I was in town with family to watch our nephew play in Spring Training. The hotel was conveniently located to the training facility as well as a few other parks. We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. I put cleaniess only at a 3 because we wanted a non-smoking room and we got a smoking room. I had specified when I registered on line for a non-smoking.We bought our own freshener to try and improve the smell but there was always that smoke smell in our room, other then that our room was very clean. We had a two bedroom suite, and it worked out great. The suite was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and heplfull. A great stay and i will look for them where ever we stay from now on. The meals were a nice bonus.

I have stayed at the Homewood Suites in Minneapolis and in Phoenix. At both locations, the experience was excellent. Spacious rooms with complete kitchen, table, living area (separate from bedroom). I got to Phoenix late in the morning and the hotel allowed me to check-in early (around noon). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They provide a hot breakfast and dinner -- they even had wine and draft beer for dinner. All included in the price of the room.
