have noticed it more, but it wasn't a problem this time. I did find it odd, though, as well as the fact that the fitness room was on that same floor. Overall, it was great for the price and I'd recommend it, but if the nonsmoking thing is important to you, you may want to request a non-smoking floor in addition to the room. もっと読む

Hotel was easy to find and about 6 miles from downtown, which was nice. On check-in, the front desk guy recommended some places nearby for dinner. The room was quite comfortable and clean, matresses and sheets were soft and of good quality. Staff not at all friendly. Sink drain messed up. Older TV bolted on top of slanted closet...looked like it was going to slide off on me. Loved window seat. Bed & pillows awesome!!

I stayed using the park and stay program. HOw nice to have a comfortable room with a unique restaurant and Sam's club all within walking distance and then shuttle to the airport and no worry about parking. I will stay in the future

With great and easy access to downtown and the bypass, you can get around Indy very quickly. Great location, about 10 minutes or so from downtown. The staff were all great. For some reason when we booked we were put in a smoking room (which we preferred non smoking), however when we got there the front desk staff had already changed it to a non-smoking […] room! My son and I spent two nights recently and as always had a wonderful stay. The staff are very friendly and our hotel room was clean. The beds are always comfortable and the rooms are quiet. This hotel was clean and up to date. It was exactly what we needed while traveling with the children. I would stay there again.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. We went to a basketball game in downtown Indy. We were about 10 to 15 minutes from the venue. Downtown was easily accessible from our hotel. Their was a convenient restaurant next door that delivered. My only gripe, although not the fault of the hotel, was some of the other guests. Their was a dance competition […] in downtown Indy. The most comfortable bed we have EVER had in ANY hotel!

I reserved and paid for the room thru hotels.com. The service at the hotel was perfect! They made sure the shuttle would be there at 4:20 AM for my departure flight , and they were on time and very pleasant, even at that hour. On my return, the shuttle was already at the airport waiting (just for me due to a late arriving flight). And the directions […] to get to the shuttle area were very clear. As I arrived at the hotel at about 1:15 am, I dreaded re-registering--but as I approached the desk, I was handed my room key with a smile. Perfect! My car was fine in their parking area, too. Not a bad place but i will have to say the beds are absolutely horrible....by far the worst sleep ever and the horrible smell in the elevator.

Microwave in room didn't work, did not have one to replace it. Telephone looked liked it had never been cleaned Extremely loud neighbors in next room Enlish muffin rock hard

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Excellent value. Appreciated the 24 hour coffee bar. The room was exactly as pictured. Nice spacious bathroom. The room had a crisp, almost new hotel smell. I would definitely stay here again!

We chose to drive in early the night before and found this hotel. It was every bit as good and in some ways better than the Hyatt we stayed at for the rest of the weekend. Great place and great value for the dollar!

We booked the hotel for the football Game. When we arrived after 3pm our room took awhile to get but we got it. Bed sheets weren't clean, food particales on the floor but it was good enough just to stay overnight. Loved the mirrors and window bench.

Good value for the money. Why pay more? The breakfast would have been better with sausage, bacon, and/or eggs. Very convenient location in terms of the Interstate. We will stay again.

Good hotel for value, no frills, clean and tidy. Staff friendly, breakfast has good variety. Close to all things , easy off the freeway. We travelled from Canada and were nervous but turned out great.

We had a good stay, we had a problem one day and when I spoke to management they immediately took care of it. I was very impressed that they acted so fast . The problem was that the maid didnt really clean the mirrors and sink area, she just changed the towels. Great hotel for the money!!! Reserved from the car and checked-in 1-hour later. Had everything perfect when we got there. Impressed. Even breakfast had something for everyone.

Affordable and reasonable rate. Manager is willing to satisfy our needs. Ex, I dropped the rental car back to airport 1 day before checking out to save some expense. Manager sent a shuttle to pick me up back to hotel at my convenience. Wonderful service. Room is clean and server is friendly. Restaurant next door is good and inexpensive.

The staff was friendly, there was a laundry room, a clean room that was equipped with a lot of channels. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel that has good food as well.

This is a nice hotel to use for park & fly to the Indy airport. Low rates, very clean, friendly staff. Will use again for this service.

EXCELLENT staff and service. Spacious accomodations and great location for everything you need or simply want.

We came in from the West to go to the children's museum and the zoo for a little mini vacation. The location was perfect as it was on the way in to town right off of 74. We were less than 20 minutes from both the zoo and the children's museum and less than 10 to 15 minutes from a bunch of great restaurants. The nieghborhood was great and the hotel was […] really easy to find. The bed was only a queen (a small queen at that) but was comfortable for a hotel bed. The towels were the only down side to the hotel. They were the size of large hard towels, I had to use 4 just to get dry. I am assuming that they are that small so you don't steal them. Room and location were great. Could not get much sleep as some very noisy guests were located close to us. Called desk, but situation was not resolved by the hotel staff. Booked the motel based upon positive reviews. Was Very disappointed.

The hotel was great and much more than I expected for the price. Room was very clean and the entire property seemed to be very well kept. The resturant/ bar next door was also a good experience with great food but expensive drinks. I will stay here again the next time I am in town for another event.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating.... Room was clean... Nothing elaborate and priced right...

We very little about the neighborhood when we got to the hotel. We received a warm greeting on check-in and give a ton of information about the local area. I have stayed at this hotel several times and always had a pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly. Location is great because it is located close to interstate 465.

very comfortable, very cheap, very convenient

I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid. I was really surprised at the comfort of the bed and the room was very nice. It worked out better than I was expecting.

They require 24 hours' notice to schedule shuttle trips, but I don't think that's mentioned on the site. I'm sure the location will be more convenient once the construction is finished.

The microtel hotel offers free shuttles to the airport (from I believe 7 am to 11 pm, but make sure to ask because they will charge you outside of a certain time) which was very convenient and the hotel was like 2 minutes from a bus stop which made going to dowtown indianapolis very easy and cheap. The room was everything I could have asked for, for […] the price (half the price of hotels downtown). The restaurant beside the hotel is good and affordable as well. The hotel does have a complimentary breakfast, which I personally wasn't a big fan of. The breakfast could have a little more variety. The staff is also great and very accomodating. Some other clients complained about the towels, but that is just a small detail. Girls weekend away, we enjoyed our stay, though we only stayed the night. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. The only thing that I noticed was that there was no soap in the bathroom.
