ホテルの受付がある建物と別の棟に、カードキーで入るという非常にプライベート感あるホテル。全体がきれいでモダンな雰囲気で、受付のお兄さんもチャーミングで親切。できる範囲で希望することをすべてかなえてくれる、日本に近いホスピタリティあふれるサービスが魅力的。不便なイメージが強いヨーロッパでこんなに近代的なホテルに泊まれるとは思っていなかった。駅からも近いし、最高でした。

テルミニ駅に近く、便利だった。部屋は小さいけれど新しく、清潔だった。シャワースペースがやや狭いのが唯一の難点。スタッフも親切で丁寧な対応だった。多くのホテルがそうであるように、チェックアウト後も鍵付きの部屋にスーツケースを置かせてくれた。

テルミニ駅から徒歩5分以内。部屋も清潔で、スタッフのサービスも親切で大満足です。 特にカウンターのスタッフは英語が話せるし(安いホテルだと英語が通じないことがけっこうあります)、ローマ市内の観光ルートまで丁寧に説明してくれました。 wifi環境は、部屋で利用するには有料で、ロビーではタダで使えます。プリンターが必要な際も、フロントに頼めば代わりにプリントしてくれました。 Location in very nice. イエスホテルという名前は、何だかイエス高須クリニックみたいで、センスが悪いなと思って期待せずに泊ったのですが、素晴らしく快適なホテルでした。部屋の空気感が清々しく、ビュッフェ形式の朝食もおいしかったです。今後ローマに行くときは、このホテルと決めました。

シングルルームに三泊滞在。 テルミニ駅から徒歩1分という立地の良さ。入り口はすこし分かりにくい。 部屋、廊下、食堂、フロント全て清潔でかつ綺麗。 シャワー室も部屋の広さに対して充分すぎるほど広く、湯量も問題ない。 スタッフも道や電車の乗り方を教えてくれたり、タクシーも呼んでくれる。 フロントは深夜は鍵がかかるがフロントに人がいるのですぐに気づいて、リモコンで開けてくれる。 入り口はガラスなので中の様子もすぐにわかる。 スタッフは英語も通じる。

はじめは思ったより狭い通りだったので治安など不安でしたが、テルミニ駅周辺はどこも同じようなものだと思います。 設備はきれいで使いやすいし、朝ごはんも値段の割に種類豊富でした。 何より近くて便利だったので次来る時もまた利用したいです。 テルミニ正面出口ではなくホームを出て右側（via Marsara方面）の出口から出るのが最も近いです。 通りを渡ってひとつめの角を左、ホテルミラニの斜め前です。

非常に清潔で感じが良かった。シャワーだけであったが、湯量の十分である。 朝食もハム、ソーセージ、卵、数種類のパンなど一般的なコールドブッフェであった。 価格的にはこんなもの。 ただ、中央駅から非常に近く、徒歩３～４分ぐらいなので、大きな荷物があっても苦にならない。 どこに行くにも地下鉄もあり、非常に便利である。 一つ何点を言えば、部屋が少し狭い。

立地は駅から近く、ホテル全体の内装もおしゃれで、部屋・水回りもきれいで、バスルームが簡易の扉で仕切られており、非常に使い勝手が良かったです。ゴージャスな部屋を求めているという方には不向きかもしれませんが、普通に泊まるには最高です。 また、朝食も美味しく４泊しましたが、飽きませんでした。海外のホテルの中では本当に良いと感じられるホテルでした。

レオナルドExpressで着く場合駅内プラットホーム上ずーっとregionale(近郊電車ホーム)を横切ってレオナルドExpress着く場所と対角の位置まで歩いて駅をでます。地下へのエスカレーターがありステーキレストランらしき店のあるところですここまで7〜8分。通りを渡りそのまま進み次の四つ角で左手へ。次の四つ角をすぎるとnewborn hotelという看板が有りますので、その真下に目ざすホテルがあります。電車を降りてから15分くらいでした。駅の出る場所を間違えなけれすぐです。朝食は想像したよりずっと良かったです。部屋も清潔そのものです。

とにかく新しくて清潔で、日本のホテルのようです。 フロントの対応も良く、空港までのタクシーも予約してくれます。タクシーは時間通りに来るし、料金もフロントに表示してあるとおりでした。3人以上の時は電車でフィウミチーノ空港に行くより安くて便利です。 また、ホテルの朝食もおいしかったです。ただ、駅から近いのはいいのですが、ホテルの看板が出ていなくて見つけにくいのが難点でした。 全体的には清潔で安全で、いいホテルでした。ローマのテルミニ駅周辺でホテルを探している方にはおすすめです！

ここに３泊した。ホテルは染みひとつなく、料金に含まれた素敵な朝食、部屋はシングルベッド２台、ミニ冷蔵庫、テレビ、そこそこ広いシャワールーム。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、受付の男性が地図をくれてローマの色々な場所までの行き方を教えてくれた。ロビーのコンピューターは利用無料で、調べ事に便利だった。唯一の難点は、接続がすごく遅くて、ページが変わるのに時間がかかった。ローマに来るようなことがあったら、またここに泊まるだろう。

妻と私はイエスホテルでの滞在にとても満足した。空港への行き来ができる電車やバスがでているテルミニ駅に近い便利な所に位置している。宿泊料はリーズナブルで、部屋はとても清潔だ。フロントの従業員はとてもフレンドリーで親切。コンチネンタルブレックファーストは新鮮でおいしかった。

Very nice, comfortable hotel. Service was great and very helpful. Breakfast was awful but it is included so no love lost, besides there are wonderful cafes very close by. The location is convenient because it is only 2 blocks away from Termini Station. This makes it very easy to travel to the airport and the metro.

Wonderful hotel. Location is a block from the train station. Entire hotel is newly renovated in a very modern style. There are many excellent restaurants nearby that the staff are happy to recommend. The staff of the YES hotel were ALL friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we travel to Rome.

We were given a room at the ground floor. Since the hotel is not far from the Roma Termini, it was sort of noisy especially at night or early in the morning. We could hear people walking by with their luggage. The rest was up to standard and the price is very affordable!

Only a one night stay before flying home but it was a good experience. Clean, professional staff, modern and well located near the main train station. The wi-fi policy was a bit goofy.
