近年改装された感じで、部屋もきれいだった。Penn Stationから徒歩圏内ということで、空港に出るにも便利で、しかも、観光・ビジネス双方に便利な立地。

他のニューヨーク市内のヒルトンと同じく、ニューヨークにしては比較的低価格（日本よりは高いですが）で、ベッドも大きく、バスルームも清潔で、便利な場所にあり、安心して泊まれます。 ただ、この日のフロント担当者は2名とも笑顔もなく、要領が悪く、チェックインにかなり待たされたものの、お詫びの一言もありませんでした。 サービスはそれなりですが、全体的には、満足できるホテルです。

毎年、チェルシー地区～34丁目Ｗに泊まっていています。今年はこのガーデンインにしました。 独立記念日前の5泊をとりましたが、残念ながら上層階に空きがなく、2Ｆの部屋に・・・。設備等には全く不足はなく、バス、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫にコーヒーメーカー迄装備されています。 ただ部屋からの眺めは2Ｆで隣のビルしか見えない状態だったのが残念。ここ数年は他の近隣ＨＴＬで上層階に泊まってたので、その点がマイナスポイントです。 後、朝食は20＄近くかかるので、外のカフェで食べるほうが良いかもです。 チェックアウトは電話で済ます事が出来るので簡単です。周囲は植木屋さん街で昼間は歩道にグリーンの植木鉢が立ち並びます。夜は何も無かったように寂しくなりますが。 近くには、同一タイプのビジネスホテルが多くあるので、あえて […] このＨＴＬが特徴あるという事はないです。部屋による当たり外れが少なく、均一的なサービス、設備は期待できます。 ＪＦＫ迄地下鉄とエアリンクを使って移動するので、ペン・ステーションまで歩いて数分で行けるロケーションは魅力あります。 ただ個人的には、部屋のせいかどうかは判りませんが、滞在中に数箇所虫に噛まれたので次回はとりあえず回避したい気分ですが・・ もっと読む

LGA空港に到着し、シャトルバスでグランドセントラルまで移動した後、試しにホテルまで歩いて移動しましたが結構な距離があり荷物を持っての移動は大変でした。グランドセントラルからはタクシーでの移動をお勧めします。 タイムズ・スクエア、エンパイアステートビルへも徒歩圏内ですし、すぐ近くに地下鉄の駅もあり、リバティーアイランドへの移動は便利でした。 帰りはJFK空港からでしたが、シャトルバス等の利用より時間も読めて確実な地下鉄・空港鉄道へのアクセスが便利で、費用的にも格安でした。

フラワーディストリクトにあり、近くにはマクドナルドやデュアンリードなどのドラッグストアもあって便利。ニューヨークのホテルは部屋が狭いという印象だったが、ここは割と広々していて定宿にしたいと思った。

Pen Sta.から歩いていける距離で、そばの地下鉄の駅も近く便利。 バスルームも部屋も清潔で、広さもスーツケースも広げられ、寝るだけには十分。 電子レンジもコーヒー、紅茶も用意されていて、良かった。 ロビーには無料のコーヒーもあったようだ。 ただ暖房の音がちょっとうるさくて、でも私は気にしないで寝れるので問題はなかった。 オフシーズン、朝食付きでの値段を考えたら、とても良い選択だったと思う。

メトロの駅が近いので便利です。 PENステーションにも徒歩圏内です。 でもホテルは日本のビジネスホテル位だと思っておいた方が良いと思います。壁は薄く、エアコンがうるさいです。 寝るだけと割り切ればセキュリティ等問題はありません。 あと電子レンもありました。歯ブラシはありません。

クリスマスシーズンに5泊しました。フロントの従業員全てがとてもフレンドリーな黒人だったのが印象的でした。 ホテルから地下鉄の駅までは近いですし、時差ボケで晩御飯を食べそこなった時には24時間営業のコリアンタウンのレストランに歩いて行けるのも自分にとっては便利でした。 ちょうど外装？の工事中だった為に部屋が埃っぽかったのが残念。でもまあ、とにかくコスパに優れたホテルで寝るだけの人にはお勧めです。

