友人と卒業旅行に使わせてもらいました！ サンタモニカのプロムナードへはホテル近くのバスストップからバスを使えば15分ほどで行けるので便利でした！

アメリカの標準的なホテルで快適でした。朝食のワッフルっも美味しかったです。近所にはギリシャ料理レストランとバーガーキングくらいしか食べるところがなく、車がないとどこにも行けないですね。

小規模なアパートを改装したような作りになっており、中庭直面した入口の部屋で少し以外でしたが部屋のインテリアや調度品のセンスも良く、快適に過ごせました。中庭にはコンチネンタルの朝食が用意された部屋があり、時間が無い中では非常に助かります。中庭のテーブルで済ませましたが殆どの人は自分の部屋で持ち帰っている様子でテイクアウトも出来るのは非常にありがたいスタイルです。リッチはベニスビーチに程近く、今話題のアボットキニーも歩いて15分程と観光にも向いた場所だと思います。総合的に満足できるホテルです。

初めてのロス観光にいきました。レンタカーで主にダウンタウン以外を観光する目的だったので、ユニバーサルスタジオとディズニーランドの間のこのホテルに４泊宿泊しました。値段の割りには静かで、周囲も安全で朝食こみでとてもよかったです。子供達は朝食を毎日楽しみにしていました。渋滞がなければ、空港、ユニバーサル、ディズニーランドそれぞれ３０分以内の車移動で可能です。ちょっとしたモールやスーパーも近くにあり、とても過ごしやすい環境でした。ホテルの人も皆フレンドリーでとてもよかったです。

まずチェックイン時に誰も人が居らず、30分ほど待たされました。室内は清潔ですが、ティッシュの備え付けがございません。恐らく清掃の方が置き忘れたのだと思いますがずさんです。カードキーの磁気が消えやすく、毎日書き換えをお願いせねばなりませんでした。最後に、Hotels.comの表示とは別にサービス料として$14/日請求されました。従業員のモチベーションも低めです。Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ
"観光に便利な立地"
おしゃれといえばおしゃれですが、チープな感じ。エレベーター内のライトが赤なのは、ちょっといただけない。。。朝食はセルフサービスで、パンをたくさん食べられます。私は全種類を試した結果、昼食がいらない程でした。フロントスタッフは対応が早く、答えも的確。立地もよく、時間帯によってはちょっと怪しい人もフラフラしていますが、問題なし。ホテル隣のパーキングはマックス＄12。ホテル滞在優待はありませんが、これより安いパーキングもあちこちにあります。バスタブなしですが、シャワーの水はたっぷり出るし、アメニティは充実。Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

"親切なスタッフ"
駅もバス停も近く、治安面も大丈夫な感じで、なかなか良かったと思います。良かった点は、フロントの人が本当に親切で、サンタモニカやビバリーヒルズ、ゲッティーミュージアムへのバスでの行き方を、紙に印刷してくれて、助かりました。＃２０に乗れば、サンタモニカとビバリーヒルズには一本でいけますし、ハリウッドまでは地下鉄で乗り換え無し。行きやすかったです。LAライブにも徒歩十分以内。明るく、安心して夜は出歩けました。それでも、十時には戻ってきましたが。近くにはレストランも多く、便利でした。朝食の種類は少なかったですが、コーヒーとパンは美味かった。水も毎日ペットボトルを用意してくれました。悪かった点は、ベッドが小さく、部屋が狭くて窓の横には壁。最後にサービス料という名の朝食代と水代で、お金を請求されました。 […] これは混み料金かと思ってたので、残念でした。ただ、総じて気に入りました。ちなみにタオルは毎日ちゃんと入れ替えてくれてました。 もっと読むHotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

"O Hotel−ロサンゼルスのダウンタウンの見所に近い"
O Hotel はステープルズセンター、LAライブ等に近く便利な所に位置している。私はロサンゼルスに住んでいたが、もし最近ダウンタウンに行っていなかったら、この劇的な変化に驚くだろう。いろいろとすることがあり、午後5時以降にも人がいるのだ！週末の夜LAライブから一人で歩いてホテルに戻るのも安全に感じた。いろいろなアクティビティや夜の娯楽が今はあるのは良いことだ！O Hotelはかっこいい雰囲気があり、もったいぶることなくリラックスできる。部屋は最近改装され最小限の装飾になった。部屋が狭いという人もいるかもしれないが、スペースを有効活用している。仕事で一人で滞在したが十分なほどだった。従業員はフレンドリーだ。私の滞在中、とても狭いワークアウトエリアのほとんどのマシンが使えなかった。でも、ホテルが3ブロックはなれたところにあるGold's […] Gymの1日利用券を用意してくれた。とても広くしっかりワークアウトするのに必要なものすべてがそろっていた。ホテルのマシンが使えても、ここでのワークアウトがお勧めだ。良くない点は、清掃がしばしば5時まで入らないということだ。ロケーションの難点は、トラックが毎朝5時に来てうるさくするということだ。全体的に、こういった不便な点を考慮してもまたここに滞在するだろう。リーズナブルな料金だし（同じエリアの他のホテルに比べると）払うだけの価値があるところだ。 もっと読むHotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

