ハースストーン ロッジ (Hearthstone Lodge)

The Hearthstone gave us all we needed to have a good weekend of skiing at a rate that was reasonable. The gym was all I needed, and the hot tub was great!

First time stay at Hearthstone Lodge though have been coming up to Sun Peaks for a few years for the Winter Wine Festival. Hearthstone Lodge is very conveniently located close to Day Lodge and lifts...ski in/out. Rooms are nice and they were clean and well maintained. Recommended.

We stayed here as a pit stop driving through BC, of course we knew this is a skiing place and i think staying in winter it would make the place feel a lot cosier. Does the job nicely

Reception staff were outstanding - helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. However,our rooms were not cleaned or beds made during our four day stay (whether this is usual in 'apartment' type accomodation I don't know, though the title 'hotel' implies not I think). This hotel was comfortable and generally clean. The shower pressure was nice and high! The towels were a little stained from previous use, though.

This by far has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in for the rate I paid. The room was quiet and comfortable with a gas fireplace and kitchenette. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Being right in the heart of the village was the added bonus! Can't wait to go back!!!

I took the "loft option" which was spacious and very nice (and clean). The loft was not more expensive than some "normal" room in some other hotels. A nice area to stay in overnight in the off-season. It was very quiet, but most shops and restaurants were operating normally so service was good and easy to find. A very good value, even if it's slightly off the main track.

The hotel was great and I read all the reviews before I chosed it. And I have to say that it looks like they take those reviews seriously. I haven't seen any hotel crew playing Solitaire or anything like that. The room was very quiet. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. So I enjoyed staying there.

It is in a great location and the girls at the front desk were very nice. The only thing was we arrived in the afternoon in Summer and it was extremely hot and were looking forward to getting up into the hotel room to cool down to find there was no aircon. We had to open the balcony door to let some cool air come in but heard all the hoons for the night […] also, as a result it was not the best sleep. The shower also had no pressure. Simply can't understand why more people have not discovered this gem north of Kamloops, British Columbia. It has the feel of Whistler with no crowds in the summer.
