到着時、部屋をアップグレードしてくれ、スイートに2泊。キチネット、リビングルームのついたキングサイズベッド１台の部屋。掃除が行き届き、非常に気持ちよく滞在できました。無料のコンチネンタルブレックファーストはペイストリーが豊富。レストラン、雑貨屋の並ぶポーツマス港へは車で１０分、Kittery Outletへも２０分と便利な立地。ハイウェイの目の前ですが、道路から離れているため音はまったく気になりませんでした。

部屋がきれいで広く、キッチンも使い勝手が良い。無料の朝食もパンとコーヒーだけではなく、卵、ハム、ポテト、フルーツ、ヨーグルト等々、充実しています。ホテルの目の前の駐車場は広く、充分なスペースがあります。駐車料金1日18ドルとの記載がありますが、実際には1時間当たり75セントの時間制料金でした。見どころも近く、おすすめのホテルです。

町の中心からは遠いが、空港にちかく、また大型ショッピングモールがあり 買い物、食事など、いろいろ便利．部屋は広くインテリアもおしゃれで また この値段で朝食までふくまれていた。

ダウンタウンに近く、レストラン、観光スポットにも便利な場所です。 特に 雰囲気の素敵な「図書館レストラン」は 目と鼻の場所です。 ホテルは 大きな一軒家の形で 自宅にいるように思え ホテルの人たちも にこやかで、親切で ゆっくりとくつろげます。 朝食は ビュッフェスタイルの コンチネンタルですが、手づくり感があり 満足のいくものでした。

The cottage was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was very small with only a window for ventilation. The toilet was not anchored to the floor and one could barely close the door when sitting down. The skylight did not have a blind or drape so it was sunny time to get up when the sun came up. The location is wonderful. A short walk to a beautiful beach is better than most places in this price range can offer. It is not exactly pet friendly, but they are allowed. You may only "walk" your dog in spaces that are right next to a very busy road or in a cramped fenced space in a corner of an adjacent lot. Room was very small, run down and of poor quality. Linen was stained and beds were very uncomfortable. Kitchenette was convienient but very small and the available "supplies" were limited and dirty. We had a standard cottage room. The room itself was just OK: bed was old but comfortable. The bathroom was so small that when you're on the toilet you have to watch that you don't hit your face on the towel rack on the door, which I did do several times.
