メディナ エグゼクティブ バラック プラザ (Medina Executive Barrack Plaza)格安予約

ショッピングアーケードの近くで便利なホテルでした。 受付のスタッフは皆感じよく、部屋の設備も古いながらまあまあ良いのですが、掃除の行き届きのなさから不潔感有りました。四つ星には疑問。

宿泊料金が高かったので，豪華な部屋だと期待していましたが、ごく普通のスタンダードクラスの部屋でした。部屋に通された、第一印象、がっかりでした。サービスも、あまり良くありませんでした。スタッフのホスピタリティーが全くなっていませんでした。4つ星ホテルではなく、２つ星です。

パース駅、CATバス停、現地ツアーの発着場所、どこにも近くて大変便利でした。（その分窓からの景観はビルですが...。）年末年始の滞在で開いているレストランも限られていましたが、毎晩近くでご飯を済ませることができました。スーパーやデパート、コンビニもすぐそばで、フル装備のキッチンで調理も可能。ランドリー設備もバスルームにあるので、夜洗えば朝には洗濯物が乾いています。 部屋はダイニング、リビング付きでジュニアスウィート並みのスペースはあります。 スリッパと歯ブラシセットはありませんので持参されるとよいでしょう。

2010年12月26日から4泊しました。ロケーションはスーパー、パース駅、日本食レストラン等、どこに行くにも便利でした。フロントスタッフも丁寧でしたし、部屋も金額の割に広くて、家族みんな大満足でした。ハンドシャワーではなかったので、小さい子をシャワーする時が、ちょっと不便でした。

Front entry not clean. Room cleanliness marginal. Quality of front desk service average. Location very convenient. Value for money reasonable.

Great clean apartments, close to everything. Only negative terrible view and balcony not really worth sitting on.

Room was pleasant & clean. However, the bedroom was a little warm even though the airconditioning was turned on. The swimming pool was under maintenance - which was dissappointing. Stayed in 2 Perth hotels and it was hard to find any without extreme prices due to a big conference on at the time. This was well kept, serviced and cleaned daily, though the couch in our 1 bed apartment a little dated and uncomfy for a 4.5 star rating, and small bedroom. Lovely new kitchen and nice bathroom. Not much in the way of views off balcony […] so we didn't use it (back of buildings!) but we were higher up so no noise issues. Staff at reception answered our questions about the local area. Very close walk to shops and supermarket and Northbridge restaurants, unlike the riverside hotels. Right outside is a little seedy later at night. Pool and gym are small but for shopping, train and restaurants this seems like a good pick. もっと読む

Very nice hotel, great service, as they did not have the room with double bed we got upgraded and we had a late check-out for free. Good hotel in a good price!

In the heart of the city. Both malls right there. Enjoy the extra space with appartments if more than a couple of nights. Reception staff very helpful.

Excellent location under 5 minutes to train and major shopping mall with Woolworths Myers and DJs. Separate bedroom and full kitchen Location slightly sleazy but we never felt unsafe

The breakfast I paid for was provided next to the hotel at Bar 138 or similar. It was terrible. We had one side of the menu and could select from a dozen choices starting with 1. Toast, 2. Raisin toast. 3.Fruit salad. 4. Bircher muesli. 5. Bacon & egg toasted sandwich. 6.Egg on toast and so on. Not my idea for a full breakfast. I paid at least $50 more […] than I needed to for the room especially because of the breakfast. When I complained about the menu and pointed out that if I wanted toast it was classed as a meal to which the waitress replied - "yes, but you dont have to have toast" - numerous times but my point was it would have been nice to have what I paid for. A "full breakfast" - come on please - Toast isnt a Full Breakfast neither is a bacon and egg toast sandwich or fruit salad. It was so disappointing. I was aware it was not a buffet breakfast. The waitress had a stange attitude towards being polite and I wonder if she was in my shoes whether she would have been happy to have paid so much for breakfast. I was not able to eat the muesli because it was a small bucket of the hardest muesli I have ever eaten. It was served with a dollop of yoghurt and a couple of slices of fruit. I was offered milk which I accepted. I had to ask for more milk and still hadnt even wet the muesli sufficiently enough to bother trying to eat it. When I requested the 2nd milk I commented to the waitress that it was not bircher muesli as described to which she said- the menu should have been changed. The fruit salad was also left by my 20yr daughter who was looking for the salad part of the the fruit salad ie watermelon, pineapple, kiwifruit, rock melon, - there was at least one and a half red apples, 1/2 a green apple and maybe a half of an orange. Great, big clean apartment and service is not fussy but the staff seek to please. So close to everything in Perth - really convenient.

I took my mum to visit Perth and Fremantle (and also celebrate my b/day) and stayed at the Medina Exec Barrack for 3 nights in early November 2011. We were early for checkin and the lady at reception took our details and called as soon as the room was ready for occupancy. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was clean, comfortable and spacious. […] We had a view overlooking Barrack Street and there was no issue of excessive traffic noise and the blackout curtains in the bedroom worked a treat. The location is fantastic with the both the Red and Blue Cat (free) bus across the road from the main entrance, the Yellow Cat bus around the corner and Perth Train station, at most, 50 metres from the hotel. Both Hay and Murray Malls are almost directly across the road so came in handy for dropping off shopping and then going out again. The train was fantastic when we visited Fremantle (15 min) and Burswood (5 min) and so easy to use, with four main lines which are colour coded. There are not many restaurants in the direct vicinity but they are only a stroll away and the streets were safe to walk around. Would recommend Medina Exec Barrack to everyone. Very nice place, huge rooms, had 2 tv's, washing machine, dryer, kitchen, balcony..etc.Close to everything, located in heart of city centre.

Location is good but, for the money, totally not worth it. Friends tell me "thats Perth Hotels" but thats no excuse, when you pay 4/5 star prices you expect a certain level of service. Would never recommend it and wouldnt stay there again

Very large and comfortable apartment, well located close to shopping malls.

I booked in here for our first three nights in the city. We had a one bed apartment and it was great to have so much space. The balcony was nice to have breakfast on. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff were helpful and present 24/7 which over the Christmas period was great. We didnt try the restaurant but the hotel is on the doorstep to two main […] shopping streets, the bus station and the train station. A supermarket is also close by. The hotel pool was small but fine for what we wanted. After staying here we moved to the travelodge for a couple of nights, it wasn't worth the money we saved at all! the staff were all so friendly and helpful and any requests were dealt with immediately. The centre of town is a 30 second walk away with fab shops and cafes.

Excellent location. Just five mins walk down the street to souvenir stores, cafe, restaurants, shopping mall & supermarket above first fitness gym at murray street mall. Hotel room is big, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with kitchen ware, laundry and dryer. Gut, zentral gelegen

Sehr gute Lage, 2 Room Appartement für Aufenthalt von mehreren Tagen sehr gut. Eigene Küche und Laundry. Hotelservice wenn gewünscht, aber eigentlich nicht nötig, da viele Ein kaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wenige Minuten bis zur Einkaufsstrasse und zum Unterhaltungsviertel (direkt hinter dem Bahnhof). Das Hotel kann besser nicht liegen. Doch war das Zimmer und die Sauberkeit von einem 4,5 Sterne Hotel weit entfernt. Auf Nachfrage ob wir ein anderes Zimmer haben können (u.a. Fahrstuhl und Kühlschrank waren sehr laut im Zimmer zu hören, keine Dichtung in der Eingangstür, daher auch viel Lärm, Zimmer war nicht sauber) bekamen wir die Antwort, das für […] unsere gebuchte Kategorie keine anderes Zimmer frei wäre.
