This was a very clean, comfortable hotel. Pluses include large rooms, two large windows to open for fresh air, good AC when it got hot, granite tile in the little kitchen area, bathroom, and shower. Was a spacious comfortable room close to great restaurants and shopping! Offered appetizers Monday through Friday and breakfast every morning with made to order omelets if you wanted. Will be staying there everytime we are in the Redlands area!

We were on a road trip and needed a place to spend the night mid way to our destination, this was very conventiently located, very comfortabel and most of all at a great price for the quality of room we got. Very Happy to have stayed, will do it again if going through the area.

The room I had booked threw you was the wrong room we were given a small room that we could not use we ended up paying for the correct room and we wanted a refund for the room threw you but instead of going threw the hassle took the room for a mini vacation. Other wise we were happy

Thus is really a beautiful hotel. It is near the intersection of two major interstate highways: 10 and 210. I could see the traffic from my window, but it was clean and quiet inside, with darkening curtains for an afternoon nap. My room was spacious with a king size bed, love seat and chair, coffee table, office area with desk and chair, and a kitchen […] area as well. There was a dressing area near the closet and bathroom, dressers and night stands with drawers, plenty if space and comfort for an extended stay. Breakfast had made-to-order omlettes, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt...and many other selections. The chef even brought me some bacon crumbles to top my waffle, with real syrup, and all served on china with real forks and knives. No styrofoam or plastic here, unless you preferred it for take out coffee. The coffee was good, too, and to me tasted better in a real china mug instead of a paper cup. What a delightful place to stay! Oh yes, and the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would stay here again. Convenient location...we wanted to be able to drive into the surrounding mountains and enjoy the beauty. We did so and loved it.

This newer Redlands hotel provides easy access to freeway and Redlands locations. The lobby is inviting and homey with a fireplace lounge. Breakfast is hot and varied. Loved our stay. Convenient to places to eat quick witj the kids and target and wmart. Big room, free parking, hot breakfast, micro, fridge, and 2 drink wine or beer in the evening and wi fi. drive to big bear or snowplay about 60-80. nice hotel staff. Close places to do take out..wok experience, noodle 21, if u are looking for asian places.

Only complaint was the breakfast service food was not very good and there was standing room only waiting for seating. Ended up going to IHOP to get breakfast.

I was going to a show at San Manuel and this hotel was in a great location, right off the freeway. It also had lots of amenities and great dining and shopping in the surrounding areas. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area for another show.

The hotel and staff were very helpful with all our needs. The children had a blast at the pool and morning breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort at a reasonable price.

I have stayed here twice recently. This is a great hotel. The staff are wonderful and location with several restaurants nearby was great. Nice, clean, friendly. Great stay.

The Hotel stay was great. The room was very clean, roomy and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was just right, especially the "custom omlette". Only comment would be to tone down the cleaning smell in the room.

Though rather far from the train station, and an expensive cab ride, the hotel was clean, staff friendly, and restaurants close by. For a one night stay, it was very pleasant.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Even though it is besides a busy street and car dealerships, the dual paned windows allow no sound in. The king room was nice and roomy and very clean. I stayed here while attending a dance intensive a few miles away. The staff was nice, and the room was definitely comfy. Great stop for us, Nice breakfast selection, very happy staff, clean and new. Price was good value.

Breakfast was great - includes made-for-you omelets. everything is exceptional. Pool is great. Only negative is the walls are little thin and exercise room is weakly equipped.

We don't normally write reviews but our stay was good enough to warrant an exception. The hotel is super clean and the staff was cheerful and competent. We were traveling with a baby so a crib was needed. When we booked the room we added a note to request a crib. The crib was setup in the room before we got there. At every other hotel we have stayed […] our crib request was ignored and we had to ask to have one brought up to the room after we checked in. The room was spotless and well apointed with a small kitchen/bar area, a sitting area and a confortable bed. There were 6 pillows on the bed plus 2 more in the closet so there was no need to request extras. The included breakfast was well stocked with lots of options including waffles, omlets, cereals, breads, biscuits and pastry's. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We traveled from San Fancisco to Phoenix and this hotel put us on the east side of the LA area so the next day we could avoid commute traffic. It was right at the 10/210 interchange. There are 3 reataurants in walking distance and others just the other side of the highway, including a drive thru Starbucks which was convienient stop as we headed out the next morning. Nice hotel, breakfast a bit sparse but filled a gap

This is the cleanest motel we've ever stayed in - from the hallways to the rooms. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I've done a lot of travel for business and rarely stayed in a Hyatt or Westin that was as clean and cofortable as this Country Inn and Suites. It was a great value and very relaxing. Hotel was very nice and the room was huge. We had a 2 queen bed room, it had a lot of space with couch and chair as well. Room had microwave and small fridge for your use as well. The day we stayed was cloudy and a little rainy, but our kids enjoyed in the heated pool. The hotel room was also big. People who working there were very kind, too.

Right off the freeway, pretty new, clean, terrific desk staff, a nice surprise: sausage and egg muffin breakfast

Location on Industrial Parkway was initially a turn-off, however the actual hotel was great. Lending library, cookies and hot breakfast was a great value. I was across the street from an IHOP and an Old Spaghetti Factory so we could walk. It was very convenient by car (6 min) to University of Redlands where we had admission day business.

Only saw pictures of hotel on line and was pleasantly surprised. Great location. Our room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was great, wasn't expecting a hot breakfast. If in area again, we would stay at this hotel.

We enjoyed this hotel for it's comfortable homey feeling, large rooms, close location to shopping, restaurants, and the mountains. The breakfast buffet was good - slightly above average for this level of hotel. The staff was helpful in letting us use the dining area for family board games in the evening. Good family place.

i would recommend this hotel to anyone. clean, comfortable, cozy! staff was helpful and plesant. breakfast was hot, yummy and filling.

Only complaint is the use of Heat Pump - AC that was both load and blows right on top of living room furnature. Something to redirect air flow away from chest level would aid comfort level. Rooms are large and well planned. Good Value for LA area
