Rooms are clean and comfortable, good food at Tap 25.

One night stay overall satisfactory, Price point also fair. The hotel is usually fully booked with gamblers and conventions,especially on the weekends.

Felt like we were staying in vegas. No coffee makers in the rooms, lost all our money in the casino, and had a fabulous couple of buffet meals. Aside from being harrassed in the Casino serveral times by a couple of local natives claiming their relatives built the casino, we had a great time. Would definately return again for a weekend.

Excellent hotel with all ameneties. Close to West Edmonton Mall, great food and gambling facilites. The only thing missing was entertainment. Music and dancing are a big part of my visit to the city and River Cree has none of that to offer!

This hotel is beautiful however, we needed a room for one night as we had family participating in the Alberta Winter Games. The Room cost was staggering for a room with 2 double beds - not a suite just a room. So for just about 3 bills it was way too expensive, no breakfast or anything included.

The hotel is essential new, very clean, and well staffed. I had a great front desk experience - very easy to check in and out, very professional. Dinner onsite was great, with a large variety in the buffet. The Casino is onsite, again - lots of fun. Highly recommend for business, or a stay in West Edmonton. Quick to downtown if need.

While the location is a wee way from downtown it was fine for us. Still handy to the mall. A great modern complex with casino and restaurants attached. Very good service and super clean.

The hotel is very good, but ony few points: the location si difficult to reach, and far from down town; second; the air conditioner was very loud that it disturbed my sleep at night.

We have stayed in many hotels in Edmonton and this was by far the cleanest hotel!!! I definitely recommend it to anyone!!!

This is a great facility - the casino and venues have a great atmosphere... until you try to breathe! The smoke in the casino is unbearable if you are a non-smoker. The clothes you wore will contaminate the rest of your suitcase as well. The service is great, people are fantastic, and cuisine is top notch. We have stayed in alot of Marriotts and love them but not this one. There are 3 restaurants and not one of them could accomodate us for dinner till after 8:30 pm that night. This Marriott has a Casino and also has different Venues going on so there wasn't even a place to park the car close to the hotel. This hotel is pricey to stay at and with that […] in mind the expectations for quality of services offered should be provided for paying guest that are staying at the hotel. We expected to be able to have place to park the car close to the hotel and be able to have dinner at a reasonable hour in atleast one of the restaurants. I travelled with my husband and while my husband was at a hockey game, I took the complimentary shuttle to West Edmonton Mall. This is a great service, I have used it on prior trips when my Husband has been in business meetings at the hotel. The hotel is VERY clean and in excellent condition. Room service is pricey. we reserved a room one month in advance for our anniversary.reserved a room with one king size bed.When we got to the room,we had two very small doubles.When I went to complain to front desk,was told they were all out of rooms with one large bed.Spoke to manager,said there were "no guarantees"for a king size bed.I didnt get an apology or anything.Maybe […] the marriott should count the number of rooms with one bed and stop taking reservations for them when there are none left.I will never go to a marriott again.It was a crappy way to spend my 15th anniversary.manager didnt even offer to make it up to us with free internet or even a continental breakfast.for a 4 star hotel,you get better service at a super 8. もっと読む

The wrapping on it all was the 5 star restaurant. Just excellent.

The beds are amazing, soooo comfortable. Pillows galore. The room was nice and cool. The room service was awesome!! I had the pancakes with carmelized bananas and whipped cream and it came piping hot. Had some down time in the Casino below. I prebooked advance purchase rate and the room was affordable. Will definately stay there again and again.
