タワーサイドに泊まりました。ツインタワーを見るには絶好のロケーションです。ホテルからKLCCショッピングセンターまで無料のシャトル（電気自動車）がありとても便利で、ホテルから電車へは２つの駅が使えるので観光にはお勧めです。何故かトレーダースクラブの特典が使えて、朝食はトレーダースクラブで食事が出来て良かったです。クアラルンプールに泊まるなら、お勧めです。

お部屋はとても広く快適に滞在期間をゆっくり過ごす事ができました。またクアラルンプールへ来るときは利用しようと思っています。

１度目の宿泊の際は、フロントで待たされたものの、きちんと予定通りの部屋（禁煙ルーム、ツインタワービュー）で、満足のいくサービスであったため、２回目の宿泊を決めました。 今回も、さんざんフロントで待たされたあげく、今回は、喫煙フロアの部屋に。 十分に清掃を行っているからということでしたが、泊まってみて、やはり、最悪でした。 以前泊まったときのサービスアメニティ等でなかったものもあり、部屋の清掃も不十分で、最悪の部屋でした。部屋に行くまでの廊下もたばこ臭くて、最悪な気分でした。 正直、もうけ主義のホテルで、お客様に対するもてなしの精神のないホテル。 ツインタワーがよく見える眺めだけのホテルです。もう二度と利用しないと思います。

駅からのアクセスはあまりよくないが、部屋の窓から見えるツインタワーの景色が最高。また、ホテル前の公園で散歩やジョギングが出来るのがよい。朝食ビュッフェは普通だと思う。

ツインタワーへ公園を挟んで前にありツインタワーまで歩いても５分位ですが無料シャトルがあり便利。高級感があるが比較的安い価格（Hotels.comでの安い部屋に宿泊）で泊まれ満足度は高い。しかしロビーから部屋まではボーイ等は付かず自分達のみで行かなければならない。多少新しいとは言えない所が見える。スカイバーでは予約をしないと良い席は取れず（混んでいた）多少大きな音楽が流れているため落ち着いて飲みながらツインタワーを眺めるには向いていない。むしろ６階のラウンジの方が落ち着いて飲める。しかしツインタワーが見える窓が汚れており惜しい。文句はあるが高級としての文句で他は高級ホテルに泊まっている満足感を味わえる。価格を考えるとまた泊まりたいと思わせるホテルであった。

モノレールや鉄道の駅からはやや距離がありますが、ツインタワーやその気になればブキッビンタンには歩いていけます。せっかくならツインタワービューが良い。

トレーダースクラブラウンジは広くて静か。 スカイバーは狭くてにぎやか。宿泊客以外も来る。 眺望はラウンジの方が良い。 部屋から真正面にツインタワーが見えて満足。 このホテルに徒歩でチェックインするのは限られた人だろうけど、場所の案内がわかりにくかった。 部屋の電話が線が抜かれており、レセプションに連絡のつけようがなかった。後で廊下の電話で連絡したが、来るのが遅いこと。唯一の不満足点だった。 場所は最高だが、これに甘んじないでほしい。

ブキビンタンのブランドショップが並ぶエリアにあるホテルでショッピングにも便利なロケーション。ロビーや部屋の内装はすっきりとスタイリッシュにまとまっていて、快適。ロビーから客室に流れるフレグランスの香りがいい感じでした。ベッドはウェスティンの特徴であるヘブンリーベッド。とてもゆっくりくつろいで寝れました。 強いて欠点を挙げれば、客室でWiFiがつながらなかったこと、インターネットが有料だったこと。 また朝食のバラエティもクアラルンプールのほかの5つ星ホテルと比較すると若干バラエティが少ないように思いました。 が、全体的にはとても満足のいく滞在でした。

They have a nice bar on the Top floor. this is so nice bar and be a little bit different atmosphere from the Luna bar (Another one in the Pacific Regency hotel). Rooms are clean, and the SPA is also nice. but, don't make reservation for taking massage after 5pm. The SPA is very near to the bar!

