This hotel is in a good location only one street back from 5th Av. Upon arrival we were told that the WiFi was not working which was very bad for me as I needed to access work emails several times a day. No offer of any solution was given to us other than "there is an internet cafe close by" as this place was advertised with high speed internet in all […] rooms this was not really good enough. Also they made a charge to have use of our own in room safe. Which was very strange to me and I have never heard of this before. The hotel istelf looks very nice with a good pool area. The room was very well decorated but the veranda mass covered in bird mess and could not be used until we requested for it to be cleaned. Also the traffic noise in the room near the back of the hotel is very loud in the mornings. So good location but lots of things to improve on. もっと読む

I was pleased to stay at this property. the staff was friendly, and location was conveniently close to restaurants, bars and necessities. The room opened up to the pool area with a nice hammock on the front porch. I will defiantly return here for vacation.

Staying at the Magic Blue was a great experience. Aside from the hustle and bustle outside (which can make for loud nights if you're a light sleeper), the interior is like an quiet oasis. The hotel is off the strip and a few long blocks to the beach so don't expect to smell the sea air or be right in the middle of the action with this hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very comfortable; that was never the issue. If your trip goes well and you don't need anything then you'll get your money's worth. I won't go into minute detail but will just list the problems we had: No hot water, asked (no, begged) numerous times and finally the night before we left we had a decent shower. Cleaned our room and didn't replace towels or take dirty ones that were left on the floor like instructed. Refrigerator never worked. Had laundry sent out on the advice of the manager. Came back with every, single piece of our whites stained with black (???). Was told by the manager, Alex, that he didn't know who was telling the truth about the stains so we had to deal with it and 'for getting laundry that cheap that's what you get.' No phones in the room. Every problem we had required us to walk to the front of the property from the very back. I could go on but it's best just to say to avoid this place at all costs. I loved staying at this hotel. I had my room on the 2nd story which means i had a Palapa so it was nice and spacious. The pool is perfect and the staff is very accommodating. Très bon hotel, le petit bémol le petit déjeuner on doit sortir de l'hôtel pour aller petit déjeuner, l'endroit est tellement joli qu'il mériterait un petit déjeuner près de la piscine en extérieur.

Bueno el hotel, pero se complica por la falta de estacionamiento, lo alejado y caro para conseguirlo, ademas falta restaurant propio o mas adecuado al hotel.

Buen hotel, buena hubicacion,

Efter en utdragen incheckning (personalen kunde inte bekräfta vår bokning) fick vi äntligen se vårt rum. Servicen vid receptionen var urusel, men i övrigt var servicen helt ok. Första kvällen möts vi av en flaska mouserrande och jordgubbar på vårt rum när vi kommer upp till rummet...får dock senare info i receptionen att detta var ett misstag och senare […] kommer nån och ska hämta tillbaka flaskan. Lite av en besvikelse! Maten var ok, frukostbuffen bättre. Av de vattenaktiviteter som skulle finnas tillgängliga att låna (t.ex. windsurfing)´så fanns inget utom kayak. Det fanns en del sjöborrar vid stranden så man fick se upp med vart man gick (vet dock ej om de var giftiga). Vårt rum hade ingen balkong men dock en oslagbar utsikt över havet och downtown. Hôtel bien situé (à deux pas du centre et de la plage), chambre agréable, mais extrêmement bruyant (juste à coté des bars et boites de nuit).

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, perto da praia e da badalação. Ele é charmoso e ótimo para casais que querem relaxar e ao mesmo tempo curtir os programas de Playa.Ele tem um serviço de clube de praia que nos oferece cadeira e guarda-sol na praia, tudo com muito charme, além de um serviço nota 10! Adorei!!!

Très agréable, très bien situé pour les activités et la plage. Un peu de bruit la nuit mais tr`s calme le matin ( le plus important pour moi).
