Ok for the cost

The first room I was put in had a safe which was locked closed and the A/C froze up within 30 minutes of turning it on. When I called about the safe, I was dismissed by saying it would be fixed in the morning... but with the A/C issue, I was moved to another room. The second room had a fairly decent A/C system, but the toilet mechanism was broken and […] the safe did not have power to it. The owner/manager during the day was very rude and had an extreme temper. Unfortunately, even though I appreciated their handling of the issues, I did not like the way the manager treated us. The room looked like it was a hourly rental instead of by the night and for the price I was expecting a WHOLE lot more. The carpet was nasty and I wouldn't even use the shower.

This is a place to stay....a room to sleep in...THAT is it.

WE thought from the name and the general appearance of the hotel that we would have a good expierence. But then we realized we were sharing the room with COCKROACHES!!! Don't let the franchise name & the general appearance fool you!!!

I don't mind staying in a below average hotel if I'm paying below average prices. But I paid too much. Forget about the meesly breakfast and creepy bathroom. At least the TV and internet worked. This is a one night only type of place (I have a feeling it will be torn down soon).

The exterior appearance of a Hotels speaks volumes about what the owner expects its guests to feel. If you are a traveler needing a place to lay your head for the night. Ok. To have planned a vacation for your family, no way. This hotel will never draw the type of clientel of the upper class. What does it say about me? For me, it was a last minute […] effort to get away for the weekend. Luckily for me, my girlfriend had never traveled before, she was ok with the accomadations. Once she experiences a mid to upper level hotel, she will not allow me to get away with what happened this week end. For the nightly rate I paid, I truly expected more. nice continental breakfast

I did not have my towels replaced after putting them on the bathroom floor indicating I used them. The bed and room was not cleaned but my towels were taken away. Not sure if this was to save energy or what. Very disappointed in service.

the staff was very nice but the place was filthy. Mold growing on walls the sheets had holes in them and the carpet was stained everywhere.

Less than 1/4 mile from major intersection os FL SR 816 (Oakland Pk Blvd) and US Hwy 1. Five minutes drive from beach, 10 minutes from I-95. Many restaurants and grocery stores in area. Très très mauvais...La chambre était sale, la salle de bain était sale. Une odeur nauséabonde était présente dans la chambre à toute heure de la journée. La moisissure et des cerne d'eau dans le plafond. La douche ne coulait pas bien, il nous était presque impossible de mettre de la pression lors de la douche. J'avais demandé un réfrigérateur, il ne […] fonctionnait pas. Le petit déjeuner continental (si on peut dire que c'est un petit déjeuner?!?!) le pain était très dur et les beagel étaient mouillé.