GW期間中にトレーダースクラブ　タワービューに4連泊しました。名所でもあるスカイバーがやかましい事、早朝より流れるコーランが少々気になる事を除いて　満足できるホテルでした。特筆すべきは「食」です。朝食は静かな雰囲気で眺めの良いトレーダースクラブで摂るもよし　メインレストランのゴボチットチャットで種類豊富で食べきれない朝食に挑戦するも良し。クラブルームではアフタヌーンティーやカクテルタイムにもしっかりとした食事（もちろんアルコールも）が食べ放題。かなり太って帰国しました。 　ロケーションもKLCCまで徒歩10分　雨にぬれずに歩けます。日中はシャトルカートが頻繁に往復しています。ブキビンタン方面へもパビリオンまで徒歩5分程度と近いです。 　実は　小額ですが　市内でスリに合ったのです。事情を話すと […] 　複数のスタッフが親身に協力してくれて助かりました。ツーリストポリスへの同行や調書の作成の補助、交通費も無料でやって頂き　マレーシアへのネガティブな思いが払拭されました。 　スリの件ですが　複数で取囲んで押さえつけてというよう犯行で　狙われたら逃げようがありません。皆様も充分お気をつけ下さい。チャイナタウン近辺で多発していると　ポリスでも言われました。 もっと読む

初めてのKLを満喫できるホテルでした。 ペトロナスツインタワーが真正面に見える部屋では、消灯の瞬間までばっちり観賞可能。 ツインタワーまでフリーシャトルバスが、とても便利でよい。 KLタワーまでは少し距離があるけれども歩けない距離ではなく、散歩するのにちょうどよかった。 ホテルで食事はしていないので、食事の味は分かりませんが、KLではこのホテルはおすすめです。

真下には公園、ショッピングセンター、と便利な立地とシンプルですが洗練されたホテル。　やはりペトロナス・ツインタワーが部屋の窓から絶景で満足です。（タワービュー室） スタッフのサービス等は３日目に宿泊した、ルネサンスの方が親切だが、これは好みの問題です。あまりかまって要らないなら、これで十分だと思います。

タワービュー指定で予約したが、うわさどおり素晴らしい景色。ホテルのロケーションもベスト。その後、市内を散策したが、泊まる場所によってその街のイメージが全く異なることを痛感した。買物によし、散策によし。食事も満足。 しいて欠点をあげれば、部屋のトイレがウォシュレットでなかったこと。外国の一流ホテルでも、ないところもまだまだ多いので、文句は言えないが。

I stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. The staff were courteous and the traders club benefits were awesome. The hotel is close to the shopping malls, Petronas Towers and transit. Would have no problem recommending this to others.

Stayed for 2 nights during CNY in KL. Location is really excellent. Convenient to Bintang walk and shopping, Petronas towers. I booked a rate that was King OR 2 singles but really wanted a King bed and stated my preference. However, they only had singles due to overbooking of Kings. Great location nicest bathroom and shower we experienced in our 4 weeks of travel in southeast asia view of twin towers was breathtaking highly recommend hotel no flaws concierge service was helpful

Superb!!! I spend approximately 70 nights a year in hotels and this is one of The Best hotels I have come across in my recent travels. I loved it!!!

My Husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon for two nights. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely bunch of roses. When we got to the room, it was full of rose petals and a lovely welcome note. We then went to check out the hotel facilities and when we arrived back to our room, the manager had left an arrange of cup cakes with another welcome […] note and an option to to have our continental breakfast in our room as we were on our honeymoon. Our room was amazing and we had the most spectacular view of the towers. When we booked we had arranged to have access to the club lounge. I would highly recommend doing this, as the canapés of an evening are just amazing with such a great few of the towers. Service is fantastic and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the club lounge was also great. We did have the option to eat down stairs however we noticed it got quite busy down there and opted to stay in the club lounge for breakfast, Great range of food for both breakfast and canapés. Location is amazing. The shuttle the hotel runs is also fantastic as it takes a short trip in the buggy to get to the main shopping district. As we were checking out, we were asked to take a seat and a gentlemen kindly came over with a box of chocolates to say thank you for staying and hope you enjoyed your honeymoon. Took room which oversee the twin towers. For view of twin towers, it's better than mandarin oriental as the latter is too near to the towers. They have a crappy lounge though. Unfitting for a five star hotel

Perfect Location Very Friendly/Helpful Staff Skybar View 'AMAZING' Would be the only hotel to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

This hotel is lovely and in a great location - a mere stroll to the Petronas towers and a few different shopping malls - the Pavillion and Suria - but the staff are the highlight. My room just face the Twins Tower. It located in the center of KL. It is easy to go to the shopping mall.

Great hotel, superb service, more than worth the price! Great location!

We had a tower view room which was amazing! When selecting a room, pick an option that includes access to the business lounge - it's really worth it. You can sign up for it at the hotel as well which is what we did. In the lounge they have free breakfast, plus free drinks and appetizers later in the evening - definitely worth it! The upstairs pool/bar […] is pretty nice too. The breakfast buffet on the fifth floor is one of the best we've had - wide variety of Asian and Indian foods as well as western food. If you sign up for the upstairs lounge, breakfast here is included (at least it was when we signed up). The hotel itself is part of the park with the twin towers - just walk out the side door - there's even a buggy to drive you to the towers if you don't want to walk. もっと読む

I would recommend it yes, if you are on a business trip - efficient service.

