This hotel is a real find. It's on Sipan island off the coast of Dubrovnik, easily and cheaply accessible from the Dubrovnik ferry. The setting is magnificent with the hotel perched right on the water in a sleepy little village with the odd bar and restaurant. The food […] is simple but excellent and the service is excellent - a bottle of wine on the house, just because we had ordered two glasses from it. The rooms have recently been modernised, with great new showers and decor. There are not a lot of additional services (spas, fitness centres, etc) but to be honest, the location is so spectacular, that all you really want to do is enjoy the peace and the view. The location of the hotel was stunning. The room was very comfortable- only problem was they have air con but apparently its never worked since the intaslastion so it was unbearably hot at night- needed a cold shower to sleep. maybe check that before you go. but the rooms were v well decorated v modern, the staff were exteremley helpfull. island was […] an oasis of tranquillity, but there were quite a few families with young noisy children. a really great romantic place to relax. もっと読む

Das Hotel ist neu renoviert und sehr modern, eingerichtet. Leider wirkte unser Zimmer zum Teil irgendwie "abgewohnt". Z.B. waren Toilettenpapierhalter schief montiert, Bohrlöcher im Bad nicht verspachteln, Eingangstüre und Holzvertäfelung beim Bett verschmiert. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen, wegen seiner traumhaften Lage in Sipanska Luka, […] der stylischen Bar und dem schönen Frühstücksbereich mit Blick auf den Hafen. Ausserdem wirkte es sehr kinderfreundlich mit Animationsprogramm und täglichen Ausflugsangeboten. Weiters gibt es Kayaks und Räder zum Ausborgen. Der Aufenthalt war ein voller genuss, total entspannend und in einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphaere. Sehr ruhig gelegen und mit vielen Abwechselungsmoeglichkeiten in der ir haben sehr viel erlebt. Das Preisverhaeltnis hat auch gestimmt. Wir wuerden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We had looked forward to staying at this hotel - (relatively) newly renovated, in an old olive factory. Unfortunately they failed to mention that neither the air conditioning or the phone worked - we had to discover this for ourselves. Their justification was "well.. nobody else has air conditioning, the whole system is down." It was not fixed the entire […] stay, and getting the rattling old fan we finally did, was a lot of trouble. Ask about anything, activities, kayak rental, etc. and you really put the staff out. It seemed like quite an inconvenience to them to have guests at the hotel. The buffet was mediocre, and the patio was swarming with wasps every morning. The only smile we got was when we left. もっと読む

très beau lieu de séjour, dans un environnement calme; mer et nature à portée de main; pas d'air conditionné comme annoncé. Musique (trop forte) au bar attenant à l'hôtel tous les jours de 19h à 23/24h, et en plus, le samedi soir dans un "dancing" jusqu'à 2h du matin min. Ce n'est pas la meilleure façon d' "écouter le silence" (publicité de l'hôtel) […] vu qu'on est obligé de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pour dormir dans une température supportable.