とても快適なホテルでした。フロントの方々も非常に感じがよく、不具合があったときや、帰りの空港までのタクシーについて質問したときも、丁寧に回答して頂けました。立地も、地下鉄の駅から近く、タイムズ・スクエアまでも歩いて行かれる（ただし、徒歩２０分くらい）し、ホテルの場所がちょっと路地から入ったところでしたが、夜遅くなっても、怖いこともなく、便利でした。 次回、NYに行った際には、是非、また、利用したいです。

Very impressed with friendliness of all employees from the doorman, lobby and cleaning staff. We were in NYC so my husband could have a medical procedure done. IT WAS VERY NOISEY AND A BABY CRYING THRU THE NIGHT. WORSE NIGHT SLEEP I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. STAFF VERY NICE...

Service at the door and check in was friendly and the location is only half a block from subway line 1. The room and shower are updated. the only issue we had was at check in, where they wanted to charge us extra, for us being 2 adults and 2 kids, despite this was clearly stated in the accepted reservation. Once we produced the reservation with info, everything was ok. I would not recommend to have breakfast in the hotel, just because it is expensive at $17 each, you can have the same […] just outside for half. The Hilton Garden Inn is great because its a high quality hotel located on 28th St so you are central to head either downtown or uptown. The quality of the rooms and is great, with cable tv channels and the internet works great! The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Every member of the staff was helpful and very friendly! Our entire family felt welcome and comfortable during our stay!

Nice hotel well placed just off of 6th ave. Smack bang in the middle of the flower district which brightens your morning! Really nice staff who looked after us really well especially the kids! Room was ok, clean but a little pokey...but hey it's NY!

Good location and clean hotel. Had hard time deciding to walk up town (Times Square) or downtown (Fashion District and Madison Square) so did both. This hotel worked out great for our needs. Fantastic.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was convenient to almost everything and the guest services were very helpful. Our room was clean and it was surprisingly roomy for NYC. We will definitely stay again next time we visit.

Great location for easily reaching many parts of NYC. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean with really comfortable bed (adjustable). Our room was very quiet, facing on opposite side of hotel from 28th street. The price is right. Will definitely come back next trip to NYC.

Myself and 3 friends stayed for 4 nights at the Hilton Chelsea for the Big East basketball tournament. The rooms was very clean, very comfortable and the front desk was outstanding. This is a great little hotel on a so-so street, smack between Madison Square Garden and Chelsea. Fantastic location. Good wifi, nice people working there, comfy, clean, small but perfect place to get ready for the day/sleep at night. Caution: There are only two elevators for a pretty tall building. Great hotel, it was very convenient to the event at Madison Square Garden and close walk to the High line. I prefer the upper west side as far as a neighborhood but this was very convenient.

Excellent hotel. However, the parking for the area is limited. Had to park for an overnight stay at a garage several blocks away and the cost is high for a van. ($57 for over night parking) Would stay there again just bring smaller vehicles.

A great thing about the Hilton Garden Inn is that they have a microwave and fridge in each room. That is really convenient. The room was clean, and the front desk was very professional and polite. The room was pretty small, but you get that most of the time in NYC, so it didn't bother me. I'd come to the Hilton Garden Inn again.

I have stayed at all levels of hotels, at all prices in NYC. For the money, this place is awesome! Clean, decent sized rooms, easy location for sights as wells as public transportation. Big thumbs up in my book, and that doesn't happen often!

Spent my Birthday/Valentines day there....The room was spacious and had everything you need in it from microwaves to a rose waiting on the bed. I wanted to stay the next night but I couldn't find the hotel on Hotels.com and wasn't sure if I would get the same great deal. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Hotel was clean and spacious for NY. Close to Penn Station and Times Square, as well as Chelsea. Right off the 1,2,3 Subway, which was super convenient. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location to Fashion Avenue, Madison Square Garden, Chelsea District! Great workout room with all new Precor equipment. Front desk very helpful with subway directions, and other staff very professional and friendly.