Traders Hotel is a very comfortable hotel located in the heart of KL. It is only moments away from KLCC which is convenient for shopping, and not too far away from Bukit Bintang (a bit too far to walk in the heat in my opinion). I had the impression this hotel was going to be fabulous for some reason, but I was slightly let down as it wasn't as 'unique' […] as some other hotels I have stayed at before. It is basically an excellent business hotel, but nothing spectacular. The highlight of the hotel stay was hanging out at the skybar which commands excellent views of KLCC in both the day and night. We only stayed one night, would be better if the stay was longer!

The Towers view of the Traders Hotel is absolutely beautiful -- definitely get a towers view and request a high floor (we were on the 23'rd)! But, even if you don't get the Towers side view, you can go into the Sky Bar at night and enjoy the view. Plus, on Friday night it was a nice Club scene with a great DJ -- definitely Club music though the environment […] was one of chilling with some drinks and good company. Luxurious seats line the side of the pool with awesome views of the Petronas Towers! The Bathroom was very luxurious and the Hot showers/bath was awesome! Can't say enough about our experience. Location is excellent, we easily walked across the park in the morning to get tickets for the Petronas Towers tour (show up EARLY at 6:30 am to queue up). Multiple malls (open air and close) are within walking distance. The only downfall is that it can be confusing how to park / enter the hotel upon arrival. However, once you understand it is easy to work around. The actual check-in is located on the 5'th floor (not ground floor). Only concierge is located on the ground floor, so you must pull in to drop off your bags in front -- they will be delivered to your room after check-in -- then go park (or just pay $20 ringit for them to park for your convenience). Finally, you go up to the 5'th floor to check in, and 10 mins later your bags are delivered to your room. This is an excellent hotel that goes outfits way to ensure that its guests have a truly enjoyable stay. Rooms are well maintained and spotless. Service is exemplary. I wold definitely recommend it and would rank it as among the bestir not the best in KL.

amazing hotel, looks almost brand new. the location is pretty good, about 20 min walk from bukit bintang and very close to suria klcc. plently of complimentry bottled water and free internet. food and drinks were very expensive at the hotel, but theres an amazing supermarket in suria klcc. i would definetly recommend it.

JUST STAY HERE, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT AND NOTHING IS A HASSLE FOR THE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. DEFINATELY PAY THE FEW EXTRA BUCKS FOR A TOWER VIEW ROOM, AMAZING VIEW!! WILL RETURN WITHOUT HESITATION! :-)

Staff were courteous, knowledgeable and approachable. Room and bathroom were plenty big. Bed was very comfortable. Pool on 32nd floor was icing on the cake. Pool staff was very friendly. Would definitely return.

Lives up the 5 star experience from the moment you step out of the taxi till you leave. Only a few minor cravats regarding the organization of their lobby, but once you figure it out, everything is ok. Check in and registration desks are on the 5th floor, concierge is on the 1st floor. Confusing, since they don't communicate well with each other. At […] checkout, registration person was quick to say "Bags are already at the concierge", when it was apparent he had NO clue if they actually were. Concierge apparently also had no clue if we had finished checking out, so the communication was up to me. No problem, but we had to unnecessarily wait for our bags due to this tedious process. Outside of this minor, and possibly isolated incident, the overall stay actually met my expectations. The hotel looks and feels new, and the only time you can tell its aging is in the rooms, due to the almost negligible residual rust or discoloration from dampness on certain areas in the bathroom (tropical country after all). (oh, and the strangely cracked tiles due to poorly designed bathroom. Who designed this thing? getting to the towel rack is like a safari expedition...) Hotel gets aces for location, right on the park, next to the convention center, and across from the Petronas Towers. BUT, if you wanted to go elsewhere, you realize, the hotel is tucked away behind the convention center. Again, just a bit confusing. I stayed in the club level, the rooms had a beautiful view over KUL tower, the location is excellent in the centre of the city and the breakfast was okay, staff are very friendly and welcoming, would recommend the hotel for friends, the price is a bit high compared to other hotels in the area.

Very nice contemporary property with great views of Petronas towers. Have a little jitney that takes you over to the mall at the base of the towers and there is a public transportation hub there as well. My stay in Traders hotel at kuala Lumpur was phenomenon experience. The staff were very help in term of providing us with deep details information of place and location. they are willing to go beyond and above to assist whatever possible to satisfy your request. BEST HOTEL EVERY IN KUALA LUMPUR!!

Excellent service of a five star hotel at such a great price. Conveniently located across the park from Twin towers and Suria KLCC shopping complex and supermarket.