ミーティングのため遅くに到着しました。ダウンタウンはきれいでしたが駐車場へ向かう途中はにホームレスがいました。ホテルのすぐ横なのはよかったのですが、夜間の係員がいなかったので不安でした。ホテルの入口が時間のため閉まっていたので、フロントの人に身振りで知らせてチェックインさせてもらいました。ホテルに入れたのが夜中の2:30だったため、チェックアウト時間を午後1時に延ばしてもらえたのは良かったです。12～15ドル分の朝食は大したものではありませんでした（ベーグルは古くなっていました）。Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

The hotel is a block from my office, so that was why I stayed. I used to eat at the restaurant when I lived in LA. The room was tiny and the window faced a block wall. The adjustable shower head would not stay in the up position so I had to hold it with one hand and shower with the other. "This is more of a three star hotel"
Lobby is beautiful, making you feel like you are checking into a 4 star boutique hotel & check in process was quick however walls are paper thin, corridor needs to be cleaned up and rooms need to get some attention or a make over. "Walking distance to Staples"
The parking is fabulous, $12 for 24 hours literally ten steps from the O Hotel.We were there for a hockey game at Staples and it was a ten minute walk. We also felt safe walking back to our room at the end of the night. We had no problems checking in. The elevator is just a little creepy, but completely functional nonetheless. We had a queen sized bed […] and a perfect sized room for two people staying just a quick night. Our view out the window was a brick wall, but we were only in the room to sleep so it wasn't a problem. The shower head is a little too contemporary, you could either hold it in your hand or hope it sticks in one spot so you aren't spraying the ceiling! Other than the shower, everything else in the room was great. We had a brand new tv in our room that hadn't been programmed yet, and Christopher at the front desk was knocking at our door to help us before we even hung up the phone. I paid about $200 after taxes for our queen sized room. Even though the room was clean and comfortable, I honestly wouldn't pay more than $100-150 at the most. We attended the Sweet Sixteen at the Staples Center. The hotel was within walking distance of the arena, about three blocks. The neighborhood was safe with eating and shopping nearby. It has a modern decor which we liked, a good atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, good beds, clean rooms, and not all the stuff you really do not need if one only uses hotels to sleep in. "Couple's Stay - Event at Staples Centre"
The hotel was chic & modern, and we were able to check in early (around 11 am). Lighting was dim in the elevator & hallways, but it might be the hotel "theme' - I guess it gave off a chic, romantic, lounge-y vibe to the hotel. Our room was clean and smelled nice when we first entered. Not very big, but had everything we needed, so we were satisfied. […] Modern decor and nice lighting. Perfect for romance, or if you like being able to control lighting in your room. Quick room service, although the ladies didn't quite understand our request for a second bathrobe. Booked the hotel mainly because of it's location to Staples Centre. We watched a concert, and were able to walk the 2.5 blocks safely. Although we enjoyed our stay very much, we would choose an alternate hotel if the price was right. We would pay the parking fees surrounding Staples, and stay somewhere outside of the downtown area.The neighborhood was clean, but seemed a bit sketchy as we walked back from Staples to the hotel. "O how horrible"
Hotel was a disaster -- sort of like a prison. View from my room was a cinder block wall -- 6 feet away. No light in the room. A spa with no service -- and the staff had no idea when/if they would open. Breakfast was less than adequate -- no fruit, no yogurt -- although I was charged a daily fee for the privileged. "Great center for downtown partying"
Location is what drew me to this hotel but service is definitely what stood out! Front desk was super- including when I was lost and called for help- and really made my stay special !! Overall the hotel was no e, and the room was nice. Little overpriced but its L. A. Noise was a problem at 4:00 in the morning which is something they should look into.
