location is far and there is not a good public transport so you need a car in the city.

Our stay at the La Quinta was great. Our king room had plenty of space, the mini fridge worked great, and the bed was comfortable. The pool was well maintained. At the last minute, I decided to extend our stay by a night and the staff was very accommodating. We stayed with two large dogs and we had no problems checking them in.

Can't wait to return. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. I got to workout on the fitness equipment. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was surprisingly great! We had 12 students in tow for a tournament and the free breakfast downstairs in the morning made it easier for me to get them fed. There was a variety of hot and cold food - and plenty of it! The other request from the kids was free WIFI in the rooms - which it had. My husband and I stayed at this location on our way to and from a destination wedding. Both times were great! Friendly and helpful staff. Located close to a few restaurants. Breakfast was kept well stocked even though it was busy due to the holiday weekend.

The hotel was what I expected. It had the basics, they allowed pets, and it was right off of the interstate. It is a little dated but overall not bad at all.

Morning breakfast was fantastic. The staff was friendly. Very comfortable room. Location was perfect. I look forward to coming back next year.

When I arrived, Two clerks were behind the counter having a conversation. They seemed bothered by the fact that I was there to check in. Once in my room I was surprised at the level of the accomodations. I have stayed at many LaQuinta's this was way below their standard. The thermostat could not be set beow 69 degrees. The carpet was worn and stained, the bed was like sleeping on plywood, the bathroom was small, stark white and emblazoned with an annoyingly bright orange shower curtain and the neighborhood was more than questionable. I booked two nights here but checked out the very next morning not willing to subject myself to such sub-par standards when there is so much more available for my money. We were very satisfied with our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Rates were very good. We highly recommend your hotel.

My family and I stayed here for a dog show we had in the area. The staff was extremely friendly towards my doberman and had no breed bias. The pool was bit cold and the pool area was a bit dirty. Very convenient, right off I-10...easy access. The front desk people were kind, personable and very helpful. On my second visit they even remembered me when I walked in the door, and gave me the room I requested. The room was clean and comfortable, and very reasonable cost wise. I slept well, and will deffinitely stay here again!

My only real complaint was that the walls are THIN! Could hear neighbors talking. Luckily, they went to bed at a reasonable hour. Otherwise, was good for the price and one night stay.

Close to the freeway and not far from many phoenix attractions. clean and neat, updated. would definately recommend.

We stayed in two rooms while closing on a house. The closing was delayed several times, so we had to keep extending out stay. The staff worked very hard to help us keep the same rooms every time we extended. We stay in hotels a lot, and found this staff to be extremely helpful.

The environment, service and personnel of this hotel are quite good but the quality of breakfast provided needs a lot of improvement. If this can be done, this hotel will an excellent hotel.

Clean neat comfortable. Very good breakfast.

It was clean and nice. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was fresh and good. The breakfast area was well stocked and kept very clean. We would stay there again....

Decent number of doors at strategic points along parking lot. Pool was clean, with umbrella patio tables, lounge chairs, and a covered area. Unremarkable eats in walking distance. Basically on the edge of the Maryvale neighborhood, a police "training ground" but it was quiet and uneventful during our stay. Walls around the hotel help seclusion.

I was welcomed by a fantastic employee. He was very conversational and continued to say hello to me through out my visit. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly. The hotel room was pretty clean. I did find some sort of gunk on one the throw pillow, but other than that I didn't have problems with the cleanliness. My main problem was with the […] sheets. They were extremely scratchy. I don't know if they don't use fabric softener or if they've just bleached the heck out of them. While the bed itself was comfortable, I couldn't sleep because of the sheets. Thankfully I remembered that I had a blanket in my car so the second night I brought that up and was able to get some sleep. Also, the area seemed fine during the day but dangerous at night. There were a lot of homeless and shady looking people wandering around asking for money. One got very angry and in our faces, thankfully my boyfriend is a cop and carries a gun with him so I wasn't really frightened, but if I were on my own I would be. Due to the sheets and the area, I don't believe I would stay here again...it's a shame though because I really do give the staff an A+. もっと読む

We needed a motel close to the west Phoenix industrial area and this one fit the bill nicely. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were very accomodating. The price was reasonable, particularly considering the excellent included American breakfast.

I would definately stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites again. Clean hotel, fresh clean smell and very friendly employees. My kids enjoyed the pool. The only downside is the mall we were directed to for dinning and movie theater seemed beat up so it would be nice to be directed to a better part of town. This La Quinta was clean, had friendly personnel, our needs were attended to quickly, and the breakfast buffet was quite convenient. (Food was good, but not quite as tasty as last year's stay - April 2010)

Hotel was nice and clean. breakfast was very good. we enjoyed our overnight stay. the only problem we had was the hair dryer shorted out. very minor inconvenience.would stay there again when we go to the races again in Novemeber

This is your basic 2 star hotel. No frills or luxuries. The pillows are flat and the decor dated, but everthing was clean. La Quinta accepts pets, so that can be a good & bad thing, but we never heard any barking although we saw lots of dogs on our stay. This hotel was a nice surprise, especially at the price. It feels new and I'm going back on return trip.

We stayed at here the night after a Phoenix Coyotes game. It was just as I expected. Very clean. Seemed to be recently built or renovated. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We are planning to go to another game and will most likely be staying here.

Stayed one night prior to attending an Arizona Cardinals football game. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, and better than expected.
