This hotel was nice, but I found it a little pricey for what we got. The rooms were no fancier than your run of the mill hotel that would have been a lot cheaper. When I booked the hotel I thought there would be a lot more to do and there wasn't. Overall, it was a decent hotel, but I wouldn't spend the extra $$ on it.

We absolutely loved the way our pets were treated, not only did they make us feel welcomed but our feelings of having our very well trained and small pets as well. the treatment was above and beyond other places we have stayed, I have never left our pets alone in a room until this stay and we only went to the Hotel restaurant for Christmas breakfast […] and felt totally comfortable leaving them in the room with no worries . the staff was amazing from the time we pulled up to the curb, thank you and we will recommend and always return when the occasion calls upon . もっと読む

The staff @ the Heathman was great. They were very professional and helpful to may every need. Room was comfortable and priced right. Did not care for the food from Trellis. The only other downside that I experienced was there was no Hot tube or pool. Otehr thank that, a very nice Hotel.

Very beautiful hotel and room, huge spacious bed and room, Love the bathroom with the seperate stand up shower, deep long bath tub... The French Press coffee a great cpmplimentary addition that really enlightened mewith a wonderful, smooth delicious cup of coffee. The restaurant and server Mark, was also wonderful. Thank you

Quite excellent choice. Nothing significant to complain of, and great attached restaurant with good choice of fresh food at all times of the day. Good location with all facilities close-by including waterfront, arty shops and asian fusion restaurants.

Every member of the staff we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and they treated her like royalty! We loved the area. Lots of neat shops within walking distance, lots of parks...and a marina and beach two blocks away! What more could you ask for?

This is one of my favourite areas around Seattle. A real safe, clean, vibrant downtown and the hotel is right in the middle. Very attentive staff, good restaurant, clean, comfortable.

My stay was memorable thanks to the dedicated staff and wonderful breakfasts served in the Terrace restaurant

The Heathman Hotel in Kirkland was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed with. It made our first trip to WA so comfortable and relaxing. From the valet, front desk, spa, housekeeping and restaurant staff they were all very welcoming and gracious throughout our entire stay. The Heathman Hotel experience was a very good one. The room was kept very clean. All the help were very respectful and helpful. Our stay was a delight and we expect to return the next time we visit our son and daughter-in-law who live in Kirkland.

The rooms were all very nicely appointed and well kept. All the staff were young but highly attentive and eager to assist with numerous items. Small, but highly quality fitness center. The restaurant was very good and there was a very good espresso cafe across the street. Overall, an excellent experience for a relatively modest price.

My wife and I found the hotel to be very clean, well maintained and they have a very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is right in the downtown area so you are close to everything in Kirkland and the highway is only a few minutes away if you are going elsewhere. Everything about our stay was great. The attached restaurant, Trellis, had some service […] issues (very slow), but that is separate from the hotel service. We loved The Heathman Hotel. Everything was fabulous and the Trellis restuarant was delicious. Highly reccommended!!

Since it was my husband's first time to the area, we decided to splurge a little and get the breakfast and parking package. The hotel itself is about 10-15 minutes from downtown Seattle but the surrounding town of Kirkland is charming and peaceful and full of enticing restaurants and a scenic view of the city across the water. With the breakfast package, we were able to have it delivered to the room every morning before heading out for the day. One thing of note, if you don't have a car, the hotel provides complimentary transportation to the surrounding towns of Bellevue and Redmond. Overall an excellent hotel.

From the moment we pulled up and the valet took are car to the moment we left we were very pleased with the hotel, the staff and the amenities. Very central to downtown Kirkland with lots to see and do within walking distance. We will book it again.

This was a fantastic hotel! By far the best food in town, best wine bar patio and room was great with a spacious patio! Would return to Kirkland to the Heathman in a second!

The Heathman was a very nice hotel with excellent service. The area felt a little like a colder Hawaii with a number of nice restaurants near by and a nice walk along the lake shore. What a great stay at this hotel. Very comfortable!!! All of the staff was top notch, second to none! We will definitely make sure we stay at the Heathman when in town again.

Professional and courteous staff from start to finish. Room was clean and fresh (none of that stale air freshener you get in some hotels). Great location right in the core of Kirkland. Would recommend to my friends.

Great service and great room. The only drawback I can think of is that the bathroom in our room had no fan and the parking is valet or you have to go find parking somewhere else.

I booked this hotel last minute and was a little nervous having done no research on it and I was absolutely blown away by how wonderful it was. The service was fantastic the facility was amazing and we had the best sleep in those comfy beds. We've already booked our next getaway there.

The Heathman Hotel, Kirkland Wash. exceeded our expectations. We talked with our travel partners and decided there was not one thing we could improve upon. We noted how pleasant the service staff are. The Trellis restaurant is A-1 as the chef has a 10 acre farm on which he grows many of the menu items. We would return without question.

Great hotel, nice experience. We'd stay there again. The vent in our room was annoying though. It clicked off and on all night long and made a lot of noise each time. The food at Trellis is delicious too!

The hotel was at the centre of a quiet community. A block from art boutiques, excellent restaurant, play house, movie theatre, QFC, and much more. The hotel has excellent Latte and Mocha. The burger was very good. I definitely be back at the Heathman.

This hotel is located perectly in walking distance to all of Downtown Kirkland...By far the best place to stay in Kirkland. The Trellis Restaurant is excelent. for all meals. Bar is fun and happening.

Everything about this hotel was spectacular. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was just beautiful. We had our dog with us and he loved everything about it as well! Kirkland is a charming town and we found lots to do. We look forward to being back in the near future and highly recommend the Heathman.

I've stayed at the Heathman many, many times over the past couple of years and I've never been disappointed. If you are expecting something flashy like a boutique NYC hotel, you've come to the wrong place. The Heathman is a simple and clean room with everything you could need. The beds are wonderful and you get to choose a type. The rooms have everything […] from extra pillows, blankets, iron boards, etc... that you would expect - I can't remember once when I've had to call down to ask for something to be provided. Best of all, the place is clean, clean, clean. I've always felt relaxed and comfortable every time I go to Seattle because I know I get to return to the Heathman at the end of a long day. The staff is top notch. Pleasant, polite, they remember you, they go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. If you have any questions or issues, they are resolved promptly and everything is just taken care of. I can't recommend this hotel enough. I'm in Seattle about once a month and this is one of my two places that I will always stay. もっと読む

I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Originally it was my second choice because the hotel I wanted was booked. But next time, I will be staying at the Heathman no matter what. Kirkland is such a cute little seaside town located close to wineries, shopping and beautiful Lk. Washington. Construction on the streets surrounding the hotel made parking and check-in a nightmare. The staff were very nice and helpful, they were the shining light of our stay. We decided to stay in Kirkland after a short visit there a few years ago. Very cute town, with several boutiques, right on Lake Washington. Two block walk to the lake. The Heathman is located within walking distance of the lake shore, great dining and cafes. They have a great outdoor dining area at the hotel where we met both locals and guests. If you like to shop Bellevue is only a few miles away with some great shopping locations. And more great places to eat.
